Great location if you would choose to walk to the theaters. Some of the parking is on a steep hill so ask if this is a problem for walking to your room. The bathroom door shows wear if you want a better presentation. Lots of pillows on the beds. Large breakfast room. The gift shop will help with getting tickets for the shows. It's quiet so slept well.
