My 2013 Jeep was making a noise. Hard to trust most dealership service departments. I ve been down that road many many times. SO, although I purchase my Jeep from Big O - I wasn t satisfied any of the times I ve taken my car for service. Not sure they did what I paid etc. Kenneth & Kelsey & Timothy (sorry if name is incorrect - he was a manager who assisted in determining what was wrong and he was working even though he had a migraine!!) I ve met Mr Benson before (he was very nice). I will continue to visit Benson CDJR on Wade Hampton when I need service...also I bought my first Jeep from this location and I had no issues! Thank you all for being so personable and I believe very fair with you prices! You are all Rock Stars! Shout out to Josh for working on Saturday so his mom could have the day off!

Drove here to look at a truck they said had been serviced and was ready to buy. It had not been serviced and it was gross. Big waste of an afternoon.

I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Benson in Greer. The staff is so friendly from the front to the back and everyone is so helpful. From the initial internet request, Matthew was awesome. He was very responsive and worked with me via text as I was not able to speak on the phone at the time. We worked all day Saturday to finalize the deal, get the financing sorted out, and get deposit put down to secure the truck until arrival. I was also in communication with the General Manager, Chris Bensch, as he was making sure everything was going smooth and assure the process was perfect. Through out the week Matt communicated on the status of the trucks arrival. Once it arrived I was notified and Chris had an employee text me pictures from the service center. When I arrived, Butch took over and showed me the truck, handled the paperwork, and get me on my way after a quick picture of course! He was a class act, made it fun, and shared some laughs. Then he passed me off to Dale in financing and she was fun, energetic, and very thorough. I m in love with my 2020 Bighorn Ram Truck and they made a process that is normally a headache a joy. I was provided a very knowledgeable tour of the lot showing me all different types of Dodge Rams with various choices and packages by a very experienced salesman named Paul Kelley. We were handled great by the manager Roger and entire staff for a very pleasurable experience in choosing the ideal truck for me and my family.

So recently our daughter needed a van because her suv was getting tired. Once again we called up Bill Superman Suderman at Benson and he got right on it! I can only speak of the service department, they are awful. Do not use, warning. I had a truck there last winter, had them do several oil changes, before I left I changed the oil and it smelled burnt. I ve done many oil changes in my life on cars and diesel trucks never have I ever smelled this smell. Either they did not change the oil or they used old oil. There was only 46k miles on the truck. Then shocks went out and fuel fill was cracked. In my opinion the only way the fuel fill got cracked was for the tech who changed the fuel filters which sits next to fill some how hit it. They don t care all they are out for is charging you money. I would never return to benson for anything. Got to Montana went to a dealership up here and told them the story and I was told it should have been covered under warranty.

He came from VA. to purchase the car. A really great deal. Had to bring it back to Benson for a minor repair. Gave him a loaner car, changed oil, and washed and cleaned car. My brother was very pleased.

We send one car to do program on it. after they say it's ready and we paid we went to the car and wasn't cranking or anything and they said that they have nothing to do with it .and we towed back to the lot with wires burn smell insid it that not good bad service not good at all

But yesterday, I picked up my NEW CUSTOM ORDERED FULLY MAXED OUT 2018 JEEP WRANGLER JL UNLIMITED RUBICON from Benson!!!! This Jeep Is AWESOME! And Dennis Wright have me FIRST CLASS service! He answered my texts morning, noon and night, and even in days that he was off work. As a repeat customer, I HIGHLY recommend Benson Chrysler Dodge Jeep and be sure to ask for Dennis Wright.

Benson Chrysler Jeep was the first to call me after I did a few soft credit applications on several local dealership websites. Another dealership sent me a form letter and left spaces where there should have been the model of the vehicle I was interested in. The third dealership didn't even bother to respond. But Dennis Wright emailed me immediately and contacted me with his personal cell number. He was on the ball right from the start. He found out exactly what I was looking for and had it ready for me within minutes. The service was impeccable. And Benson beat the other dealerships prices like they said they would and also explained the loop holes in the other dealership's service plans when (I asked them to do so). Dennis actively attended my needs and my purchase everyday. Furthermore, Benson did not hassle me with add-ons. And now I'm driving my new 2017 Jeep Rubicon... life is good... and so is Benson Chrysler Jeep!

Randall was a great salesman and was willing to help to get the best deal for us! Everyone was very friendly and they definitely will get my business again in the future!

Now that's customer satisfaction...five stars garunteed!! I have a hughe predilection for Jeep Grand Cherokees. Last year, I shopped two other dealerships. The sales reps at the other dealerships walked me inside their respective offices, and put me in front of a computer. I'm an informed buyer. I had already done my internet research. I was ready to buy. I went to Benson Jeep in scorching heat, yet, the sales rep. Justice, took me around the lot, and after discussing what I wanted, they ordered the Grand Cherokee I wanted. This week, I went back to Benson Jeep, and the sales representative, Justice, and the sales manager, Don, worked with me to purchase a new 2017 Grand Cherokee Limited. No other dealership, and I mean NO other dealership, would have accomplished this. Thanks Justice!

I went here in need of a four-door truck I have a new single cab and had financing just had a baby needed 4 doors I had the deal all the way down to where all's my finance company had to do is send the check and the title it was too late in the day Friday by time I got back to finance Monday somebody came in and they let them put a hold on the truck I was already in the middle of buying I will never go here again and that is a terrible way to do business now I have to spend another full day looking for a truck for me and my son thank God for big old Dodge on Laurens Road the same person I bought my first truck will be who I will get my next one from this place is slack and they will take your stuff from under you 4 pennies like circus people this really upset me considering my situation I had full financing and the check was already wrote so what excuse did they have to get rid of the truck and not allow me to buy it I I warn you to stay away from this place please go to Big O Dodge

Mike Conroy did it again! Sold us 2 cars in the same day! Talked me into not one but 2 vehicles in the same day! This is number 6 and 7 from Benson from the same guy since 2013! (My first Challenger) This is the second time we bought 2 in the same day! Benson is a one stop shop. If they don't have it they will find it! Finance managers are great too! You won't go wrong here!
