Inexpensive .. and we got what we paid for. Free tasting was nice. Movie about the history of Ben and Jerry's was interesting. Tour guide wasn't very engaging and I could see thru wanted to move us through quickly. Line up for scooped ice cream was almost 45 minutes so our group of 4 went inside, bought a couple pints from the gift shop and paid less than if we bought cones. They could have done so much more to make this a better experience.

We've been many times. Funny jokes during the tour. And of course a great sample at the end, which is a good appetizer for getting a regular sized treat at the concession stand. Can be crowded on a rainy day during peak season.

If you re an ice cream lover like me, it s a fun experience. Interesting short tour. It s a happy place. The ice cream is a little over priced but it s part of the experience. We share the Vermonster, which is 20 scoops between 8 people and still couldn t finish. Cute photo opps too.

My love for Ben & Jerry ice cream led me to this tour. Excited to see behind the scene of a real live cream factory. What a disappointment to know I was not allowed to take photos of the process. The tour guide said this prevented from stealing secret ingredient, really... mmm. You can still learn a lot their practice and social responsibility campaign that is so dear to Ben & Jerry. Don't forget to walk the trail behind the green bus to the Ice cream burial. After tasting samples of all the sweet treats. Fun, family day trip that's sure to please everyone.

Today was your anniversary and it was our 43rd wedding anniversary so we went to Ben and Jerry's in Foxboro Ma 02035 to get our "free" ice cream cone and they told us they were not participating. Not a nice thing to advertise and then they don'[t honor the wish of the company!

It brings back the kid in me everytime I set a foot inside this monument dedicated to making the best flavors in the world. Driving up to the factory, my mouth is already watering. Once inside, I have a flavor before entering the tour, their mini sample and another one on my way out. Keep at it, you make everyone a kid again.

We were so excited to check this out, a lot of Ben and Jerry's in our freezer year round! Went on a rainy Monday, expecting foot traffic to be slow. Place was packed, typical tourist attraction with a few tents outside to tie dye your own souvenir and get drinks. Small, basic gift shop inside with some cool, but extremely overpriced, things. Ice cream from the scoop shop was over priced and didnt taste fresh. Lacking a lot of the popular flavors available for purchase in store. We wont be back. Expectations werent met at all.

It's the Ben & Jerry's factory, so of course it's got great ice cream. There are lots of good things for kids to do: playgrounds, coloring and crafting activities, places to run around and wear off all that sugar. There is also of course a gift shop. The flavor graveyard was cute and sweet and quirky, and older folks might get a kick out of seeing a flavor they only remember. The factory tour is fun and has free samples at the end - if you go during nonpeak hours, it will be less hectic too.

The tour is a bit too short, primarily cause there isn't that much to tour. It was definitely interesting and fun, but nothing extremely memorable. Free ice-cream at the end is a definite plus. Pro's: ice-cream and interesting. Cons: long wait, super crowded.

Stopped by here to buy some ice cream and visit the flavor graveyard while on the way from Burlington, VT to Carroll, NH. I'm sure the factory tour is fun as well. Definitely worth a stop!

The kind lady gave me free ice cream as they were about to close and I didn t trouble her by asking for a smoothie

Simple act of kindness that went a long way. I can therefore only give this place the highest recommendation as my experience was limited to that loveliness.

We did the Ben & Jerry factory Tour. It was amazing! We Loved the history of Ben and Jerry. Had some wonderful ice cream samples, and the Flavor Cemetary is something you wouldn't want to miss. I definitely recommend it for couples, friends, families, and all.

Wish I could give it a zero. Went there years ago, and we couldn't wait to go back back. No longer free? When did that happen? Drove from South Jersey for $4 a person tour, we saw a 5 minute movie, looked through a window to watch several employees foam and spray off equipment on cleaning day (which they failed to mention when we paid $4 x 5 people in our group), and got one spoonful sample of a new flavor. Will NEVER go there again and will tell anyone who will listen why... Beyond disappointed with the corporate-owned Ben & Jerry's company.

Not as big as I imagined, but I guess it doesn't take long to make what they need. Nice video to show the process, especially when you can't see everything. Tasting room, of course. Would have preferred some hands on play type things. Was sad that not every gift shop design is available for babies/toddlers or adults. Employees have some cool stories and answers to questions beyond the standard tour. Definitely worth a go if you are in the area or love ice cream.

Average tourist place for the tour. Would have been better if it was in production vs down for maintenance. They offer other ice creams/sorbets not available in other areas. The graveyard is a nice place to remember the old flavors of long ago
