They had the truck I needed and I called ahead and spoke with "Polar Bear" and told him what I wanted. I paid a deposit to secure the truck and came several hours later to handle the paperwork and was out in under an hour. Polar Bear's customer service was great.

My first experience at Benson was a great one especially with Robert Garcia. I was not expecting the dealership to be open on a Sunday. I wish you could give more than five stars. Randall Hill made buying my new truck easier than I could have imagined. I called about one that was on their website and immediately had an out the door price that beat any other dealership. I set an appointment to test drive and Randall was ready right when I arrived. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional are just a few words to describe. When I decided to purchase the truck the trade in for my old one and all paperwork was amazingly quick. If you need a vehicle this would be the only place to call.

Was not pressured which is great. Mike was friendly, and I genuinely felt he did all he could to get me into the truck I wanted. The end portion of the process was a little rushed, and I felt that they were trying to get us out quickly, but overall, was a very hassle free process.

I just bought a 2016 Chrysler 200 Limited from Robert Garcia! We had a wonderful experience here. Robert was professional, kind, courteous, and honest. I'm very pleased with my purchase!

My wife and I had one of the most easy and relaxing car buying experiences yesterday afternoon. We were riding from car lot to car lot looking for our 17 year old daughter her first car and didn't know exactly what we wanted. We pulled into the parking lot and seen a 2018 Nissan Altima sitting there almost like it was waiting for us. I seen that it was very reasonably priced for the year and mileage it had. It had everything my daughter wanted plus more. Then, Connor "Mack" Gaffney slowly rode up on his golf cart wearing a mask to give us all the information about the car. Come to find out he's one of the coolest & interesting guys I've met in a while. He darted off to get the keys for us so we could really check out the car. We took it for a test drive all the while he was telling us everything about the vehicle, the Carfax, engine, transmission, the remaining powertrain warranty it still had because of the low mileage etc... We got back to the dealership, pulled it into a parking space, opened the trunk, hood and all the doors. He simply asked, "Well, what do you think?" I looked at my wife, she said she liked it so, I knew if she liked it then my daughter would. He assured me that he would take care of us and he did just that. He was able to secure us a very low interest rate and got us in & out lightening fast.
All in all, if you're looking for an easy used car buying experience, drive to Benson in Greer and ask for Mack! He'll take care of you and maybe even tell you some cool stories during the process.

The only reason this place gets a star is because William D. in the services department was helpful and knowledgeable.
We dropped my Jeep Wrangler off on a Thursday morning to fix 2 recalls on it. William said it d be done before the day was over. We made arrangements with him in regards to after hours pick up. We got a call late morning saying it was done and ready for pick up. We got there about 10 til 8 pm...couldn t find my Jeep where we had arranged for it to be, the boyfriend called and spoke to the supervisor, explained the situation to him...hadn t a clue as to where the Jeep would be. We spotted the Jeep, used our spare key to get in, only to realize the keys for it weren t left in it!!! The boyfriend got inside and talked to the said supervisor face to face...he still hadn t a single clue as to where the keys would be. Suggested that they might be in the night drop off box which he didn t have a key for! Left and returned the next morning. Talked to William again and told him what happened the previous night. He apologized for the inconvenience, miscommunication, and the way we were talked to the previous night. He was able to find my keys surprisingly enough in the night drop off box (which keep in mind, he s not a supervisor and still had access)!!!!
If a supervisor is as good as the anchor on the titanic and can t help us out, the customers....why is he a supervisor???
WE will gladly be telling people the terrible experience we had here and we will never be back here again.
To sum it all up: the left hand hasn t a clue as to what the right hand is doing.

Third times a charm! I ve love my last two vehicles from Bensons but my new Jeep Grand Cherokee is by far my favorite! Paul Kelley helped me find one with all the features I wanted, low miles, space for the family, and I got a great deal with my trade! Would highly recommend getting your next vehicle at Bensons and ask for Paul Kelley. He s the best in the business!

I can't believe they sold the truck out from under me. I found a truck online yesterday and contacted the internet sales department to get an out the door price less some discount they offered from a coupon code I received on line which they wouldn't share with me.
I then proceeded to complete a credit application and they let me have my credit pulled 4 times to secure financing. I received approval from USAA last night for 3.49% which was ~2% better than the rate they quoted me. Also, I asked for a quote in writing first thing this morning to make sure the collateral value was ok with USAA. I waited for over 2 hours then received a text saying the truck was sold. Needless to say I am very disappointed with my experience with this dealership.

My husband and I went there yesterday for information on a trade-in. We ended up walking out with a new vehicle! All the guys there were patient, understanding, and knowledgeable about the services they offered. They stayed after closing to get everything signed and made sure we were comfortable with the decision we made. We bought our first car from them and now this one. They are a dealership I would highly recommend!

Came into Benson Dodge for our nephew and just asking questions to our the salesman Dennis Wright my wife ended up buying a 2017 dodge 1500..

We had a great experience with Even and the crew. Very helpful and efficient.

Going into this I really wanted to give this experience a 5 star but I can't. This is the reason why. I went to Benson and looking for a particular vehicle with particular options. The sales team told me they found the vehicle at another lot with all the options that I wanted so I purchased the vehicle. After taking possession of the vehicle I found out one of the options that were sold to me was not on the vehicle. I contacted the salesman and he said that it was an oversight on his part and he would look into it. To make a long story short after about a month the salesman inferred to me that I wasn't going to get the option which was sold to me. Stating that we went over the options on the sticker and that it was his fault he told me wrong but I got exactly what was on the sticker he showed me. This was true but I guess long gone is the time where you can take a person at their word. Unfortunately, now when I drive the car all I see is me being misled and not a nice new vehicle.

After a terrible experience trying to get a car via Carvana, Eric Campbell and the gentlemen at Benson Hooked me up with they same type of car with a heck of a better deal. I deal with social Anxiety, but was made to feel so comfortable and at ease that I had no problems. These guys went above and beyond to make this a smooth buying experience!

Pulled into the lot and this young man came over to me and asked if he could help me in any way. He showed me where to park, asked what I was looking for, and showed me a Chrysler 300 in white, and that was what I wanted. Eben Mccauley answered all my questions. He let take it for a test drive, and that sold it! Then Don Looney led me thru the financial part. Then Eddie Weeks took over and WOW what a ride that was. Must have signed 146 places. Great guys that know their stuff! Love the car.

We purchased our car 2 years ago from Benson and have nothing but headaches since from the service department. Our last episode was calling on the 14th of December to make an appointment for a lube and oil change for the 18, 19, or 20th of December and were told they were booked until December 29th. We made an appointment elsewhere and had the work done today, the 18th. Would not recommend their service department to anyone! They have grown way to fast and can't handle the customers.

Put Dennis thru the ringer and he was as professional and patient the entire way. We purchased a 2015 Grand Cherokee and a 2018 wrangler JL unlimited Sahara. Great vehicles and great dealership to work with. Dennis and Don made this as easy as could be. Highly recommended.

Service dept is incompetent. On Tues., I scheduled an appointment for Thurs. @ 0930. I dropped my truck off 45 minutes early. Came back by at 11:15, they hadn't started on it. Went to lunch and came back at 2:30--still hadn't started on it and this was a job that was supposed to take 4-5 hours. I drove 30 minutes from home and had a relative meet me and we wasted over half a day. I asked to speak to the manager. He kept saying he was sorry and he "understood", except he kept saying it with about as much passion as a 2 dollar hooker. He said they were backed up and got behind. I said, well perhaps you could have called me (and the other customers) to let them know. He said "I did tell them" (the service reps--to start calling at 10:00 AM). Well then, why didn't I get a call? No answer. I told the service rep who wrote up my service ticket what the service manager told me and he said that they didn't get the word to start calling people until 12:00. Still, even so, here it is after 2:30 and still no one has called me. No attempt AT ALL at service recovery...nothing. Normally when you goof up that bad, you offer something (free oil changes, free tire rotations, something free). NOTHING. Just "I'm sorry, I understand" over and over like a pre-recorded message. Obviously, I will not be going back. Oh, here's another thing. My A/C is blowing out the floor vents. This is a recall fix. So when I call to make the appt., the lady says, "This work has already been done". Really? Where? She could give me a date, but said she couldn't tell me where the work was done. My truck has only been to two other dealerships. I have EVERY repair receipt in a folder. I look thru my folder--nothing with the date she gives me. HOWEVER, when I pulled up to the service desk this morning, the service tech hops in and has in his hand an electronic tablet (computer) and guess what is displayed--the entire maintenance history for my truck, complete with date and the dealership that performed the work. When I asked him about it and told him what the girl on the phone had said, he said "well I'll check it" and quickly turned the tablet off. Hmmmm.

I did a thing today and leased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sport JL from Benson. I really wanted a 6 speed manual but of course they re very rare so R.J. hooked me up , from building a custom Jeep to signing on the dotted line, R.J. and the team at Benson made my dreams come true. Thank you for making the process easy and painless.

Butch is the only person we talk to when it's time to buy a new vehicle.

My daughter needed to buy a used car and knew the only place to go was Benson CDJ and see Fred in used cars. This makes the 5th car from Benson and the 3rd I bought from Fred.
