Getting a tour of the factory and seeing how they make the ice cream was the best part of a short day trip

Would had been nice if the ice cream was being made

Wish they had cows...would have made it more entertaining. Tour was pretty boring. Did appreciate the free ice cream sample, but not sure what all the hype is about. Couldn't imagine going over the summer to wait in line.

I grew up with the original Ben & Jerry's gas station. The ice cream is still amazing, the company still stands for the same philosophy. Love it!

Friendly place with nice tour but merch upcharge is noticable.

Thought there would be more to it, just overall disappointed

I can't say I thought much of the place, but who am I to judge as we don't eat sweet things and only went there for a look on our way through Vermont. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their treats and having a good time. It was fun people watching on our short stop there though. I gave it 4 stars for Ben and Jerry fans.

Wasnt really what I expected. I guess its a once in a lifetime experience but its super liberal. To each, their own and I'm fine with that but I feel like it was just a way for Ben and Jerry to make the white people feel guilty. I don't recommend this place unless your into that sort of thing.

Just went there on a factory tour and it was fantastic. Tickets cost only $4 and you get a unique look into the process of making ice cream! Tour was engaging and interesting, and you get a free sample at the end with an opportunity to ask questions. Would highly recommend.

The factory visit was disappointing to the very small factory expectations

It's one time visit place. Didn't feel that great.we went on Friday before labor day weekend so the ice cream manufacturing was not there.4$ ticket and guided tour which includes 5-10 Mt video showing the history and finally sample scoop .

Came to visit Vermont One Summer in this place was amazing. Thai ice cream there honestly taste better than ice cream you buy in stores. Would definitely go again!!

The highlight of our con tiki trip was the last day spending our pit spot here! We had a small tour of the factory and got to try the new flavour apple pie and man was it delicious! The tour guide was so bubbly and the story we watched was interesting. The ice cream was so good and cheap compared to Australia! It was a lot of fun and a great way to spend our pit stop.

Great ice cream, great story, great to be a part of the success

Stopped in a Boston location for a scoop or two while on a road trip. My friend and I decided to just get it from the source. It was worth the ride out there, the whole area around is is beautiful too.

Doesn't get better. Had Justice Remixed with cider doughnuts.

I arrived aide right at closing time. Employees were very nice and patient.

Very fun! Great way to spend time with friends/family when skiing conditions aren't in your favor! Absolutely worth the trip into town from the resort!

Entrance fee for the Tour was $4 and lasted 30mins including a short film of Ben And Jerry history and a lacklustre explanation of the ice cream process.small free tub of ice cream given at the end. Don't join the line outside the entrance this is just to buy ice cream the tour line is inside . the wait for the tour to start was boring and the gift ship was disappointing.

Ok tour, not enough staff to serve the number if hungry tourists.

The tour is quite short and a little preachy but still worth it. The tour guide made my day. All in all worth the $4. Would recommend.

This tour was a bit underwhelming but I have to give it five stars because the ice cream is great! I would ve liked to have had a lot more in depth information about the production process, the factory, the history, and the development of the brand on the tour.

Way too busy with too many people. Went for the tour but skipped it and got ice cream instead.

Fun to visit with the family. Free samples are always cool, no matter the weather.

Cute and fun! The tours aren't quite as detailed and clear as I hoped but they give you delicious samples at the end so I can't complain

Wow. The ice cream here is something else but I guess that's to be expected since it's a factory base. I had the non-dairy ice cream and it was just out of this world. A must visit if you're in the area.

Impressive tour, and good ice cream. They tell a good story and sell a lot of ice cream. The kids loved the play area and the flavor graveyard. The tour was about 30 minutes but there was a movie and a q and A. Also getting to see the ice cream made was cool. The factory is one of their smallest ones but the energy is right.

Tourist trap at its finest. There is little to do and see here other than wait in excruciatingly long lines for ice cream (which could be purchased at most convenience stores in town) and go on a factory tour. The playground is run down and generally overcrowded on most days. Not a pleasant experience during the busy season.

Interesting finding out the manufacturing process and the ice cream is great.

It was worth the time to see the interworkings of this factory. At a cheap cost.

Fun factory for kids and adults alike! They show the production floor, a short video and give out free samples. This place is awesome!

Awesome little stop especially for the kids but also for adult ice cream enthusiasts. The tour lasts about 1/2 hour and has a birds eye view of the factory floor. Well worth it for the $4 it s costs for the tour and even includes a sample at the end. They also have a flavor that is exclusive to the factory it is a Vermont maple flavor made with real Vermont maple. It was also need to see the flavor graveyard to check out the flavors that they have tried in the past.

The company got swallowed whole by a conglomerate but still pushes for social issues. Tour guide is corny and nerdy as hell but still fun.

Always a fun tasty trip, get ready to stand in line.

A fine tour, but best saved for the off-season. Not really worth the wait. Stop in for ice cream, but skip the tour.

I'm a truck driver they are very friendly they don't have overnight parking but they still treat you with all respect I like this place

Fun little tour with a free sample at the end. Only $4.00 for adults and free for children under 12. Also sounds like a fun place to go on April Fools.

long lines for a video and a factory size of a classroom...a joke....sample of ice cream that is a disgrace.....don't waste your time and money!!!!

One of the earliest (If not the first) ben and jerry's factories. It's cool to go to see where Ben and Jerry's all started from. There are $4 tours that you usually have to buy in advance and wait a while to get in, the tour consists of a 8~ minute video on the history of Ben and Jerry's, a production tour, and a taste test, all filled with cow jokes! There is a souvenir shop where you can buy things and also get some ice cream at the scoop shop. Around the corner is the Flavor Graveyard where you can see the flavors in which Ben and Jerry's no longer produces. Overall the tour is slightly underwhelming but this is a great place to bring your children and have a mini adventure surrounded by ice cream!

Came here over 4th of July weekend with a group of friends. This place was packed, but the tour was still good. The employees did a great job guiding us through the factory.

This was a fun and enjoyable stop and experience even during COVID times. Interesting to see the flavors that have been retired in Ben & Jerry s grace yard. Great trying some of there flavors. I would do this again.

Ice cream was so good worth the wait and went by fast they have a nice system in place

The icecream was good, but the lines were a bit much to deal with for icecream.

Stopped by on whim and took the short tour. It was good value. 4$ for video, view of production process (operating weekdays), small cup of ice cream and lots dad jokes from our tour guide. It was busy even on a fall weekday morning, so must get crazy in summer.
