What a horrible experience. The front staff was beyond rude asking me for my personal information when I was still in line. Room was filthy. I called ahead of time and asked for a pet room was assured it was no problem. Then charged $260 for having a pet. When I called back about, totally confused, I was again treated rudely on the phone and told by the same person that he had my signature and was nothing he could do. Would not let me talk to manager. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE
Please pass this place by. It is right next to a lot nicer hotels for the same price.
