I've been a tenant @ one of Belmont's units for 3 years. I've only had a couple of maintenance issues during this time. Martha has always been great at addressing my requests - I'm happy to be renting from them and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

We were relocating from North Florida to Central Florida. Belmont was so awesome. Their customer service is impeccable. From our first encounter until currently. I remember the first time we were visiting our property and we could not locate it in the subdivision. Martha stayed on the phone with us and literally have us strp.by step instructions until we found it. Morgan has been my lead person and she replies to all emails and voicemails. They have made our move less stressful. I would recommend to anyone.

It s always worrying getting a new land lord, but Belmont has given us respect and peace of mind as renters.

Raul and his team were very quick to process our paper work to get us moved in after viewing the apartment. The girls in the office have been very prompt processing maintenance request to take care of all the little things that weren t up to par.

Raul and the group have done a fantastic job for me at my rental house. The place was a pretty much constant annoyance and now it's hassle free. I love knowing that my tenants have no idea who I am. I also love Belmont's customer service and the fact that I don't get after hours and weekend calls about things.

I m an absentee owner (I live in NYC) and the team at Belmont has been fantastic at managing my Lake County property. At first, I was nervous about being so far away, but because of Martha, it has been totally stress-free. She always keeps me informed of what s happening. She is fantastic. Any time I have a question, she responds to me unbelievably fast. Belmont has their own pool of contractors, so any problems are dealt with quickly and expertly. I have total trust in their knowledge and dedication. I highly recommend them.

My boyfriend and I have been tennants with Belmont for 2 1/2 years almost. We are so lucky to have such dedicated individuals leasing to us. We love Raul and Martha. They keep us level-headed when we as tenants think it's the end of the world. For example, our A/C went down on a Friday in June, and even though the repair company they contract were heading out for the weekend, Raul related to our situation and vowed to get someone over quickly. Our A/C was fixed by 8 that night! I will recommend them to anyone! I have nothing but good words for the entire team! Thanks for being so awesome! It's going to be sad when we finally buy a house! Truly red-carpet service. The best in Orlando and its surrounding areas!

Belmont management has made my moving process so easy from scheduling my first appointment to view the property up until my move in day. Their application process is all done online as well as their maintenance requests. This is a huge upgrade from my previous landlord!!! Thank you to Christie and Martha for making my move stress free! I highly recommend them!!

As a first time renter I had my reservations on getting our first house but Belmont property management team has not only guided us through this but made us feel comfortable in our decision the entire process. Great company to rent from. Very easy to work with and communication is wonderful.

Belmont Management asked us to move in a month prior to our request date even though there were many repairs that still had to be made. There has been a leak from the unit above us since we've moved in in March, having plumbers come in 6+ times. It is now June and the leak still has not been successfully repaired. Fill out a maintenance request on Sunday. Had no response on Monday. Texted them Tuesday, no response. Called on Wednesday (Today). They RARELY answer their phone when you call in, even if you leave a voicemail you will be lucky to receive a call back.
Sent in a request because our door has a crack in it and won't close properly as well as the seal on the bottom being detached and maintenance person said Belmont would most likely not approve it. It's been more than a week and the door guy has still not come back to replace the door knob/dead latch kit as a substitute for replacing the door.
It's absolutely ridiculous. If there weren't real issues I wouldn't be complaining.

We are extremely happy with the professional services Raul Veitia and Belmont Management Group provided. We owned a condo in Lake Mary, Florida. When we relocated to Tampa, Raul was key in helping us locate a suitable tenant and managing the property. We were able to rent the condo without all the problems and hassles usually associated with out- of-town ownership. When it came time to sell, Raul was able to locate a cash buyer. He immediately addressed all or problems and provided rapid responses to every situation that arose. We would strongly recommend Raul Veitia and Belmont Management Group to anyone that requires property management and sales.

Poor communication, my wife when to a property to see it in person. Felipe show her the property, talked to him over the phone about the requirements, told him the I meet the requirements and apply, 2 days later victor called me to make an application for my wife, I explain to him she has a credit below 600 and told me it was fine because I am good, and because we don't have any evictions and never made a late payment we were good to go.

After that neither Victor or Felipe had the decency to give me a call back or to email me to give me any update, only received a text message saying the they did not accept my application because of credit score.

Called today to understand what's going on and the answer seen to be strange. They wanted to give me a number to call for me to receive my results of the application I payed and they should of give it to me.

Thanks for wasting my time and 120$.

Belmont Management Group, and it employees Raul Veitia, Kalynn and Amber are first class and dedicated staff that will go above an beyond to fulfill your needs. I rarely write reviews but this one I had to do. The communication is excellent they are with you during the whole process hand by hand. The staff is very responsible and they act fast and responsive of all your needs. I trully recomend this company for your rental needs.

Spoke with Raul after a miss-understanding and it means a lot to me. He took the time to figure out the situation and rectified it immediately. A++

Very shocked seeing the good reviews and how unprofessional they are. Had a scheduled showing for today that was CONFIRMED. However I arrived to the house only to get a text 3 MINUTES BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT that the property was not available and my viewing was canceled. Mind you this is after I spent money on tolls and gas. Easily could ve been avoided had someone reached out earlier. I tried to reach someone but of course no answer. Still waiting on a call back.

Belmont has been managing my 12 rental properties and an office building for the last three years. The office building had been only 20% occupied for over a year. Then they took over. They filled it up shortly after coming on board and have keep it full since. Raul has done a top-notch job with tenant relations & leasing in my residential units. They are the best!

Me and my roommate found a Belmont Property that we were interested in renting. Here's how things went from there on:
We called to set up a viewing of the property, and were able to see it that same day! We then went home and completed the easy online application, and were approved a few days later. Constant communication from Raul and Lindsey assured that we knew what was happening every step of the way, and Lindsey even texted my roommate on his birthday with a nice message! We moved in on March 1st, and I lost my job on the 3rd. The following week I called Raul to see if I could get out of the lease. He walked us through the process, where Belmont was able to avoid excess charges, we got out of the lease, and it looks like we'll be getting a part of our deposit back. Lindsey and Raul rock, this company rocks, and have no fears leasing a property through them!

I am really thankful to have found my rental apartment through Belmont Mgt. I have been a tenant now for one year and Christie has gone above and beyond. Through the process of construction at my complex which took forever, Christie was understanding and helpful. I know that they are a call away if I need them and I'm also thankful I can go home and have a peace of mind. I do wish that maintenance request for my apartment were more in a timely manner, but I also know that's at the discrepancy of the owner and not Belmont. Other than that, I am glad to have rented from them.

Very nice, quiet, I would say a quality site, very efficient employees, Marta Spstein very efficient in her work, very friendly and she explains very well any question that one has doubt and Mr. Tom Easter very kind and efficient in his work informs you very good about the place, no complaints, thanks for your kindness.

Belmont management is an amazing company that can get you into your house very quickly. When i was getting into my house Alex was very nice and professional with me getting into my house and it seemed like no time at all.

Belmont is AMAZING! I can t say enough good things about them. Any issue (and we ve had few) was dealt with promptly and with consideration to our needs/wants. We rented for a little over 1.5 years and are sad to leave Belmont with our move to Tampa. Do yourself a favor and don t rent anywhere unless you have Belmont!

Kalynn Smith was so very professional, answered every question that I had on the phone. I am relocating from out of state and she made the transition a lot easier. I have been working for Belmont more than 10 years as one of their vendors, and I have witnessed firsthand their professionalism, that is why I can undoubtedly say that Belmont Management makes customer satisfaction their highest priority. The date is 12/15/17 and have movers coming on 12/16/17 to move me in. I was given a code for the lock box the keys was there but it would not unlock the door. I am very angry and upset.

Been better. Martha is a great help. Work orders that have been done need to be checked up on to make sure there finished. I have work order that still are fixed. Something's I've had repair still don't work. Or have not been finished. Nice property.

Zero stars! Poor management, not responsive, unprofessional, unappreciative, rude/condescending customer service...
2015 - we attempted to schedule a showing for 2 weeks with no response. Then instead of offering a proper showing, they suggested we "go inside and take a look" that day as the painters were there.
Throughout our 5 year lease at this house with Belmont:
- Simple maintenance requests took weeks to schedule and unskilled workers were sent (example: mold spot appeared in the ceiling of a hall closet - after a week waiting, he sprayed the spot with something that covered it up? spot reappeared, same guy showed up and sprayed it again... spot reappeared we gave up).
- After Hurricane Irma, it took Belmont several weeks to send someone out for roof repairs and the repairman DROPPED A LARGE TOOL ON MY VEHICLE IN THE DRIVEWAY, SHATTERING THE WINDSHIELD AND DENTING THE HOOD. Belmont took absolutely NO RESPONSIBILITY for the repairman, saying it was the landlord's hire and they had nothing to do with it. I had to deal directly with the repairman, which was an unlicensed ex-roofer that ended up cussing me out and threatening me via text messages. I was only able to collect enough money from him to reimburse the expense of replacing my windshield... as he became unresponsive/changed his phone number when I provided him a quote to repair the dented hood of my car. BEST PART - the same guy, showed up to the house, 1 year later, climbed up on our roof without knocking on the front door, and was fixing shingles. THEY SENT HIM BACK! My fiance approached him, asking him to leave and he started hollering, cussing, threatening him.
- Each year when we contacted Belmont to renew our lease we were met with increases of $100+ to "match market value". We were made to beg and plead, negotiating lower increases every year. (please note that we are very DIY tenants, taking care of most simple maintenance/upkeep items ourselves... we also BUILT THE BACKYARD FENCE upon moving in at our own expense, installed a ceiling fan at our own expense, performed regular power washing of the property, planted/maintained a beautiful front garden at our own expense (removing the abundance of weeds/dead plants that the house had) and after several attempts to acquire paint to match the interior wall colors (Belmont couldn't provide the paint color name) offered to paint the ENTIRE INTERIOR of the house with our own labor and Belmont's reimbursement of supplies). Hence the "unappreciative" nature of the company.
- The rental property listing advertised "two neighborhood pools included in pre-paid HOA fees" but Belmont provided no assistance in acquiring pool keys for our use. We had to visit the neighborhood HOA office to request keys, and upon doing so we were met with shock that we "did not have HOA approval to live there". Belmont did not provide the HOA with our names/info during our application process and the HOA threatened eviction if we did not pass their background check requirements.
- Office staff is rude and dismissive. Any time I needed to call the office (which was very infrequent as DIY tenants), I was met with "I don't have time for you" attitudes. Especially during our move-out process, when I called to ask them to fill out a tenant referral form (simple 4 questions verification form) they gave me a 1 week turn-around and acted like I was asking for a kidney donation!
- Our lease was up at the end of June 2020, and with the global pandemic my fiance was out of work and I was furloughed 50% of my paycheck. We kindly asked for a 1 month extension on our lease as we planned for a move across country and Belmont told us to sign a new 1 year lease or vacate by June 31st. After 5 years of loyalty as tenants (even paying full rent from our savings with no issue during COVID unemployment), Belmont gave us no help.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LEASING COMPANY!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Everything in this review is legitimate and accurate.

As a tenant my experience with Belmont Management Group has been a good one. As my personal experience with Martha Epstein has been great she s an amazing person. She always been there to help me from the beginning until now. I m a very happy tenant.

The staff is great, friendly and knowledgeable. I had a leak on a Friday night, entered a ticket and Raul called me right away. I was expecting a call on Monday but he was on top of it. Keep up the good work.
