Belmont Management asked us to move in a month prior to our request date even though there were many repairs that still had to be made. There has been a leak from the unit above us since we've moved in in March, having plumbers come in 6+ times. It is now June and the leak still has not been successfully repaired. Fill out a maintenance request on Sunday. Had no response on Monday. Texted them Tuesday, no response. Called on Wednesday (Today). They RARELY answer their phone when you call in, even if you leave a voicemail you will be lucky to receive a call back.
Sent in a request because our door has a crack in it and won't close properly as well as the seal on the bottom being detached and maintenance person said Belmont would most likely not approve it. It's been more than a week and the door guy has still not come back to replace the door knob/dead latch kit as a substitute for replacing the door.
It's absolutely ridiculous. If there weren't real issues I wouldn't be complaining.
