Best Western centerpoint Review

I stayed 3 nights the 1st 2 was amazing. The beds weren't the best but the stay was nice. The 3rd night was so bad that I wanted to leave asap!! Woke up with ants in my bed.. i have bites all over my back and my legs. Also some one was smoking in the room next to us. And woke us up made us sick. You could smell it threw the walls and i had a baby in the to. With us.. not happy at all. Did call the office. So the morning that I was leaving I went to get breakfest and they asked what room number we was in and I told them and the front desk didn't tell is that we had to let them know what we wanted so they could have made it. So no breakfest for us.. i talked to Bob. The manager.. no help at all. We are planing on coming back to Branson Mo . But will not be staying at this hotel at all!!!!!!!

Our stay was exactly as stated in our reservation which is rare and the amenities were exceptional. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was absolutely wonderful. I would hope that every Best Western would be this fabulous and they would be my hotel exclusively as I travel frequently. Thank you staff at Branson Best Western Center Point!

A very amazing experience staying at this venue. Very friendly,helpful staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast every morning.

The staff were always friendly. The hotel is a little dated, but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was always fresh and good variety. The eating was very clean as well. Great location to venues, restaurants and and other attractions. Also, the rate was very reasonable.

This property had two buildings: a 3-star Hotel with all the amenities you would expect from BW. The breakfast, indoor pool/spa, and staff are all excellent. And these amenities are the same for all guests. The other building is a motel, which is on a steep slope and is more like a 2-star rating.The room was clean, comfortable, and in good working order. But the furnishings were old and outdated. It is a bit of a walk up the slope to the main building.

Nice hotel clean rooms and a good breakfast. My only complaint Is the doors where lock to get to breakfast (u have to go through the pool) as it's the fastest way to get to the breakfast area so we had to walk all the way to the front then go back down stairs to get in. I am disabled so this made it harder for me. Other wise would recommend

Not a bad place to stay on a budget cleanliness could have been a little bit better. They're both indoor outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs. Beds weren't very comfortable but they were okay.

This hotel is right in the center of the theater district of Branson, so the location is ideal! We were impressed with the pool and hot-tub area, and that these were open at sensible hours!! During our stay the breakfast was limited because of Covid restrictions, but they still managed to serve us a good hot meal and the staff were exceptional.
We would definitely stop again next time we are in the area.

Amazing location, professionally managed and it showed. Very clean rooms, property very clean. For such a busy area the noise level was low and no disturbances. When we checked into our room we turned the heater on high, it was 49 outside. Came back from dinner room was cold, called desk, maintenance showed in 5 minutes and had to replace the heat/air unit for a new unit which only took a few minutes and we were nice and toasty in 15 min! Cant ask for better service! Water pressure was super good and plenty of hot water. Only gave 4 stars because of the bed, wasn't horrible but I had a back ache due to it being so firm. Would stay again. Front desk is amazing even when busy. Did not eat breakfast because we slept in LOL.

Went Too This Place Every Year For More Than
Ten Years With My Wife And Son Until They Passed Away. Now I Don't Take Many Long Trips
Anymore.Nice Place To Stay.

Its clean average room nothing fa5nct but we had downstairs room air conditioning doesn't seem very cold to us set 66and room lit bit musty smell

Very nice room very pleasant staff very clean room gift shop there with a ticket sales they give you discounts. Discounts without having to go see a timeshare to our sales pitch. Not as good a discount but a discount. Beautiful indoor pool didn't try the Spa but it looks nice. Going to try the in outdoor pool tomorrow it looks great

The place is so great, the location are perfect and it close to everything, the area are fantastic.
The room are very clean and comfortable, the beds too.
I stayed for 2 nights and if I have chance to come again I ll chose this place again.

Super convenient location - close to everything. Clean and up to date accommodations. Black out curtains could be better. Indoor pool and hot tub small but great relief after a day at silver dollar city. Excellent breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.

The staff was extremely friendly. Room was better than expected. All the amenities. Property and pools were exceptionally clean. Breakfast outstanding, especially the cook. Served my favorite, SOS. It seems the management treats their employees very well and the staff tends to pass their smiles back to the guests. Perhaps the best motel I have ever visited.

Affordable and comfortable. Super friendly staff! Breakfast was decent, and pool/hot tub areas were clean. Rooms were nice. Excellent location. Giant meatball (Pasghettis) on one side and huge ship (Titanic) on the other side. Plus a Montana Mike's right in the same parking lot as hotel. Smack dab in the middle of the main strip. Lots to do within walking distance. Make sure to go see Trish when you get there and she'll help you save a ton of money on shows and attractions. Plus she's a sweetheart! I would recommend a stay here to family and friends!
