Occasionally, we meet someone with a personality of truthfulness, friendliness, and is just a pleasure to be around. With those kinds, you become instant friends with nothing to be proven on either side. I met just such a person at Benson s Dodge Chrysler Jeep preowned vehicles while shopping for a truck. Sales representative Mike Bensch has become like an old friend that my wife and I just met.
Should or when I need to shop for a vehicle, the first, and I m sure the only place I need to look, will be Benson Chrysler, Dodge Jeep. Thanks Mike.

Greeted by Butch the salesperson he listened to what I was looking took me out for a test drive explained all the features and spoke to manager to get a price match and then beat that match on price even though vehicle wasn't on lot they brought one in. More than happy with trade in price. Great experience all the way around

My experience at Benson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was excellent from beginning to end. Top notch knowledge of the automobiles and friendly atmosphere. Seems like the pushy sales people type of the past are in fact in the past. At Benson there was not any pressure, and just helpful answers to questions and friendly sales staff all around. Contacted them online about pricing of a specific car. Madeline sent a reply almost immediately, Jimmy called and made me an offer that I couldn't refuse, and Dale my sales rep made buying this car the easiest and most efficient experience I've ever had (thank you Dale)! I'm even considering coming back in a few months with my daughter to buy her first car.

I was very disappointed by this dealership. I felt they were hungry for business at the end of the month, but as soon as it was the beginning of the next work, it got tougher and tougher to communicate. I came in to do a trade in and was basically told I would be called back to move forward after they knew it was super hard for me to get there to begin with. I had intentions on finalizing the deal at that time. Once I was called back, I was told the price of the vehicle I wanted was actually $4,500 more than what was on their website and what we discussed for days. They were unwilling to work with me on anything like extending the lease to make it affordable. Never have I been turned away when I'm trying to purchase, especially seeing that my credit is excellent and I was already to purchase. Very disappointed.

My husband and I went to Benson today to look for a truck. Mike Conroy found us the right one and beat all the prices we researched before going to Benson. I was so impressed with how Mike got to know us and matched us very quickly with the right truck! We left with a beautiful new truck and we are both so excited about our purchase. I will definitely recommend Mike Conroy and Benson to my friends!

came from florida to purchase truck because of the service i got from the sales dept and managment, this is the 4th vehicle from bensons and worth the drive, my sales person bill suterman is the best and friendly. no pressure sales and great inventory. will be back at the end of my lease for another truck, finance was quick and easy

I bought two at the same time , Big Mistake,still ended up paying internet price, I have bought eight new Caravans from other dealers,and always got a good deal. after the papers where signed,the salesman showed me a dent in the van,bran new car ! Anyone that has bought a car from these people and think they got a good deal, should check out some other dealers.

Service advisor was nice, but honestly dont remember his name, and not even sure he introduced himself.

A item in the oil filter was broken. I dont accept it that it was broken due to wear. It is not a moving part so it should not experience any wear. I think the filter was removed in a way that may of "accidently" broken it. I was not offered to see the broken part, nor could I see the vehicle per the bay regulations (which I understand). All I was told is the filter could be installed without the part, but that the filter would not work properly, and eventually cause engine damage. It left me with no choice but to approve the cost of the part, not happy about this.

I did speak with the mechanic who removed the part, and it looks like he was training someone, which leads to me to believe this was broken during removal. This has lead me to have doubts about the quality and honesty of the service technicians if this happens during a simple oil change.

A car with kids is hard to maintain clean, but when I got the car back, things were pushed around, the oil change message had not been reset, handprints on the front grill and passenger side fender, seat was pushed all the way front. Windshield washer fluid was not topped off, and front drive side tire was left with low air.

Everyone was nice, but my confidence is not there with the service department. I am a proud Dodge owner, and currently looking to get a second car since 3 kids,a wife, plus groceries in a Journey gets tight fast. I have probably scratched this dealer off my list of where to purchase from.

Update: 8/7/2020 A customer rep called me and thoroughly explained what happened which NOW made sense. I'll give them a shot again on next oil change.
