My husband and I stopped into the Benson Dealership to see if they could help us get our two vehicles traded into one new loan. Both of our vehicles had been purchased at Benson within the last few years, so we knew we were starting in the right place. Eben McCauley met us at the door and was ready and able to answer all of our initial questions. He let us test drive a truck and it drove like a dream. He then explained the bells and whistles, going into depth with knowledge of the pulling capability, and differences between this model and others. Once we got talking about financing and trade-ins, Eben and Don Looney became the dream team. They took our financial standings into consideration and got us the best terms for our deal. Talk about the perfect place to buy a vehicle! Quality and customer service at Benson are hands down every time.

Robbie Miller was a huge help. He helped me find the truck I wanted. The process was quick and he was very friendly.

My first experience was good I spoke with a gentleman and test drove a car, opted not to get it because I heard that name and model had a-lot of problems. ( He was very helpful ) Fast forward to today 5/30/19 around 7:15 came to the location wasn t greeted, wasn t asked can we help you, even had employees walk by and didn t even speak. You all might be rate this and that but on my experience with customer service this evening it s BELOW AVERAGE!!!!!!! These establishments need to realize word of mouth is the best advertising and how they make you feel and the treatment you receive is IMPORTANT!!!!! I guess you all are selling cars faster then they can make them, so it s ok to overlook customers every now and then. Or maybe because I didn t buy a car the first time they didn t take me seriously. That s ok, I can ALWAYS spend MY MONEY elsewhere.

Great customer service from Butch!! No high pressure.

The car purchase process went well and had originally given a 5 star review, however, I am revising to 2 stars. The vehicle purchased had repair work that was agreed to be performed. 4 at most 5 days were estimated to complete the service and was severely disappointed in that neither the body work nor the service work was completed on time. I will have to return again to complete. There seemed to be a disconnect between sales and service.

My family has purchased several cars from Benson and has had nothing but positive experiences! Randall is great to work with!

I must say that of any past experiences I've had with purchasing a vehicle. I have never had someone go as above and beyond the way that Mike Kulla did for my Wife and I. After several attempts at getting in a used truck that fell through, Mike never stopped thinking of us. Not only was he able to put us in the type of truck we wanted but he got us in a brand new Ram 1500 with really a better deal than what we would have gotten for used. Robbie Miller is interested in getting what you want with no run around. No pressure. It s obvious that he is a genuine and good human. No half truths like I experienced with a previous situation at a different dealership. It s been a long time since I felt like I mattered more than the psychological game of the car business. I know everyone uses a certain amount of not showing all the cards to make a living but I didn t feel like Robbie would put that in front of treating me right. Salespeople could learn a lot by watching Robbie work. Less smoke and mirrors and more personal interaction. He s a career sales guy. I see why. Ask for him!

Stay away service department screws vehicles up to charge people for repairs not needed
Purchase a new dodge challenger there has unlimited services that stated I did not buy from them have all purchase paperwork in vehicle after oil change power steering pump went vehicle only has 17,000 miles A 2013 would not give service record history service department said I'm not authorized one I turned over to corporate
General manager will not return calls

Ask for Robbie. I've purchased 3/4 cars from him and he makes the process easy. Had service work done as well and had a great experience all the way around.

The sales side is great. Couldn't have asked for a more helpful group that listened to my price range and worked to meet it. But the service side is a little disappointing. It's never a quick stop even for an oil change. The first two times were over an hour and a half each so now we go else where for service.
