Called seeking an odd size bicycle inner tube for a stroller. They said they could absolutely get them, and even ship to my house, but then gave me a recommendation for somewhere he believed I could get it at today for cheaper. Rory is fantastic! I ve never had customer service like he provided. I wanted to change my road bike to a tubeless setup and he took the time to not only do it for me but also taught me the steps along the way. As a new cyclist, I m still learning a lot and Rory took the time to explain everything. He offered tips and techniques throughout the process to ensure I can ride confidently and am prepared for a multitude of situations that could arise. His one-on-one instruction and attention to detail have boosted my confidence and made me even more excited about getting out on the road! You can tell he has a passion for the sport and helping others to love it as well. I would highly recommend Rory and The HIVE Bike Shop to anyone interested in cycling!

Sweet triathlon (bike) shop. A little bit of everything you need for the sport. I got the perfect bike for my wife, including pedals, shoes, wheels, tires,, and setup. The whole process was amazingly smooth as can be. Never once did I feel pressured to buy something. They are very competitive with pricing as well on all products.

I'm super happy with how they have added to their selection of bikes (road, mountain, gravel, and triathlon) and supplements. They have pretty much any and all of the top brands available at your fingertips! I personally like the carborocket and I stock up everytime I'm in town!

I feel like I can ask any questions dumb or not and I can get a solid answer and it is fast! This is super helpful when spending money for something. They also have help sessions you can sign up for to learn about tubeless set up for tires, basic tune ups and transitions for triathlon.

Before you buy anything make sure to check with Rory and he will find you the best deal for the best product hands down!

Rory and crew are absolutely amazing. I have purchased a bunch of new goodies this year to include a Cervelo P Series which I absolutely love! I have never been to a bike shop that treats their customers with more respect than the Hive. I was treated like a knowledgeable cyclist and was given great recommendations on how to fix my bike. Will never go anywhere else.

I'm new to cycling and got a flat on my first ride. I went to another bike shop and asked for help learning how to change a tire. I got so so service and ended up with a flat on the other tire the next day.
I called Hive and they had had great suggestions for fixing my problem. I left feeling much better about my bike and felt like I was important. They'll be my first choice for help in the future!

The thru axle on my Felt tri bike rear wheel got stripped, so my bike was stuck on the trainer. The Hive bike shop quickly identified what part I needed, ordered it and got it in- in only a few days! And they were super flexible in arranging my pick up of the part, even with COVID-19 restrictions. I never had to worry about my health or safety. Thank you Hive!

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and experienced. They were able to answer all my questions and address my concerns. They are competitively priced and gave me a great deal on a smart trainer and several other triathlon and cycling training supplies. I don t need to shop anywhere else.

I blew a tire without a spare and Rori came to the shop just to set me up right with a new tire and tube! Excellent service and products with great tips on how to maintain my bike! 100% would recommend

They bend over backwards for you and are awesome. I won t go anywhere else. Jeff worked hard to help me find the perfect aero bars to give me a more comfortable fit. Rory always goes above and beyond also. Love this shop!

I bought some cleats online, and Hive Bikes hand-delivered them to my house the same day! The price of the item was reasonable, even a little lower than ______.___ [big generic online retailer where people buy basically everything ever]. Hive called me ahead of time to make sure I really wanted that exact kind (float vs no float), and to arrange the drop off. Thank you for your guidance and service.

Always helpful. If they don t have it in stock they get it to the ship quickly. Would recommend.
