I have been a long-time Lexus fan and owner. My most recent 3 Lexus cars I bought and serviced with the Bell Lexus team. I have been loyal to them for the last 15 years.

Recently, I had a problem with one of my vehicles -- the ABS was malfunctioning -- and so I brought it in for a diagnosis. I was taken care of by a Mr. Gary Kreutz, who held my car for one day, so that he could conduct the diagnosis. even though other Lexus dealers were able to diagnose this same problem in under an hour.

After one day, I received a quote from Mr. Kreutz that the repair would cost me $3,800. The price was much higher than anticipated, and so I informed Mr. Kreutz of my decision to reach out to Toyota in an attempt to ask for a reduction in the price, so that I would be able to afford it. Mr. Kreutz insisted that he would call Toyota on my behalf, and that I would not have to worry about it.

After another two days he called me back saying that with Toyota's contribution, the cost of the repair would now be $3,200. At this point, I reached out to Earnhardt Lexus to get a second estimate on the repair. To my surprise, not only did the diagnosis take under an hour, but I was quoted a repair price of only $900.

I would urge people to avoid this location -- the service and cars are both significantly overpriced relative to other Lexus dealers. So much for taking care of loyal customers.
