It was great to see the facilities and taste some fresh ice cream. The flavor graveyard was interesting and the kids enjoyed playing on the playground as well.

I rated 3 stars as I feel there could be more. The movie was good and informative but you can't see very much of the process. It was okay but I was honestly a little underwhelmed.

There are some good messages that could easily be expanded on such as the the local dairy co-op that is used. Being a visual person I enjoyed the simulated process ride that Hershey shows over the real process that I couldn't really see at B&J.

Still really glad I went but don't see me ever going back.

The ice cream was good, seeing the ice cream making process was cool and learning a bit about the history was fun.

I could have done without their politics being forced on me or the indoctrination film to start the tour.

I would have rated 5 stars had the politics been left out. Our world forces enough politics on us each day, I really don't want it shoved down my throat when I'm trying to have fun.

Its the home of Ben & Jerry's, hows it get any better!! Still open and doing their best during these times, staff was great! Girlfriend was disappointed in only one choice of nondairy options but not gonna dock a star for that

I love Ben and Jerry's Ice cream and thought it would be a cool place to visit. I was not wrong. My fiance and I took a drive up to New England and took this fun tour. Its first come, first serve on the tickets so arrive pretty early! But I would highly recommend this tour! Fun times

This tour was so much fun! Our guide cracked milk, cow, and ice cream jokes the whole time. We got a free sample at the end and you can never go wrong with free ice cream. The graveyard is funny so if you're a long time fan of B&J's make sure to stop in.

I have nothing bad to say about my experience here. Loved the fantastically educational tour and getting to see how the ice cream is made and packaged. Free samples at the end of the tour. When I went we had a mouthwatering butterscotch flavour that I haven't been able to find since. Boutique offers a great range of novelty souvenirs and gift items.

Great day! I loved the set up and it was a great place to be for patents who cannot ordinarily afford to do this with their children. Great job Ben and Jerry's and many thanks to the vendors!

The tour was crowded, but fun. It's interesting to see inside the factory, but the best part was the movie and free ice cream at the end. The movie was very informative and entertaining. The ice cream is great.

Not worth it. The tour is a video and a view of the factory. Nothing important. Then you get a tiny sample that is not worth the $4 fee. Also, if you want to pay for ice cream, it's more expensive here than it is at your local convenience store.

This is a fun stop when visiting the area, especially for ice cream lovers, but it definitely is not a must-see. The tour is interesting, but mostly consists of looking from windows above the production area. The flavor graveyard is a neat idea if you want to see flavor concepts that didn't really work out (there are some strange ones!).

Prime Inc. Advanced Fleet driver here. No parking, very tight quarters as well. My load was pushed back, but they have friendly staff so I gave 2 stars. Exit 7 has a fuel stop with no truck parking, I'm parked at the hotel parking next door. Hopefully I can get a 10 hour break in before I get the boot!

The Ben & Jerry's factory! Take the factory tour to see where all the ice is packaged. Free tasting afterwards. Other than that, there is not too much to see around here. Of course, they have the biggest variety of flavors here.

tons of parking, washrooms on site are clean, tons of things to do for kids such as play structures (2), tie dye shirt, table for drawings, store with souvenirs, tour ($4 adults and kids under 12 = free) and the ice cream shop

Once we parked the car in front of the factory, we could already see license plates from at least a dozen different states.

The phrase "open the door" in the ice cream shop that is just in the entrance already makes it clear that fun is what matters here!

When we arrived, we soon went to get information about the factory tour. We were very impressed with the amount of people waiting to do the tour! If you are one of those who bother to take a tour where the guide only focuses on you and maybe some other dingy cats, don't worry about it! In this factory, this will definitely not be the case!

On the day we were there (detail: midweek!), The excursions for the tour were scheduled every 15 minutes due to the amount of people interested.

Even with so many people, we had no difficulty buying the ticket on time. When our time comes, our guide opens the magic door that leads us to a mini theater decorated with hundreds of versions of the ice cream mascot kitty. There we watched a very interactive, cartoon-style institutional video that briefly tells the story of the guys who name the whole thing: Ben and Jerry. The video is fast barely enough time to warm up the couch.

After that we were directed to a glass mezzanine located above the production line. From there we get a glimpse of the fully functioning factory.

From here, the guide details all the stages of production and explains that the factory produces only one flavor each day - on this day the flavor was Stephen Colbert Americone Dream - an ice cream created in honor of the American talk show host - which has vanilla base with pieces of melted waffle and caramel.

This was the flavor we received next in the most delicious part of the tour: the tasting! They serve a sample that unfortunately is not that generous - it is another appetizer for you to feel like consuming $ Mai and Mai $ from the ice cream shop that is right outside!

On the way out to the ice cream parlor, you still see some guys working in a small room. What they do? Simply TASTE ICE CREAMS! Really! They taste every batch of ice cream as an extra step in their strict quality control. Seriously this job should definitely set you up on the list of the best jobs ever!

Unless it's too cold outside or you're lactose intolerant, this place is a must. Fresh ice cream with many, many different flavor options. All that, and for a reasonable price too. Additionally, you can do a factory tour and/or visit the gravesite of ice cream past. Where The discontinued flavors are displayed here in a fun way. Very nice....

Super cute and totally worth the $4 for the tour and the taste. The gift shop is small but has a good selection. The swag us expensive but that's to be expected. The flavor graveyard is adorable.
