This is by far the best dealership experience I have ever had. I have been looking at different cars for a few months now and have been to many dealerships ranging from Greenville, SC to North Carolina. You can immediately tell that this dealership is different from the rest. Bill Sudermann has been a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to my family and friends who are looking at a new vehicle. If you are looking for a Jeep, Dodge, or Chrysler, do yourself a favor and go to Benson first.

Extremely disappointing experience. I brought my 2014 Grand Cherokee in a few months ago with the radio not working. They told me there was nothing they could do because they couldn't duplicate the problem. I came in two weeks ago for an oil change. They tried to update the radio and the system crashed. They called and told me it would be a week before they could get a new radio. So for a week I drove me vehicle without a radio, without the ability to control the climate, without any uconnect features. I brought it back, they replaced the radio and broke the wood trim. Today I'm waiting for them to replace one piece of wood trim, I've been here over an hour. When I ask why people have been able to get in after me and out before me, they have no answer.

Quinton Thomas was my sales person and he was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. I appreciated his demeanor and ability to establish a rapport ( along with my trust and confidence) very quickly. I would highly recommend Benson and Quinton without any reservation. In addition, GM Chris Bench, was most impressive. He spoke freely and genuinely with me .... he and Quinton sealed the deal.

If you're looking for just the right vehicle we have bought from this dealership for years now and have never been disappointed. Our salesman bill suderman is always right on top of things and credit is not a big issue here they work with everyone. You owe it to yourself to come here before you buy make sure you ask for Bill suderman they call him Superman.

What a experience from beginning to end. If this dodge does me well im a customer for life. Told then what i wanted where my payments needed to be and went above and beyond to make it happen. Only dealership to take me in and help me get decent financing with no credit history. Everyone else couldnt finance me or some insane interest rate was involved. Ill be back guys job well done

I purchased my Prius from Fred just over a week ago and all I have to say about the Benson crew is that they are fair. This was the first dealership that I felt I was being listened to. Had an issue with the service department that left me upset to say the least. That being said, the staff got in contact with me and resolved the issue. In the end I am extremely stratified with the work that was done and would bring my vehicle back in the event service was needed.

Bill Sudermann was very helpful in getting right to what I wanted. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. They did not have the exact car I wanted on the lot but he showed me the car closest to what I wanted and let me test drive it. They were able to get down to the price I was prepared to pay. I am so excited about my new jeep!!

The problem I thought I had was much larger than it appeared (I had an electronic module malfunctioning when it appeared to just be the map light.).
