I can NOT even tell you how AMAZING this place was...

I can NOT even tell you how AMAZING this place was! There aren't enough good words in the world to explain this place. I'd been dealing with Trish for a couple months because I was getting married and we wanted to pay for everyone's room! From the first time I talked to her I loved her. Between planning a wedding that's 2 hours away from my home, owning my own contracting business with my fiance (now husband), having an 11 year old daughter, and being a cheer coach to 14 girls and the only person responsible for the whole program, I'm VERY busy ALL THE TIME! She was very patient with me when I would forget to do something. She was never rude or made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I got a great deal on the rooms and all was great! We go to check in and by golly EVERY SINGLE PERSON that works there is just as nice as she was! I'm 100% telling the truth, from the front desk people, to housekeeping, to maintenance, to anyone who works there that we had contact with was absolutely amazing! We rented 17 rooms, every single person (30 of us) had their own separate story about how someone there went above and beyond for them! My elderly grandma can't sleep in a bed, they called the front desk to ask for a recliner and in literally 7 minutes, they were knocking on the door to get the chair in there for her to sleep. I got the "honeymoon" suite (director's suite) and holy moly that room was absolutely fabulous!!!! The only 1 negative thing I can say is there's a very large closet and there's no light in there, but that's it, that's the only negative thing I have to say, and with the lamps in the room and having your own flashlight on your phone it was not a huge deal! I will be forever grateful, to not only Trish, but the entire staff that worked that weekend, for making our wedding weekend amazing!!! Thank you so much!
