Would rate the service at Benson Greer as "excellent". Had taken my vehicle to another repair shop for A/C problem. Was told it had a leak and would probably need to have the unit replaced. Brought it to Benson for a 2nd opinion. Told service writer, Kenneth Morgan, the problem. He had vehicle checked out and said couldn't find a leak, just a little low on Freon. Put in Freon and it's been working great for months now. Finally found an honest shop! Thank you, Kenneth and Benson!

I purchased a new Jeep Cherokee at Benson. Butch Griffin was an awesome salesman. Very patient and no pressure! He really focused on what I wanted out of a vehicle. It was a great, relaxed shopping experience for me.

I truly can't say enough about my vehicle buying experience at Benson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Greer, South Carolina. My parents were looking for a Wrangler of their own and through them I met my sales representative, William Moore. I'm a Jeep guy and I could tell that William knew everything about Jeeps. I was planning to make modifications to my 2017 JKU, but after talking to Will I felt that I wanted to upgrade. I was bringing my recently purchased rims and tires to the table and I wanted someone I could trust and believe in to guide me through the process of upgrading my new 2021 Gladiator Rubicon. I even had Will transfer my vehicle of choice from another lot to his, because his knowledge impressed me that much. Will researched everything that I needed to make my upgrade everything I wanted. He hooked me up with a lift and front fender mods which included new fender lights with brackets and inner fender liners. In addition he had my 40 inch tires mounted to my rims and everything installed. That's when I met Landon Woody, my service advisor. Woody jumped right onto making the mods happen. In one day and out the next, and my already perfect Gladiator Rubicon became the Gladiator of my dreams, a head turner for sure. When I picked up my Gladiator, I was lucky to also meet Sean Brooks, one of the master technicians that worked on my Gladiator. He along with Will and Landon, walked me through the build and prepared me for everything that I might expect from having a lifted Jeep. My experience at Benson's from the sales floor to the service department was perfect. Every person that I interacted with treated me like family and they put there very best into every part of making my experience at Benson's one to remember favorably. Its been years since I purchased a new vechicle. My oveall experience with Benson Dodge was a very pleasant experience. Steve my salesmen was very helpful and very pleasant to work with to find the right truck for me that fit my needs at the right price.

I don't remember the finace guy or the loan guy that worked on my behalf to find a lender that would work with me on getting a loan with my shotty credit but they are magic makers.

As a female I felt very comfortable and respected by Steve as my salesman with no pressure to buy which made for more of a positive experience.

Overall great experience. From our initial email discussions with the Internet Manager Matt, to our salesmen Butch, to the Manager Jonathan....it went smoothly. We came looking for one vehicle, but after seeing the package difference between my current Jeep and the one we were interested in, we decided it wasn t for us. Therefore, Benson went out of their way to get us into something with the same features I was used to at a competitive price. Car buying can be a very stressful and long process, but Benson made the buying process (especially while pregnant) easy!

This was my first brand new car I purchased and I was hesitant at first to go to a big dealership. I was contacted by Will Moore from the sales team there. He did an excellent job. He answered all of my questions no matter what they were about the vehicles I was interested in. I ended up getting a 2018 Jeep Cherokee Latitude and I couldn't be any happier. I would definitely recommend anyone who asked me to go to this dealership. I will be buying future cars from here. Will in particular any time i can.

Connor Gaffney was honest and straightforward with what he was selling and was able to work with what I gave him to get me into my dodge challenger that I've wanted forever he didn't do the normal salesman tactics that other dealerships would do and I loved the service and my car.

At first I thought that I would be a repeat customer to this place due to the way I was treated during the sale. Come to find out that is all this place (used car, I cant speak for the new car sales team) cares about...the sale. I have contacted them a couple times since the sale for simple things (email me a copy of the bill of sale, and when will I receive my tag) and it is the hardest thing I have ever done trying to get someone to follow up with me!! I tried for a week and a half to have Steve call me back about the tag...ridiculous! Now all I need is a copy of the bill of sale and I'm going through it all over again. I would just stop by but I live 3 hours from this place so that really is not an option. Great price on car, terrible follow up customer service.

I was visiting my son in Greenville and used a repair shop near his house to get my 2015 Jeep Cherokee tuned up before giving it to my daughter. The repair shop found a major problem that only a dealership could address. Kenneth got me scheduled, expedited the part and through significant effort determined the repair was covered under my power-train warranty! His extra efforts enabled me to return to Florida on time. My only regret is not having Kenneth and the team at Benson do the tune up as well. I would highly recommend Benson s service department.
