I checked with several Chrysler dealerships in this area and choose Benson Chrysler in Greer to do some repair work on my Chrysler 300 S model. I met Anthony Bull along with his support staff. I was greatly impressed by Anthony. Therefore, I give him a 5-star rating.

Gary Visage helped me get into my 2016 Dodge Charger. The car is awesome Gary is awesome, he was really helpful answering my questions and working on behalf with the "numbers" guy to get me a really good offer on my trade in and he continues to help me. As a female buyer, I always felt a little nervous buying a car because it is not something I am extremely knowledgeable about and I feel like I would be taken advantage of. NOT the case at Benson Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep! They treated me amazingly and I got the BEST and fairest deals on the cars I purchased.

Edit 5/20/2020 - After a three way call with Ally financial. It appears that hopefully every with our truck trade in has worked out as well. I know this whole experience was a headache for us and the dealership and both Chrysler Finance and Ally and us and the dealership made mistakes but fingers crossed it works out. We do appreciate the assistance from the dealership in getting this matter resolved though tension was noticed through us and them towards the end. Chris did come through and follow through on everything he said he would, as well as Don. BTW - Heather in finance is super sweet through our breif interactions she really does seem to listen and have a kind heart.

Edit 5/16/2020 Finally it may appear that everything has been sorted out. Though really stressful and frustrating. A month later it appears we may be done. We have not completely finished with our Jeep trade in issues but Chris the dealership manager has been working with my husband on this issue. Which we truly do appreciate. We may have made an error on our end but we were being told one thing by the dealership and another by Chrysler Finance which is the downside when you are stuck play middle man but Chris has been assisting with the resolution to this. 2 stars added due to finally, hopefully, having a resolution.

Edit 5/4/2020 They screwed up our vehicles payoffs so now we have to come up with and additional $800 this month. Tried calling kept getting a voicemail so had to actually take time off my day from work to go up there to talk to Don again who immediately started to interrupt me when I spoke. Only benefit is by seeing him in person I could look him in eye and call him out for interrupting me, again. I didn't even get a full sentence out before he started. Seriously, as someone who is part of the Fiat Chrysler Employee Family and has bought Dodge, Jeep and Chrysler Vehicles my whole life in multiple states, I truly advise you do not do any vehicle trade in here at least.

Edit 4/24/2020. If you are supposed to email documents makes sure you call them after you send them because they don't check their email apparently. Also if they are supposed to install something or do work after your purchase you will have to call them to follow up as they will not call you. If you call to speak with the sales manager be ready to be interrupted a lot and then when you get frustrated he will be rude. I regret my purchase through this dealership not the vehicle itself. Also the sales people will clearly tell you anything because according to the sale manager everything we were told by Butch was a lie. Horrible horrible horrible.

Edit 4/10/2020 - the gentleman who did our actual loan documents is wonderful. We had to come back today to sign new documents because he found us a better rate (after the fact) in my experience not many would do this. He's the real VIP.

4/9/2020 - They made sure the truck we got had everything we wanted and for the right price. They were also able to get us out if both our leases early. Butch was great!

Service department is the worst I've ever encountered. I won't bore you with details about my experiences, but I would highly recommend that you NOT do business here. Remember, you're not just buying a vehicle, you're also buying their service of your vehicle.

Great experience. Polar Bear had our best interest in assisting us with a great deal. We were turning in our daughter's Honda Civic coupe we leased for her. Unfortunately, Honda was unable to help us with a lease in our budget. Jeep was on my daughters list of vehicles to check out. Absolutely awesome buying experience! Eric our sales rep, his Sales Manager and the Finance Manager were all VERY helpful listening to our request and meeting our expectations as buyers. The overall experience was very fast and professional. They also added a 30 day 1000 mile to our purchase at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! This turned out to be a HUGE help with an unexpected minor issue that Brad in the service department fully covered in less than 24 hours! I have purchased three new trucks from them, four used trucks and I also took my mother their to buy her a van back in the mid 2000's.

I purchased a used automobile at this dealership and I was happy overall with the transaction. Per the deal, I had to bring the vehicle back to get a couple cosmetic issues addressed as I requested. Scheduling this was a nightmare. I live 2 hours away and I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out. I get here to the appointment and they said I wasn't on the schedule. I waited for OVER 5 hours for something I could have done in 45 minutes. The gentleman that helped me in the service department was useless. Just like many reviews have stated. Used sales, was okay, but everything else about this dealership is just a pure letdown.

I came in just for a tune up on my current dodge and decided to look around while I waited and met RJ Gist. RJ was polite and pleasant with me while I waited and even helped me to see I can upgrade and it be painless. He s really patient and willing to work with me at my own pace. No pressure at all.

Went in to buy a used truck. They gave us their best price, 1000 off asking price. When I started to move on the deal we had agreed on they changed their mind. They said they had made a mistake and told us we had to make up the difference. They do not keep their word. Not even over 1000 dollars, of a 42,000 dollar deal.
Reply: I have no idea what all of your double talk is in your response. You went back on your word and are trying to place the blame on me.

I have purchased 6 vehicles from Benson Dodge of Greer over a 7 year period. I know most all of management there by name. Well Saturday I went in to drive a truck that we had already worked a deal out on. We had our Grand baby with us so we wasnt able to stay long. I asked them to get all the paper work ready and we would be back to sign. No sooner than we got home a storm come up. And then I got called in to work. So I called the manager who I ve dealt with for years and told him the situation and told him we wanted the truck and would be there when they opened. He said ok. Come Monday morning we call up there as we were walking out the door only to be told they had sold the truck right about close Saturday night. I guess I'm old fashioned and a mans word and hand shake were what sealed a deal. But I guess times have changed and car dealers have to live up to there reputations. Benson Dodge of Greer wont ever see another penny of my money
