Update - After the sale of my vehicle had a appointment to get a hitch put on. The hitch was very low to the ground making it nearly impossible for a disabled person to reach and put a hitch insert in and lock it in. Called my salesman and was told that s what I had unless I d pony up $1000 for the factory hitch. So make sure you have exactly what want in writing before you sign because Benson doesn t really care after the sale. I m gonna give them only 2 stars for that reason.

I had searched for a Jeep Gladiator in my own backyard, but ended up down the road. Thankfully, Will Moore helped me find the perfect one to fit my needs. He is exceptionally well versed in all the details of the Jeep options. He steered me in the right direction and I ended up adding the 2 inch mopar lift. Love it! I will not hesitate to use him in the future!!!

I will never go to another Dodge dealership other than Benson of Greer for sales, service, or parts. The entire team goes out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Highly Recommend!!! Chris Bensch is a great General Manager and you can tell he cares about his customers. Will Moore in sales, Veronica Cash in service, and the service manager, Patricia Knight, have all been amazing to do business with. Great communication, friendly, and always attentive.

The salesman was great! Go there and ask for Bill. The financing wait was long, as usual with any dealer. The service department didn't provide good answers for problems with the vehicle just after the sale. They just cleared the error codes (47 of them) and said come back if it happens again. They didn't look at anything and said they were not important. I do recommend this dealer compared to others.

We have bought/traded 2 used cars from Benson this year. Both times it has been easy, quick, and painless. The General Manger-Chris Bensch is a miracle worker! Even with less than perfect credit he has worked out a deal with good interest rates and payments where we needed them. Both times we were able to have the majority of the deal done over the phone and just come in to sign paperwork and get our keys, less than an hour at dealership!! I would highly recommend my friends and family there and will continue to buy from them for future purchases.

I had been looking for a loaded out 2020 Ram Rebel. They were rather hard to find and I had been watching one ar another dealer for about a month then it sold. I called that dealer and was pretty much given the run around. Yes, I was internet shopping but I was a serious buyer and made that clear. They didn t even offer to do search for me. I then found one at Benson and got in contact with Connor Gaffney. I was treated both professionally and as a serious buyer. I made the entire deal over the phone as I live in Knoxville TN. The vehicle had been driven some by the manager and I had reservations about the purchase. Connor took the time to send me 15 pictures that day and assured me the truck was in brand new condition. The entire deal took less than 2 hours to make and just a few phone conservations. I picked the truck up yesterday and it was just as promised, perfect condition! I have been very pleased with the service at the Benson dealership. I originally called after looking at their website and the salesman was very helpful and sent me all the information I asked for. Upon arriving at the dealership the salesman showed me every car I asked about and never rushed me. I actually chose a different car on the property and upon pulling the vehicle out he opened everything up including the hood. He explained everything about the car including any work they may have done and it was test drove. The salesman never forced a car on me that I didn t want which is the case sometimes. Other than dreaded paperwork everything was made pleasant and was actually a happy buying experience. The vehicles at Benson are good quality with a good price. You basically buy a car that you want with no worries once leaving the lot. They even took the time to laminate my paper tag so the rain and weather wouldn t mess it up until my actual tag arrives. I will definitely be purchasing another vehicle from Benson in the future.
