Don't waste your money on the tour. Boring and you get a $4 spoon of ice cream at the end. It did have a nice little propaganda film though. For a company that is supposedly environmentally friendly... No solar?

$4 for a 30 minute tour. You get a scoop of ice cream at the end. Be aware that you are not guaranteed to see ice cream being made. We happened to have visited during a cleaning shift. Our tour guide was very easily able to answer a variety of questions about the company.

Just the best tour I've ever been on. Even the sample during the tour was bigger than expected. And the gift shop had some interesting stuff. Not to mention the ice-cream in their shop tasted better than any I've had before. Getting to the graveyard in the ice was tricky...

Nice little tour. Last about 30 minutes. Not a super lot to see but still neat. Get a random scoop to try at the end. There is a po playground there for kids as well. Would give 5 stars but there is a video and some posters around that push political views. Not a major issue but last thing I wanted to hear is politics when I'm with my family.

When my family and I visited Vermont in August we ate ice cream here every day (4 days). They have great precautions during Covid; consistently cleaning the checkout area and social distancing. We had the chocolate chip cookie dough, mint chocolate chunk (but sadly the second day they didn't have it anymore maybe they do now) and strawberry. All were tasty and we visited the flavor graveyard. Plenty of space to social distance here.

Very cool place to see and visit. Kids will love it! So many flavours of ice cream to choose from, staff were great at handling the crowd of people there.
We had an ice cream and then checked out the souvenir shop. Lots of cool Ben & Jerry's souvenirs, from stickers to bowls to writing pads. We bought a scooping spoon, some stickers, bamboo bowls and a patch. We didn't go on the tour, which I think would have been cool to see, maybe next time. The sign on the road is not that big, it's modest, so it can be missed. We got a map from the tourism information centre, it was easy to find from there.
Would love to see it in the summer!

I can t imagine a review fewer than 5 stars...It is Ben and Jerry s! It was a quick, affordable tour. Free ice cream was an adequate size. Definitely recommend if you are already in the area.

Worth the trip.

Worth the trip.
I wish the tour was longer and more in-depth.

Great place to enjoy a frozen snack. They do social distancing well. Have provisions like hand sanitizer. Loved my triple cone! And to top it off, they work to give livelihoods to those unfairly incarcerated.

Definitely check the daily menu in the line. You may have to wait again, if you don't know what you want by the time you're up to order.

Wow!! What a way to feel like a total kid again! Take the tour, it's 100% worth the $4 and you even get to sample a new flavor!! From the history of Been and Jerry themselves to the packaging and cooling rooms the tour had so much fascinating stuff to look at, I wanted to dive Right in and start working here.
Be sure to make your way over to the Flavor Graveyard to see some of your favorite retired flavors, the headstones are so funny!!
A great place to bring guests and visitors.

Fun gift shop and (of course) lots of ice cream options. We didn't get to do the tour, as it was at least an hour wait, which is a long time for this type of stop (and it wasn't that busy). I'd still recommend a stop, even without the tour.

I guess I was expecting it to be longer, but most of the tour was a video (nicely done and interesting though), watched a small room of factory equipment then got our free samples. Truly, I was glad for the brevity, it was just startling how quick it seemed to be - or rather the lack of any true touring. (I know, hundreds of people can't be traipsing through the factory each day..) The graveyard was clever and nostalgic!

Definitely worth a stop. The tour is worth the $4 just for the sample. There's also a great gift shop, playground and other activities for kids, and a hilarious "flavor graveyard"

If you have tried them before there is no too much you will not love. Where it all begun, lots of history, flavor graveyard, great tour, and a great selection in the scoop store of flavors you will not necessarily wil beer ale to find at retail stores. If you are in the area you need to visit.

It s a fun New England bucket list item to cross off. Your is relatively short and a mine was a little hard to follow along. Sample sizes of the ice cream of the day in the tasting room are generous! The grounds are smaller than I expected it to be but overall it was a fun thing to do. I definitely recommend going in the summer instead of cold spring.

It's been a long time since we wanted to go to Ben & Jerry's. I swear by this little pot of ice cream at a big price. When I buy one, it's just the party. I eat it with the smallest spoon I have to make the pleasure last.

We leave Montreal and we roll, we roll and we always roll. We realize after 2 hours that we are not on the right road. We went to Lac Placide. We have to go back! I see on a road map that we found, that we can take a ferry. Let's go! Once on board, it feels like a trip. It is super nice. A bicycle passenger tells us how to get to Ben & Jerry's house. I take mental notes to get there. Finally, we can see the sign. We have finally arrived. I feel like a kid coming to Walt Disney.

We go inside to buy our tickets. We wait just 10 minutes before the tour starts. We start by watching a movie in a small cinema. I'm already disappointed because we can see this video on YouTube. Then we go around the top of a bridge to see the facilities. Obviously, nothing moves since we are in the middle of the week-end. Second disappointment.
We end the visit in a small room where we can taste a single mini ice cream scoop. There is only one taste. Here we are told that the visit is over. I do not know if the full tour lasted 20 minutes. Third disappointment.

I was bought a jar of ice cream that came back cheaper than the whole tour. He was providing a plastic spoon. Uh ... for those who know ice cream, it is too hard to eat with a plastic spoon. I went around the souvenir shop to find something. I find a spoon in keychain. Perfect. $ 10. Twice the price of ice cream. Fourth disappointment.

We left for a two hour drive. We do it ... check!

Probably wouldnt go back. Really wasnt much of a tour. They show you a film of how it came to be, take in another room overlooking production talk for 5 to 10 minutes and the take you in a snack bar room for free mini samples. Not worth the wait to do it. That and the store operates at full prices. Don't expect a discount at this so called tourist site.

Can t say I ll give 5-stars to this experience, but overall it s a fun place to visit. We took the ice cream
tour and felt a little underwhelmed by the fact that they just give two tiny scoops of their ice creams to try at the end. Also, they don t sell their usual products for a cheaper price here than at the stores. That seems a little strange given that it s a hike to drive all the way up to Vermont to visit them. Anyway, worth stopping by!

I mean, how can this not like Ben & Jerry's? The tour was short informative and finished with a scoop of Ice Cream (yes, I capitalize Ice Cream). I recommend purchasing more Ice Cream at the shop outside. They have lots of t-shirts at the gift shop, and be sure not to miss the flavor grave yard.
