I am giving this hotel a 5 star for cleanliness and beautiful rooms. I was disappointed that they offered no compensation for our a.c. not working. It was hot and we couldn't do anything about it. They offered to have the maintenance guy come fix it around 430am. I am not going to disrupt everyone else in the room and tell them to get dressed because some guy is going to try and fix it in the middle of the night. In my opinion we either should have gotten a new room or a discount or something for our trouble. Otherwise, really nice place.
