Best Western centerpoint Review

I honestly came with low expectations, but this place was very clean! The rooms were nice and the staff was very courteous and friendly. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool that were also clean and well kept. Towels were easy to access. We came during a weekday so there weren't many people in the hotel or Branson at the time. The rooms were nice and cool but felt a little damp like most hotels. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Just a regular best Western in the heart of the Branson theater District. They always been nice and it's always been clean

Indoor and outdoor pool was fantastic! Rooms were very clean and beautiful. Tons of channels. Infant friendly. Coffee pot in room with coffee. Lots of towels and toilet paper. Ac very cold. Breakfast was amazing. They accommodate without hesitation. Will definitly be coming back.

The worst place I have stayed at in 5 years. I never do reviews but it was so bad I felt the need to.
Let s break it down:
- Our toilet was broken and lifted off the ground when sat on.
- Staff pressured us to leave the breakfast room when we weren t done eating.
- Housekeeping was the worst I have ever seen.
They often would sit outside, hang out together and smoke while our rooms were never attended to.
When they did visit our room, they would not give us fresh towels, toilet paper, or tissues.
They would only make the beds and take our trash.
- Our room had a spider problem. (Probably because our front door had a random gap at the bottom)

Overall I m very disappointed and will not come back to the place even if someone paid me. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The only good thing is there are lots of food places and stores to go to nearby which has nothing to do with the comfort inn s staff function.

Great location, nicely furnished, clean. We didn't use pool or hot tub, or take advantage of breakfast as we only planned to stay one night. Our schedules were free so we stayed an extra night and a show.enjoyed shopping and show. We will stay here again and recommend it to friends.The steakhose next door was closed, maybe permanently, but there are so many great restaurant choices it didn't matter. Thanks for a great stay, and for being a member of the Branson Chamber of Commerce.

Overall the hotel was clean and adequate. The rooms were dark, but overall nice.

The beds where soft and pillows weren't to flat or to thick. The breakfast was decent for a hotel. Good overall hotel except the pool is a little small and kids kept hitting other people with balls and noodles do to compact space.

Love this hotel, it is in a great location in Branson. The indoor pool and hot tub was great. Our daughter loved the lights in the pool at night. I'm not 100% certain but we think the indoor pool was saltwater. Breakfast was good and had a great variety of items to choose from, we would definitely stay here again.

Staff was courteous, room was clean & pretty good size. A couple of issues we had was lots of noisy people late at night in the hallways, but we were young once & probably didn't think about people trying to sleep! Also, coffee pot in room worked yesterday, but it didn't work this am! Enjoyed having the handicapped shower, but the soap & shampoo on the wall were hard to get out. I would still recommend this hotel.

By shopping online, I got a much better rate. The motel was an older one, but was clean and comfortable. It was well situated for our needs, as the entertainment venues were close by. we chose not to have our room cleaned every day, in exchange for 500 points added to our BW account. The breakfast offered was a buffet style with many options. It was well staffed and clean.

Nice place. Friendly staff. Average room and amenities. Decent prices for the area. Indoor pool and hot tub were great for a cold night. Decent breakfast included.

The gals that worked breakfast area were very personable and on top of there jobs. They keep this area clean and moving freely. Were always friendly and welcoming.

Decent stay. Rooms were musty when we arrived. None of the linen match which is weird. There is dust everywhere so you know they take pride in keeping it clean. There are a lot of things that need updated. Beds and pillows we're comfy. Pool was amazing. Breakfast was sub-par. I wouldn't get up early for it again that's for certain.

Good Points:
The staff was very friendly, especially the concierge. She was very informative in helping us decide what attractions we wanted to see. Being first time visitors it was great having someone with experience to get insight from! Breakfast is the usual eggs, sausage, biscuits gravy, waffles and other things. It was good and the seating area is ample enough that we felt comfortable, not too crowded. The ladies were in and out constantly refilling everything so we never had to wait for food. The general location is perfect really. Right on the strip and literally yards away from the Titanic museum and had plenty of parking.
Bad Points:
Bathtub was NOT cleaned properly. I found hair in the shower.
We had a 2nd floor room, it was musty/humid every time we would walk in no matter what time of day or night it was.
Several lamps in our room didn t work/ wouldn t turn on.

Great place to stay in Branson! Very clean & overall great stay. Right near where all the attractions are but still quite rooms & slept great. Very comfy beds, large mini fridge & elevators made this very easy for a 3 day weekend stay especially at under $80 a night. Highly recommend & will be back for sure!!!

This motel is run and staffed by people who love the Lord Jesus Christ. The peace felt as we checked in, as we had breakfast, as we ordered entertainment tickets, as we laid down to sleep, and as we checked out was a true blessing. It was a carefree visit to Branson and the motel was a prime reason for it. They certainly wanted our business, but they loved on us in the process of serving our needs. REFRESHING!

Popped in without a reservation, staff worked to find just what we wanted. Room was clean, and stocked w/ amenities, bed was comfy, too. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Only complaint is with the marshmallow pillows. Yes, it seems to be popular in hotels, though I would rather have a pillow wider than my head, so I don't have to chase it down all night. Just me, maybe.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in October. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice. The breakfast was delicious, and I liked that they changed it up a little each morning. The location was perfect. I would certainly stay here again.

This Best Western was very clean and comfortable. It was close to many theaters and other activities but was quiet also. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

We had an issue with people smoking in the room next to us. We notified the staff and they quickly handled the situation and handled the smoke smell immediately. Older gentleman at the front desk deserves to be recognized for his commitment to customer satisfaction.

Excellent indoor pool, hot tub, and game room. Extra large family suites are great! Right on the Branson strip near fun, entertainment, and restaurants all nearby!

Staff very friendly, rooms not what I had expected for the price. Good breakfast, clean pools.

Start off with the good things the fact that this hotel as two pools that are every nice and that there is a pretty decent breakfast. That s about all. We found a lot of some else hairs in our bed. The room was hot when we walked in we found crickets and flies all in the room. The door too the room was bent in so there were plenty of light and bugs. Nothing like reviews said it is. Called down too the desk to switch rooms said they couldn t do anything because we are only staying one night. Offer a maintenance guy to kill the files but didn t help at all. I Wouldn t recommend this hotel to anyone. Bed was hard as rock. Walls were paper thin. Upon getting ice I found there ice machine was covered in mold. Never staying here again. Way over priced as well. I did take pictures of it as well. Don t believe the reviews or the pictures.

This hotel is right in the middle of everything so it is perfect!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Also loved that they had a ticket center right in the hotel so we could get all out tickets ahead of time. Also loved that they changed up their breakfast a little bit each day so it was something different each morning. Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was amazing and the staff were nice. The place is also amazing because a lot of fun things were near you.

Great rooms an customer service wonderful pool inside and out close to the race tracks for the kids to play had wonderful activities right across the street so it's a place that you can stay wonderfully and have a lot of entertainment right in front of it was a barbecue restaurant that was easy to walk to and enjoy

Clean hotel with nice staff. It should be noted, however, that the rooms are outside opening. This was not made clear from the photos on the website, so we were disappointed by this fact. It should also be noted that a few of these rooms are literally steps from the sidewalk on 76. We stayed in one of these rooms and had several transients right outside our door, cussing people walking down the sidewalk, and multiple ambulances roaring by all night long. This is not the fault of the staff in any way, but I personally would not have stayed here if I knew my room would be footsteps from 76. The rooms in the back may be better; I'm not sure. I thought the beds were a little bit hard; my wife liked them.

I absolutely LOVED this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is amazing and nearby alot of the attractions, and our room was spotless! My husband and I were there celebrating our one year anniversary (The McShans) and the staff celebrated us by wishing us well on the billboard followed by a few treats in our room. Totally unexpected! We will definitely be returning to this hotel and I recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonable priced, quiet, clean place to stay!

Stayed here weekend before Christmas. Rooms could be updated, but bed was very comfortable. The breakfast and indoor pool/hot tub were a hot. The location is ideal and customer service was excellent. We'll be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I overheard a staff member calling one of the families staying to inform them that their tire was flat and offered services to help. Amazing!! We will be staying here again in the future.

Rooms had a lot of space. Breakfast amenities were very good, large selection, helpful staff. Price was very competitive. Pool area was next to breakfast area, and Jacuzzi looked like it would be relaxing. I would recommend this location to anyone going to Branson.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, good breakfast, loved the hours on the pool, and game room. Really enjoyed how close this hotel is to a lot of the tourist attractions, we were able to walk to see a lot of things.

We have stayed multiple times at BW Center Pointe Inn in Branson, MO several times each year. They have always been easy to deal with, change dates on occasions and made special efforts to put family in room close to our room in some cases adjoining. The breakfast has always been good and has many choices, both hot and cold cereal, eggs, biscuits, gravy, either sausage, bacon, ham, and scrambled eggs, pancakes, waffles, and fruit. Bagles, and donuts. Very good selection. The staff working the breakfast room are very personable and strive to help. Pool is always clean and neat and not too hot or too cold. It does get crowded at the pool but it is a large motel. The desk staff is also very nice and will help with suggestions for shows, places to eat, and shop. Really a nice place and I think a really good location. If you use the yellow, blue, or other routes you only have half a block on 76 to get to the motel. Montana Mikes which is located next door has good steaks and other items, and Ruby Tuesdays is a short walk if you want. Will stay there again. They are not the most expensive or the least expensive, but I think you get a good value for your money.

Pop machine didn't work other than that Pleasant stay

Everything was ok at hotel other than the breakfast the organization was awful they make you fill out a breakfast form and pick up time for your breakfast and you have to turn it in the night before you would think it would be ready for pick up at your pick up time but no we waited 30 minutes for our breakfast

We stayed in the family suite, plenty of room for a family of 6. Great price.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The staff was very courteous and the room was clean. The pool area was awesome. The free breakfast was great. It was not just a continental breakfast, it was eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, donuts, fruit and much more. The hotel was quiet and I felt safe there. It was extremely convenient to all of the shows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely be back

A great little place to stay. Pretty clean and very helpful and extremely kind staff. There was a tornado warning in the middle of the night and they called each room individually and made sure everyone was safe. Nice indoor pool and hot tub as well. Would recommend.

Check in process was a little strange because we were asked if we wanted house keeping during our stay. We said no but asked what if we needed something during our stay, we were told once we say no it can't be changed. The room was nicely decorated and looked newly renovated. Everything was clean. The humidity was high in the room which was difficult to remedy. Even the sheets felt wet all the time. Breakfast was great. Will most likely stay here again.

Excellent location close to most attractions and a wide variety of restaurants. Rooms have been renovated and are very comfortable. Excellent value for the price. The morning breakfast was very good and we had different items on different days. The 24 hr tea and coffee was appreciated. Nice pool and hot tub indoors. Comfortable beds and cleaning staff does an excellent job. The girl who works in the breakfast room was so friendly and helpful. Much appreciated.

Been here since Saturday march 20th great place to stay awesome staff to meet your needs the. Only thing we did not like so. Far was you could never use the pool or hot tub due to so many kids I think that there should be an adult time for us to enjoy it and not have to wait until almost midnight to use it after a long day

Traveled to Branson for a short vacation, and chose Best Western Center Pointe to stay. Great place, clean rooms, 2 very nice pools one indoor 1 outdoor, close to all the attractions and friendly and helpful staff.
We will definitely stay there again!!

Great amenities at a great price! The rooms are older, decor is dated, etc., but well maintained. Everything in the room was older, but in working order. In the heart of Branson with cheery workers (the breakfast lady stops to chat about the day) and multiple amenities (indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, game room...). You really can't beat the quality for the price! Very kid friendly, so you might have to compete with others for pool time.

This review is for Tesla owners. I'm giving it one star for their policy of charging $7.50 to people who want to use their Tesla destination chargers. For all those Tesla owners looking for free destination charging in Branson, the comfort inn and suites gives free charging at their chargers. I think Best Western might want to reconsider their policy. (Btw, Bob if you paid the maximum rate in Missouri for electricity, and recharged the biggest battery in the Tesla fleet from completely empty, it would cost you at most $1.32. I have stayed at Best Westerns before, and you guys waste more than a $1.32 quite regularly. Also, $1.32 seems a very reasonable price to pay for a possible Tesla customer.) I don't know how, but somehow your competitors can afford this.

Got honeymoon sweet and with jacuzzi . It was a 1 person jetted tub and cost way to much . Room was nice though

Great hotel... Both me and my wife are navy veterans as well as I use to manage a best western. Bravo Zulu to the staffing and management of this best western. We were very impressed by not only the hotel but the cheerful nature of the staffing. Keep up the good work

1. Beds were soft and seemed old
2 kids running around outside making noise
3 walls so thin. I could hear the guy next door peeing in the toilet
4. One sheet and one thin blanket. Had to sleep in clothes to stay warm
5 motel is in at least 3 different building. Had to go outside to get breakfast or go to the pool
6. Water for shower was cold at 8:30 AM
7 The first day they ran out of food for breakfast
8 breakfast ladies were nice. That is literally the only positive thing i can say. Id say there are some fake reviews on here because this place was so bad we left a day early even though we paid for it

I highly recommend Best Western Center Point hotel to any travelers wanting accommodation in Branson. The personal were helpful and fantastic and friendly, Rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast was adequate and nice. I will definitely use the hotel if I get to Branson again from New Zealand.

The staff did an amazing job when we forgot to remove our items from the closet. They contacted us immediately, and fortunately we had not left town yet, so we were able to return to the hotel and pick up the clothing. Also, the breakfast area was kept well stocked, and more importantly, clean. Centrally located, so it was very easy to get to just about anything from the hotel.

This is our second stay here and I cant say enough great things about it.
The room is impeccably clean and spacious, and the grounds are very nice. Indoor and outdoor pools and a very good breakfast.
Staff is wonderful.

Great location if you would choose to walk to the theaters. Some of the parking is on a steep hill so ask if this is a problem for walking to your room. The bathroom door shows wear if you want a better presentation. Lots of pillows on the beds. Large breakfast room. The gift shop will help with getting tickets for the shows. It's quiet so slept well.

Rooms were clean at arrival. Breakfast buffet was excellent, their in/out door pools were great too. Hotel needs a schedule for clean up. After a long day we wanted to come back to a clean room ( 2pm-4pm) and that was not always the case. They might have been short on staff. I would come back to stay.

I used to stay at this hotel growing up. Glad to see they have updated and maintained the hotel. I gladly brought my own children this time. The location is fairly easy to get to but is on the strip so at peak hours it can be kinda hectic. But there are attractions within walking distance. Would gladly go back. Saw a lot of reviews about muggy rooms, we went in the fall and didn't experience any issues.

Our family has stayed at this hotel nearly a dozen times now. We stay in Branson several times a year and found this to be one of the best deals around. The staff is unbelievable, location is really good especially if you are headed out to Silver Dollar City or Table Rock. Several decent places to eat and fun activities within walking distance. The pool and hot tub are always very clean and they offer a super-nice breakfast. Can't say enough nice things about this hotel. My first trip to Branson I stayed in the new Hilton, but honestly for a family vacation, this place is a much better value and fit with a much nicer indoor (and outdoor, summer only) pool.

This is the chick-fil-a of hotels. The nicest hotel staff I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond in assisting me with things they didn t have to do when I was in town for a wedding.

My wife and I had a great stay at the hotel! It was in such a great location, the room was spotless, the beds comfy and the breakfast very good! Would definitely go back again!

I chose this place because it was close to my starting point for my job the next morning. It's right on the strip and next to some great exhibits. Indoor and outdoor pools, which I didn't use either because I had to be up and gone by 2 am. But for mid September for the outdoor pool to still be in use was awesome. When I pulled in, I didn't expect for elevators to be on the property since all doors leading to the rooms are outside, but they do have elevators. The room was great and comfortable. Had a couple issues that I tolerated but did mention the issues on the comment card that was left for me in the room. The face plate of the air conditioning unit rattled when it cycled and the chair that was in the room had no real cushion to it anymore. But other than that, I enjoyed my stay. I will stay again if I am ever in the area again.

The service was really well and all of the workers were kind and were always there if you needed anything. The pool is perfect for the whole family and the breakfast is the best thing to wake up to in the morning. I wouldn't choose any other hotel to stay at that isn't Best Western.

My husband & I vacation to Branson every year around our anniversary. Every time except once we have stayed at Best Western Center Pointe Inn & every single time we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The first time we went the man working in the gift shop was extremely helpful & helped us get tickets for sights around town at a super discounted price. The hot tub is clean & amazing. The rooms are great & always clean. We rarely wake up in time for breakfast but when we were able to make it there was a variety of food & plenty of coffee to go around. The only complaint I have is that since it s the only hotel I stay in I wish I could get it cheaper, Especially since now when we stay we bring the whole family with us.

Hot coffee by the pool at this hotel added to the pleasure of this stay. The breakfast area is located next to the pool and spa. Lots of rooms and the availability to park next to our room was a plus. Located just off of the strip and far enough away to not have the road noise of route 76. Older room decor but comfortable. Plenty of choices at the breakfast bar. Staff is helpful and friendly. Plenty of rooms suitable for families. The spa was hot with chairs, tables and plenty of fresh towels nearby. A great place to stay. A nice restaurant just across the way.

Great location, we were within walking distance to most activities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice, and very comfortable.

90 percent of the time when we visit Branson we stay here, love the indoor pool, hot tub and in the summer the outside pool and hot tub. The hot breakfast is great also. There is a slim lady that works in the breakfast room and she is the most polite and welcoming person always has a smile and complement.

This hotel is exceptional. The breakfast was terrific. Large selection of foods daily. Very personal staff that were warm and fuzzy. They went out of their way to make our stay terrific over the New Years holiday week.

The most friendly staff! Very willing to help and answer questions. Rooms were clean. Pool area opened until midnight was just enough to let the kids get their wiggles out before bed. Especially since the waterpark closes early at 6pm. Breakfast was wonderful! The breakfast staff was so attentive, inquisitive, and friendly! That was very impressive.

I brought my grandchildren up for a Spring Break vacation. They loved the indoor pool at Best Western. The pool was exceptionally clean. They used salt in caring for the water. I also liked the fact it stayed open for late night swims. The breakfast could not have been any better. The kids want to come back. We were very pleased with our stay at the Best Western. My only complaint would be to put bigger tables in the rooms. The table we had was very small and not suitable for eating on.

I can NOT even tell you how AMAZING this place was! There aren't enough good words in the world to explain this place. I'd been dealing with Trish for a couple months because I was getting married and we wanted to pay for everyone's room! From the first time I talked to her I loved her. Between planning a wedding that's 2 hours away from my home, owning my own contracting business with my fiance (now husband), having an 11 year old daughter, and being a cheer coach to 14 girls and the only person responsible for the whole program, I'm VERY busy ALL THE TIME! She was very patient with me when I would forget to do something. She was never rude or made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I got a great deal on the rooms and all was great! We go to check in and by golly EVERY SINGLE PERSON that works there is just as nice as she was! I'm 100% telling the truth, from the front desk people, to housekeeping, to maintenance, to anyone who works there that we had contact with was absolutely amazing! We rented 17 rooms, every single person (30 of us) had their own separate story about how someone there went above and beyond for them! My elderly grandma can't sleep in a bed, they called the front desk to ask for a recliner and in literally 7 minutes, they were knocking on the door to get the chair in there for her to sleep. I got the "honeymoon" suite (director's suite) and holy moly that room was absolutely fabulous!!!! The only 1 negative thing I can say is there's a very large closet and there's no light in there, but that's it, that's the only negative thing I have to say, and with the lamps in the room and having your own flashlight on your phone it was not a huge deal! I will be forever grateful, to not only Trish, but the entire staff that worked that weekend, for making our wedding weekend amazing!!! Thank you so much!
