The best property managers I've ever dealt with. They're very proactive and maintain the property well. Any issue we may have is taken care of with little to no hassle, efficiently, and very quickly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Edit: want to edit this review real quick. Nothing much has changed, but I didn't get my full deposit back after I left even though the lady who inspected our apartment had nothing negative to say about it. So definitely ask questions during that process.

A wonderful company from start to finish. I set an appointment with Alex over the weekend (Outside of business hours) and he couldn t have been nicer. Very informative and understanding as we were running a few minutes late! We look forward to starting our tenancy with Belmont Management Group!

Im a current tenant and I ll say this is a pretty good company to rent from. They ve got great response timing for maintenance requests. It was really easy to tour their properties, Lindsey and Christina are very friendly, and the online tools made everything easy to use. Anything negative I ve come across so far is more of the community I live in and not the company s fault. I d definitely allow them to lease my property if I owned one. Keep on doing what you re doing!

As a new property investor, Belmont, and specifically Raul, have been instrumental in providing step-by-step guidance of the acquisition process. Absolutely unprofessional. Set up a walk though for a home a week in advance, the day to see the home, they text me with no explanation as to why they canceled the showing. I called the office, the lady had me on hold for awhile then got disconnected. Called back to find out they already rented out the home. Asked to see other homes in the area, the lady wasn t even listening to what I was saying, as she was telling me about homes in other areas I did not even ask! I understand people have bad days, but very unprofessional in my eyes. Hope y all get it together and communicate better!

This people are very unprofessional and very rude. Stay away from this people. Horrible grammar and communication. I had schedule my first appointment to view a property at 2501 grassy point drive lake Mary fl 32746. I had to cancel for personal reasons, so I called them and a operator answer the phone and was extremely rude over the phone. Had an attitude and all. Then I decided to reschedule another appointment for another. I decided to ignore the red flag and give it another try. The agent cancel on me throught text message on my way over to the property. I'm in the car with my kid and I had to stop the car to have a conversation through text because i wasn't able to communicate with her through a phone call. On top of the fact that I had to guess what she was writing because her Grammer was hard to understand.

I was living in Puerto Rico when I contacted Belmont Management Group because I was interested in relocating to Central Florida. Martha provided me all the tools that I needed so I could apply thru the portal and within two days I was signing my lease. The portal website facilitate me the process of signing the lease and make all the payment without having to be physically in the state of Florida. As soon as I got to the airport I contacted Martha and she explained step by step the protocol to get to my new home. Everything was in perfect condition. I just had to make 1 or 2 maintenance request (done thru the portal) and in less than 2 hours, the person who came to repair was standing at the front of my door. I couldn't be MORE THAN HAPPY with the EXCELLENT SERVICE of Belmont Management Group.

Their representative Raul Veitia listened attentively making note of my efforts & concerns regarding my newer a/c system, past roofing leak issues and efforts to clean and rid any mold hazards from my comfortable apartment.
