Rory is fantastic! I ve never had customer service like he provided. I wanted to change my road bike to a tubeless setup and he took the time to not only do it for me but also taught me the steps along the way. As a new cyclist, I m still learning a lot and Rory took the time to explain everything. He offered tips and techniques throughout the process to ensure I can ride confidently and am prepared for a multitude of situations that could arise. His one-on-one instruction and attention to detail have boosted my confidence and made me even more excited about getting out on the road! You can tell he has a passion for the sport and helping others to love it as well. I would highly recommend Rory and The HIVE Bike Shop to anyone interested in cycling!
