Checkin with the guard was fast. Was given a door right then. Getting to the docks is a pain because you have trucks trying to leave and trucks trying to get in their dock...might sit for a bit. Backing to the docks is tight but do able. G.O.A.L! Appt 0500 in dock 0530. Its 0639 and they havnt started yet. Nap time!

Biggest issue is the signage. Those dollar store signs that say call first are not adequate no lighting on them at 3am. If you dont call first expect a cold and unprofessional reception from Ms. Gatekeeper. (Just an fyi you are representing a company, costumer service is an expectation in that field just because you were nice after doesn't wipe out before. First impressions and all that.) Inside staff lady was very professional and nice. Fast start to the unload of the truck not much time taken at all and we were gone. Do not know if the earlier time was a factor but outside of that one issue with the guard everything seemed fine and smooth with this one. But that issue did drop it from a 5 to a 3 star. You dont treat people like that especially people who have never been there and are bringing your product.

The telephone reception is very rude . The receptionist hang the phone up on you before you can complete giving out your information . Attention you must park on the street before entering this plant

Entrance at Riverside Dr., but first call the number by the guard shack. They ll give you a call once they have a door.

As a customer, I don't see what everyone's complaining about. I drove right up, parked, walked in and was greeted by the cool security guard. The front desk girl and I joked about other driver's complaints, then I paid my bill and picked up my will call. 15 minutes in and out. I even had time to write a review.

Got here for 4am appointment at 330 am... Backed into door at 345am and finished at 440am

Checkin with the guard on riverside dr aftr parking ur rig on sharp st, they will call u once they get d door. Go to Door 201 for checkin. Was having an appointment of 8am, checked in at 7:28am, got door at 8.:20am and still on door at 11:30am just for 4 pallets

Another trash food warehouse.. took them 2 hours to switch green light to red just to start the unload and don t get me started on the rest you get the picture.. good luck coming here!

To slow, 164 $ for two pallets, check in 2:45 right now 5:30 still on door.

This company suck ,if i can know the driver ,that sue for discrimination, i well help you they play same, game with me so if you need help let me know, this company play and is not fair game ,paul is BS due ,and mike .

They make park on the side of a busy street where there are no parking signs a don't answer there phone so you can get unloading

Must stop at guard shack

Shamrock Foods consistently takes between 5 and 5 hours to receive a partial load. Do not come here if you can avoid it

At least they are consistent. Just as lovely (sarcasm) to deal with these people as it is at their Denver facility.

Not problem checking in, CALL # FIRST before entering

Been here a bunch of times ... Very appointment minded here . have to call the number posted on the street though to get into the place . if they dont answer keep calling. They will eventually answer . i always call 30 minutes ahead ... Saves alot of time for me ...

8 am delivery appt , door by 8:50a.m , I left at 12:40

Appt was at 2am I got here at 2am to get told I don t have a door. there were many trucks parked on the side of road pulled it because I didn t see the outside carriers sign and the lady at the guard shack was really rude. 240 got into a door let s see how long it takes to get unloaded then i will update rating

Fast unloading Apt 7 am chk in 530 am out 6:40 am nice employees

They wakeup the neighborhood with their load trucks, I called them twice and they promised not to deliver their products to Carl's Jr early and the request has fallen on deaf years. I am a disabled veteran and eventide I hear Shamrock Foods truck, my anxiety level gets worse. The truck driver doesn't care about the noise. This company doesn't care about the people citizens of Santa Monica. Ca. Very negative company.

Appointment was at 5 a.m. Got to my door at 10 minutes till 5. It's now 9 a.m. and they finally finished unloading. Add another 2 hours to get my paperwork and that makes for a good six hours of wasting my time at the low low price of $300

Called for ten minutes, got a door and started getting unloaded before I got done in the office. The girl in the office was friendly and professional. Had a green light in half an hour.

They obviously don't want the product they ordered. Supposed to have a 0200 apt. They open at 0200. 25 minutes after 2 and they have yet to answer the gate number. You have to park streetside and call before you go to the gate. Who makes appointments and has no one available to take trucks? These people. I prefer customers that actually want what they have ordered.

Company should look into their lumper service and require a better unload time or replace them with a lumper service who can do a better job. CAPSTONE liner service only had 2 employees to unload 20 trucks this morning. So yeah spent like all day there. This is lumpers fault but looks bad on Shamrock.
Parking is out on the street with the vagrants, guess the trucks bringing their products are just street trash to them.
Make sure to secure your trailer, fuel caps ECT, there's guys driving around all night looking for something to steal.

I don't see why outside carriers even do business with this place. I circled the building twice before coming in. There are Do Not Enter signs all the way around. Then company employee tried to be disrespectful because they expect you to stop your truck in the middle of the street & call a number to get permission to turn into security shack. Load paid poorly. Lumper fee $279 & the entire check in process is confusing as hell. Wait time is ridiculous & your not allowed to show up until 15 minutes before your set appointment. Intel will stare at you like your s**t on their shoe. Green light doesn't mean paperwork is ready; Sit & wait to be told like a good kiddie. I will go out of business before I come back.

This place is not hard to check in. I believe drivers pulled into the entrance before checking in and that's what made the security person go off on them bc lets be real. Its a huge sign that reads call this number before bringing ya but thru the entrance Lol Not those exact words but that's basically what it meant Lol My appt was for 2am. I checked in calling that number at 1:37am and was called for a door at 215am. Lets just see how long it takes to leave. Oh and I give it a 3 rating so far bc of the parking. Once there is no parking on sharpe ya just got to get creative without being in the way Lol But all in all the checking in set up aint bad if ya follow the easy directions to call the number first Lol.

Don't come hear.. because too much waist time if u check in 4am and delivery some palet you will be free 8.35 or more time..and when you check in on phone many times they can't understand and can't help what you do and you will be parking out side gate rode is too much busy I give to this wherehouse 1 star because they don't deserve any star if you have other drops after this place ready too pay lait fee.....not good system....

Appointment at eight checked in at 4.30am got a door right away and they are unloading me as I type this review. All within ten minutes. I read the reviews so I was a little spectacle but these people treated me right.

They didn't start answering phone till 0315. My appt was at 0300 must park on street and call to check in. Does have overnight parking on Sharp. Expensive lumpers (Capstone) and I'm finally empty but still waiting for bills at 0809.

Arrived 30 min early for 6 am delivery, called me at 7:30am unloaded at 9 am still here waiting for paperwork at 11:00. I only had 16 pallets. Staff cold and ignores you. They seem overworked. Going on 6hrs detention.

I will NEVER haul another Shamrock load.

They take 7,8 hour to unloading 5 pilots.. very slow services.. employees inside rude they no listening.. don't go there bhullshit

it sucks...they suck. ONLY thing good is parking on street (sharp) even though a couple yrs ago when fuel was 5$ a gallon i caught 2 guys tryin to steal fuel. they just pulled up beside me stuck a hose over in my tank about the time my unit kicked off and i could hear something( electric pump) looked out and saw what they were doin and WITHOUT THINKING IN SOCKS PANTS NO SHIRT I OPENED MY DOOR AND JUMPED ..I HIT WITH BOTH FEET ABOUT WHERE THE MIRROR IS ON FRONT WINDSHIELD!! crashed through,the whole windshield caved in..now i was tryin to get back in my truck as soon as my feet left when i jumped managed to get up jumped for my bar on the stack that u use to get in the truck just as they floored it, my feet caught the top of the car as they gased on it flipped my feet up and jerked my hand free i hit flat on my back on the street at 2am knockin the breath out of me not to mention how it scared the hell out of me. glad they did nt have a gun ..wish i had of. what r u spose to do roll the window down and ask them to stop! TRUE STORY EVERY WORD. ....HELL OF A DEAL. BEEN DRIVIN SINCE 82. GODDAMNTHEPUSHERMAN

This is not good service check in 7am but no cut the seal cuter two much problem.

This is the worst Shamrock I have ever been to. Don't get me wrong though. The people were nice. The guard is especially nice. The issue deals with checking in and lumper prices. Over a hundred dollars for 1 pallet and it took 2 hours to offload it. When you arrive, you see a sign to call a number to check in. Well no one is gonna answer that number so just park on the street for a bit and walk down to the guard. If he has a door, you'll go to it. If not, then find a side street to park on and he will call you when the door is ready. They need to take their sign down directing people to call if they have no intention of answering.

I hear bad for this place but over all that s good i free in 1. N half hour only

Today is my 1st day checking into this facility... So far, I can say that the guard associates where very decent, due to me reading the outside carrier signs, lol...

The driver check in process was very impressive because the receptionist Angela was very polite and professional...I really admire that because it could have easily been the opposite...

She really enjoys her job and you can sense that she comes from an even greater upbringing as well...She deserves every accolades and residual income which is due too her period!!

I will keep you updated on the unloading process because I'm embarking upon my 1st hour waiting time for only 3 pallets!!

Update: it took 4.5hrs to get off 3pallets and capstone charged $89, smh... Customer service from Angela was great but the other half was disheartening...

Yes you have to call before you enter property to get a door ( they are busy ) you can park on Sharp st and won't get hassled at all and you do have to keep calling the number because security only has one phone line to take calls..

The people that I talked to were nothing but friendly !!

The place is very busy because they support how many restaurants in one of the biggest cities in America.

It's like this drivers. You are in Cali so you better get used to very limited parking g and wait times so if you don't like. Just stay out of the whole state and stop complaining so much or just find a new job !

They take a long time to unload. Had appt at 8 am. As of right now i am still sitting at a dock waiting. and it snot 12:40 PM The forklift guys enter the trailer way too fast. Lumper? Expensive. And they require a newer trailer as if they took care of it.

there's overnight parking on the street . open 3am you must call from the street, got rite in and out

Do Not enter the drive way stay on the street and call the number in the pic. with your appointment number and they will call you when a door is available for you.
DO NOT PARK on Riverside Drive, they call the Police on you.
The same company you have to deliver of pick up their load calling the Police on you!
Shamrock Foods called the Police on me and other drivers.
You can park on the side streets, Police told me and other drivers.

It's good place, sometimes they take their time to download it. If you hurry up a next appointment seriously you will get late!

The service they provide is terrible you get there they have no parking for the drivers the city has parking signs posted all over this company and they don't answer the phones when you get there they have the phone posted on the gate but they don't answer the phone so they expect you to see their forever while your electronic logbook is running your time out and on top of that probably get a ticket from the city for parking there and they never talk to you they never call you this is one of those places where you never want to come back again it's not worse money.

their drivers do NOT obey the traffic laws- they park their big rigs in red fire zones and commercial driveways blocking traffic and creating a huge danger for drivers who are navigating this area- they need to learn the laws and park close to the stores where they are dropping off their goods!!!

Work is work, we are truckers , we know what we got are self into, waiting is apart of are job, detention pay me, workers are super friendly had a free back massage while waiting , free margarita n chips
