Typical Ben and Jerry's quality. The store gets busy because of its location.

A must if you like ice cream! The maple walnut was very good.
Definitely don't miss touring this place, it's so much fun! Take some time to pay your respects in the flavor graveyard to all the flavors who have come and gone, and weep for your favorites (*bring back apple pie!*) And if you dare, take the ice cream challenge at the end...though you may need a wheel barrel to get back to your car.
Really great ice cream. So many flavors to choose from.
Is it really necessary to say why B&Js is 5 Star?? :-)
Very busy place but the line goes fast. Great ice cream.
Great place to stop while shopping to grab a quick dessert. The ice cream options are awesome and they have a lot of the newer flavors as well. Plenty of seating inside if your feet are sore.
Too sweet, but I guess it would depend on your taste.
Edit: The owner reached out, and I tried a different flavor that wasn't as sweet. Very impressed with their customer service.
I mean... How can you go wrong with Ben & Jerry's? Seriously. Delicious.
Great store, great ice cream, safe area, big lines! Worth a visit.
Awesome ice cream and tons of flavors. Depending on the time, and the weather, the line can be kinda long, but it's worth the wait. Their recent remodel really adds to the "ice cream hippie" vibe.
**A nice little tip: not only can they make a milkshake out of any flavor, but they can make a hot chocolate with any flavor as well! So whether it's hot or cold outside, you can enjoy your favorite flavor!**
Not only was the decor really cool, but the staff was SUPER friendly. The boy behind the counter seemed so ecstatic to be doing his job, I can't help but give 5 stars - I wish I had his name to commend him properly.
They had an incredible amount of flavors and fun ways to eat them, my friend got hers in a waffle bowl - very cool! We were able to sample as many flavors as we wanted and I ended up with the "Cookies and Milk" - highly recommend!
Great ice cream! Try mixing and matching flavors for milkshakes
When you visit Church Street, you must stop by the Ben and Jerry's scoop shop. It's a staple of the trip.
Good ice cream selection. Line can be out the door sometimes, but it usually moves fast. Have some fun Ben and Jerry's shirts and memorabilia.
5 Stars because well...its Ben and Jerry's and you cant get better than that!
Long lines all the time, but such good ice cream and friendly service. Plus it smells so good in there!
What's not to love, provided you love ice cream? Open late which is great!
I had the delicious coconut ice cream and toffee as well. Creamy and perfect
The best Ben & Jerry's, we had a blast, we will come back soon. The best ice cream in the state
Somehow, it tasted even better than the pints you can buy at the grocery store. Friendly staff.
Ice cream is overpriced. It is good ice cream. But not worth the price.
It's ok, but the Ice Cream is really really too sweet and heavy.
Ben and Jerry's in Vermont! All of the flavors and things you want from a Ben and Jerry's but lines were long on a weekday with only 2 people waiting on customers.
Absolutely love Ben & Jerry's. We don't have one close to us so when we are doing shopping on Church St it's a great place to stop. Perfect location, great ice cream, and a great atmosphere what's not to like.
Go during the week when it isn't overrun with consistently the longest lines downtown and the visit can be as good as the incomparable ice cream delights they serve.
Make sure to check out the scoop shop exclusive flavors! Triple caramel chunk is one of my favorites
It's hard to give this place anything less than 5 stars. I mean, what's not to love? Unique flavors to the shop, plus all the staples and favorites. Always go for a waffle cone. Tip: order by the scoop instead of by the size.
The VW BUS just brings the timeless joy of being a kid with a cone.
First time trying Ben and Jerry's since apparently its apart of Vermont's history, would come back here again the next time we visit Vermont.
Clean, good ice cream, and friday staff. What more could one want in life?
Never disappoints, though they could be more efficient in service.
Excellent ice cream from Vermont, many choices, there are often people but it is moving very quickly, it is beautiful and colorful inside and small terrace outside. To try. Also there is a factory where tours are organized, but you have to take the car.
Simply the best ice cream you will ever have, they have creative flavors and a great atmosphere. The location on church street make it a great place to stop in when you are out walking around the area.
Fine ice cream
But always too many people
The best, the first. Accomodations for allergens..super. better than Montreal.
portions are huge! and the line was extremely long..but worth the wait!
Always a great time in the Ben & Jerry scoop shop! The smell of waffle cones is overwhelmingly taunting from outside. Renovations completed in summer 2017 making this scoop shop a more iconic representation of the Waterbury factory. Let us not forget the plethora of options offered, including extensive flavor choices (free samples!), ice cream cakes, t-shirts and other merch.
It was great, can't go wrong with this place. Cherry Garcia all the way!
Excellent varieties and helpful staff. The Seven Layer Coconut Bar is a must try. This was my first time trying Ben & Jerry's --- I'd recommend a stop for anyone traveling through the area.
Nothing like the real deal straight from a scoop shop.
I didn't find it so good. The ice cream is not very creamy and soft through the cone.
First time visiting Ben and Jerry's ever. Price shock was real, but can understand why. Great tasting ice cream and the waffle cones were awesome too. If we're ever in Vermont again, we will come back!!
tasty stuff, if you have a sweet tooth, this is the place to stop by.
What a fantastic experience! Had to check it out while on vacation and was the highlight of our trip! The tour is definitely worth the time. They also gave me a free cone for my birthday which was a great surprise! The flavor graveyard was also pretty cool. I definitely recommend stopping by if you re in the ar
Expensive, long line for service, still you have to go if you are in the area!
Love every flavor! Scoops with a smile! Thanks Ben & Jerry's!
Brilliant love my ice cream
When is Ben and Jerry's opening again anyone know
Cool place to visit! Interesting to see the ice cream being made and the free sample was great!
A lot of choices. The service is very fast even if the queue goes outside!
Amazing people. Amazing ice cream. Overall great experience.
Basically the tour is a series of videos and a look at the factory floor which is underwhelming. Free sample of cherry garcia. Best part was the ice cream shop which had unusual flavours. Whole thing felt like a cash grab. Tour Not recommended.
Delicious as usual! Great options, fair prices. And made in Vermont! Seriously check it out if you're in the area or on church street/stowe.
Great place to visit, there's a super fun VW bus that doubles as a table...kids love it!
Expensive! Always busy! However it's delicious, the entire shop smells amazing, and the staff is super friendly.
I am not sure whther the ice cream was more delicious compared to other branches or I was influenced by the neighborhood and shop's decoration. Anyway, don't miss it.
Really fantastic ice cream, just wish they had more non-dairy flavors at the scoop bar
Couldn't miss this sweet ice cream. I love this area. Everything is there. Food, clothes, performance and arts.
We are huge Ben & Jerry's fans. It was like visiting the Graceland of ice cream!
Friendly staff. Only negative was that the staff seemed to want to get us out the door quickly. So a little pushy. However icecream was great
Free samples at least when I was there and the smell, hmmmmmm.
Tasty tasty ice cream. It's always busy but the service is very quick.
Ben & Jerry's has some of the best ice cream flavors I've ever tried in my life, so if you're ever on Church Street in Burlington Vermont make sure you swing by across from the underground mall and grab some amazing ice cream.
Was really disappointed with them only having 2 non-dairy flavors. I eat the store bought non-dairy kind all of the time. It's some of the best non-dairy ice cream out there. Would have been nice to see more options. Hoping they have more flavors next time.
Service is great and ice cream tasted good! The only downfall is the wait time especially on Saturdays where the line curves out the door. I think it would be quicker if they had menus with descriptions for the different ice cream flavors so people could order quicker (main menu is around the corner and too far away from the end of the line usually).
Horrible Milk Shake, too much extra candy or toppings added to Ice Cream! Potty Room was Filthy, this place was way over rated! Take your business elsewhere!
Worth the wait. There's tons of delicious flavors and the decor is kid friendly.
