I called on a truck they had on the lot, negotiated a price and agreed on a deal. The sales person said she would call me back to finalize the paperwork. Hours pass and nothing. I called back and was forwarded to someone else, he said I would have it first thing in the morning. Next morning, nothing. I called again, no answer. Text his personal mobile he gave, nothing. Called again and low and be hold they sold the vehicle from underneath me. They were never going to call me back and tell me anything. I finally had to corner the salesman and he gave some sob story of how busy he was. Don t let all the great reviews fool you, they only care about the money.

Update February 3, 2020. Called the GM and still no call back.

I purchased a used Yukon from this dealership. The vehicle hadn't been serviced so the salesman told me they would deliver it the following afternoon (Thursday) or Friday morning. I called him Thursday and he said it will probably be Friday afternoon now. I called him once again Friday afternoon since I hadn't heard anything and he said they got it finished an hour ago but all of our drivers have gone home so it will be delivered by 9:30 am on Saturday. I had plans to go visit my family Saturday but figured if it was delivered by 930 that I could still go. Salesman texts me Saturday morning at 9:20 and says the driver is on the road. I said I thought he'd be here by 9:30? He said well now he'll be there by 11. I paid an extra $100 to have them deliver the vehicle Thursday or Friday not Saturday at lunch time. Horrible customer service.
They also charged me sales tax on top of the listed price when their website clearly said all internet prices INCLUDE sales tax. They said oh well that's not what that means. I said well you should change the website because that can only be read one way. The very next day they changed their website to say all prices do not include sales tax and other fees. You're welcome for doing your job for you. The least they could have done was honor that statement when I caught it for them.
I also had a coupon from their website that I told the salesman about and he never applied it to price. I won't purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Bill Justice provided excellent service again and helped us find the perfect Jeep for us.

This is a great dealership to work with! It was my first time buying a car and Connor Gaffney really helped me through the process. He got me a good car payment on a 2018 Toyota Corolla. I didn t feel any sort of pressure from him or Robbie, who went over financing with me. I would definitely recommend Benson to my friends and family that are car shopping!

Our experience with Benson was literally mind blowing. The professionalism of every employee was evident the minute we got to the dealership, which is new and beautiful. Let's just say that if I could give them a zero Stars I would! Nonchalant about helping you and if you don't show them cash up front they really want to do anything to help you find the vehicle you want or workout prices. I would call out the other individuals name that was the worst of all because he was the main reason for this bad review but I won't do that because I'm going to just take it as he was having a bad week even though that's no excuse. Let's just say I ended up purchasing my vehicle at a different dealership and they had a great price, superb customer service, as well as a friendly environment.

I came and got 4 new tires on 11/15. Benson did a great job. On 11/16 I came out of my home and my rear passenger tire was flat. I called and talked to Kenneth and he said to bring it up and they will look at it. Kenneth looked and it and is having to replace my tire with a new one, but was very helpful and I'm very appreciative of Everything he has one for me.

Will, from the Service Center, was very helpful when I brought my Jeep Patriot in for an oil change a couple weeks ago. He checked my family and I in and took us to the waiting area(LOVE the fact they have a "kid room"), and when we left I was concerned if the mechanic had put air in my tires, and Will made sure they did -- That, to me, was exceptional service.

I took a Dodge Grand Caravan in to the collision department to fix minor rear end damage. The car now looks good but only go if you have lots and lots of time to wait. I called on July 31st to schedule an appointment and they said the earliest they could do it was August 24th. I agreed to that so I'm not complaining about that part. But I dropped it off over the weekend on Sunday August 23rd. I expected to get a call with a time estimate for its completion but when no call came, I called them on Friday August 28th. They just said they don't normally call but it should be ready Monday (August 31) or "worst case", Wednesday (September 2nd). Monday came and went. Tuesday, still no call. Wednesday came and went with no call. Then Thursday. Friday morning I called them and left a voice mail. They called me back 8 hours later at 5:00pm that day and said it's ready and to come get it. I was unable to pick it up on one hour's notice (they close at six and I live 25 minutes away) and so I said I'd have to get it Monday. (They're closed Saturday.) They reminded me that Monday was Labor Day so they had it another 3 days before I could pick it up. That's 15 days without use of the van for an $1,800 rear end repair. And that's after waiting 3 weeks to even get the appointment.

If you want quality, care, and a car that you don't have to worry about I would recommend not wasting your time here. I got a 2012 ford explorer and have had to drop money into it, again and again, oh and still have yet to fix the leak. I can honestly say I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
