I'm new to cycling and got a flat on my first ride...

I'm new to cycling and got a flat on my first ride. I went to another bike shop and asked for help learning how to change a tire. I got so so service and ended up with a flat on the other tire the next day.
I called Hive and they had had great suggestions for fixing my problem. I left feeling much better about my bike and felt like I was important. They'll be my first choice for help in the future!
