I have been turned over to a COLLECTION agency because of services rendered SOME OTHER PERSON! This patient had a visit during Nov 2018, and somehow I M IN COLLECTIONS. Considering I am 70 years old, have ALWAYS paid my debts, and DO NOT LIVE IN OR VISIT NEWPORT NEWS, I do not know how to resolve this issue which has had a surprisingly negative impact on credit report. This may be a weird billing error, or it s identity fraud. Don t patients have to SHOW ID? If he did, it wasn t my identification. HELP!

Had a bad experience with a doctor that's no longer at this location. She over medicated me, gave me Xanax and Lexapro at the same time, and not once mention how dangerous it can be. Xanax took my small sleeping problem and turned it into an anxiety problem. Xanax withdrawal is the scariest thing I have ever had to deal with. This place only concern is in making money. Stay away, the doctors don't care about people here. Honestly, the nurses are more knowledgeable than the doctors I have interacted with.

This place is not about care it is about doing the bare minimum to get paid. Everything is set up for and the whole purpose in life is money. There is no dealing with them even if you set up payments After being out of work for months from an operation they will hound you for full payment.It is better to suffer and die rather then to go to these people because they will make life miserable until you give them full payment
