Poor communication, my wife when to a property to see it in person. Felipe show her the property, talked to him over the phone about the requirements, told him the I meet the requirements and apply, 2 days later victor called me to make an application for my wife, I explain to him she has a credit below 600 and told me it was fine because I am good, and because we don't have any evictions and never made a late payment we were good to go.

After that neither Victor or Felipe had the decency to give me a call back or to email me to give me any update, only received a text message saying the they did not accept my application because of credit score.

Called today to understand what's going on and the answer seen to be strange. They wanted to give me a number to call for me to receive my results of the application I payed and they should of give it to me.

Thanks for wasting my time and 120$.
