The staff was very friendly, especially the concierge. She was very informative in helping us decide what attractions we wanted to see. Being first time visitors it was great having someone with experience to get insight from! Breakfast is the usual eggs, sausage, biscuits gravy, waffles and other things. It was good and the seating area is ample enough that we felt comfortable, not too crowded. The ladies were in and out constantly refilling everything so we never had to wait for food. The general location is perfect really. Right on the strip and literally yards away from the Titanic museum and had plenty of parking.
Bad Points:
Bathtub was NOT cleaned properly. I found hair in the shower.
We had a 2nd floor room, it was musty/humid every time we would walk in no matter what time of day or night it was.
Several lamps in our room didn t work/ wouldn t turn on.
