So much fun, the tour was so cool and it's so wort...
So much fun, the tour was so cool and it's so worth taking some time to experience all of it. It feels like you soon a golden ticket to the Ben and Jerry's factory!

Love this tour and the ice cream sample at the end.
Short but clear tour, and of course delicious ice cream.
Tour is short, but if you like their ice cream, I would recommend to visit at least once.
They were cleaning equipment so no tour. Line to buy ice cream was way too long.
There are a lot of stairs in the way of ice cream. Good ice cream - bad stairs
Cute place, they are doing very well cleaning up and helping people social distance. The ice cream was delicious as usual.
We were told we would be able to see the making of the ice cream but during our tour the workers were cleaning the machines so we didn't get to see what I considered the purpose of the tour. The sample we were given at the end was delicious. Really neat place.
So much fun and delicious.. a must for all families
Great tour (funny!) and even greater ice cream. If you are in the neighborhood, you should definitely stop by!
It was an okay tour but kind of short not much to see and the sample was very small good for a one-time visit
efficient and clean experience albeit incomplete (no tour, no samples, etc.) during COVID
My kids dad works there they love it. Great ice cream, care about thier employees, wonderful place to make memories with the kids.
You can spend money on a factory tour, but it is not worth the money. I just eat ice and go home, so I can't wait.
Made a long drive and was looking forward to my favorite flavor of Ben & Jerry s. Enjoyed the tour, and the sample was great. Proceeded to the gift store only to find they didn t have my favorite flavor, karamel sutra. That was beyond disappointing!
Best use of $4 near Waterbury!! Must visit flavor graveyard!
Good tour and fun playground outside for kids. Very crowded but they ran tours every 10 mins instead of 30.
Always enjoy a visit here. And enjoy shopping for little goodies, too.
Nirvana
They served ice cream inspite of being late. Tour is decent.
Interesting tour of the factory. You learn bits about the production of the world's greatest ice cream and even get to sample some at the end.
Everyone need to come here it was absolutely amazing
This is a place for the whole family.
We had such a wonderful time ..
They had so many creatively flavored ice cream.
One word..
WOW!!
Interesting place to visit, but wouldn't say it would be worth visiting if it's the only item on your agenda while in the area. Plenty of parking with a short uphill walk to the factory and museum. They offer tours frequently throughout the day. If it's busy, your tour will probably be later in the day and you'll just have to wait around until the start time. I only saw the tour on the weekend when the machines were off and would not recommend it at all, so it would be best to go on the weekday when they are actually making ice cream.
Just fun! Who doesn't love ice cream topped with massive amounts of corny jokes?
Fun tour. Great ice cream. Place is well themed with helpful staff. Plenty of parking and things to visit and explore. The flavor graveyard was fun. Everything was perfect.
We had so much fun and the fresh ice cream was to die for!
The tour was definitely worth it! About the price of an ice cream and you get a sample at the end. Interesting to learn about both the beginnings of B&J and the way the company is run today.
Cool tour, worth the stop and couple dollar entry fee. At the end you get to try an unreleased flavor.
The tour was great! The guide was amazing with incredible icecream themed dad jokes!
Can get very crowded. Kids love the ice cream and the playground. Tour is fun and includes a sample.
Smells like heaven! It's a great place to kill some time and learn about a company that actually cares about its business practices.
Tourist trap. Parked, walked into lobby, and promptly turned around due to crowds.
Always a nice diversion when in Vermont. On our last tour, they were making Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and the free sample was a pretty decent Rum Raisin.
I highly recommend taking the tour. And trying flavors not available in stores!
Stopped in the sunday before labor day and the line for the tour was about 20 minutes long. We got our tickets at $4 each. Then went for a walk up the hill to the flavor cemetery. The tour itself was short but covered the whole ice cream making process. They gave us a small scoop of strawberry cheesecake at the end. Overall we enjoyed our couple hour visit.
Short informative tour. Enjoyed the flavor graveyard.
Great tours, delicious icecream. Good getaway for the day
I am very displeased with this place cause they schedule loads and you can never get them in on time they need to get people that actually do a good job and get people in on time you have to wait forever for someone to even answer in the office or come to open bay doors that's not right it makes us truck drivers late for any other loads we have and gets us introuble because of it.
Amazing tours of the factory with every question answered plus you can get Ben and Jerry's icecream not available where you live. Can you really ask for more?
Cheap, if somewhat dull tour. Not a lot to see, but overall worth it if you are nearby
not alot of room to back in but they loaded me pretty fast cant complain
Best place on Earth for icecream of any and every kind!!!
Great stop in Vermont. Big thanks to Sally for her help with parking. Ice cream was amazing. Highly recommend the Wake and No bake.
Long lines and wicked quick tour without much to see.... Awesome ice cream though, and cool environment.
Hmm. I would say this was ok. The tour is not super special. I mean it s basically what you expect to see of an icecream factory and have probably seen on YouTube a dozen times. I guess it was more for the experience to have something to do in the area. You do get a decent ice cream sample at the end. And if there are any extras a few of you might get to snag a second or third helping LOL! They really do trash the left over samples from your tour group since it has already been brought out so when they say do you want the last one, go get it :)
The gift shop items are pretty pricey as is the icecream. You would think it would be a bit cheaper since there is no middleman here to distribute the ice cream!! You can grab some cheaper at the grocery store right down the street about 2 minutes away.
Honestly since they don t even discount the i e cream they should just allow the tour for free to draw people in for buying ice cream at full price.
Fun tour, friendly and fun staff, and great ice cream!
Well worth $4...free sample and brief history lesson, I would go back!
This place was great. First time and well worth the visit. Packed on a cold winter sunday but still quickly through. Must bring the kids or good for a date.
Be ready for some long lines for ice cream but a great experience none the less.
Such a great time! The tour was an hour long and just $4 for adults, and ended with a generous sample of ice cream! The whole property is cute and charming, and the flavor graveyard was fun. The gift shop was reasonably priced and every staff member we encountered was super friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job.
Always a good time. It's a very nice facility. They have a playground area for the kids, a "Flavor Graveyard" with tombstones for flavors that are no longer produced, and the factory tour is fun and informative. Best of all, they sell scoops and shakes at the scoop shop, with an extensive flavor list including factory exclusives.
Factory tour was awesome and I love the new line of vegan ice cream ! It s great !
My dad usually thinks vegan food tastes like cardboard hut actually liked the vegan ice cream better than regular so that s a win !
Cool tour !
Great tourist stop-over, especially for kids. The staff were excellent and very kid-friendly with free activities for them. Prices for the tour were reasonable, kids were free, and the samples that are included were not stingy, mall-size samples. The prices for the ice cream bar was normal for Ben & Jerry's.
My wife left her purse in the bathroom and they Fed-ex'd it back to us, which was really nice, and greatly appreciated.
Thanks for a good time.
Meh the service was mediocre. Flavours flat and not well presented or mixed. Refused to give me mixed flavours in a small cup. Very expensive. You can find better more artisanal local shops around for a cheaper price and better service. Customer service here was just bland.
Fun place for the kids. The tour takes about 35 minutes and you get a sample ice cream of the day. Afterward you can purchase any flavor that you like
Uhhh can go once just to get rid of your curiosity!
Fun little trip if you're a fan of the iconic ice cream. The factory tour was fun, and I really liked the flavor graveyard. Only minor complaint is the gift shop area can get very crowded.
It was fun, the kids loved it, the tour is cheap but very short. The tour consists of watching a 6 minute video about the history of Ben & Jerry's and what the company stands for. After that, you go to a viewing area to see where the ice cream is made, but all you can really see is the lids getting put on the containers and the containers and lids whipping around. They make jokes and talk to you about the history while you watch. The best part is the tasting that you get in the next room. They serve everyone one a small sample of ice cream, probably about two tablespoons worth. The ice cream was very good, but you don't get much of it. There is a souvenir shop and an ice cream shop that you can get Ben & Jerry's ice cream at.
Thought the place would be bigger. The movie was interesting, but the rest of the tour was just watching the equipment being cleaned. Not sure why no photos allowed of the factory floor. There guide was hilarious and that's about it. To be so socially conscious they seem to do everything they can to get money out of you.
We love Ben and Jerry's so it's fitting that we made it here. Great visuals and aweso.e history.. plus ICE CREAM! what could be better?
We went on a long weekend and so, the wait time for the factory tour was about an hour. So we booked our factory tour tickets and then waited in a long line for the ice cream shop. But the wait was totally worth it, the flavors are so awesome! I had a scoop of Coffee Coffee BuzzBuzzBuzz and a scoop of New York super fudge chunk, loved them both. By the time we finished buying ice cream, it was time for the tour. A nice informative tour of the factory was followed by another sample tasting. Was another awesome flavor :) Then there is an interesting garden called flavor graveyard which has headstones of the flavors that they have stopped making.
Would not go there just for the factory but definitely worth as a quick stopover. 4 bucks per adult, kids until 12 free - that's well worth it.
Took a factory tour. Best $4 I've spent in awhile. Worth a trip.
