I've brought my CR-V in 3 times recently for routine maintenance and on one occasion for a suspected transmission leak that was spotted when I brought it in for an oil change. When I took it in for the leak, they looked at it and told me that what they had suspected was an oil leak was just some oil build up and that there'd be no charge. I really appreciated that the service techs were honest with me. I also love that my car gets washed every time I come in. It's the little things in life I guess.

Simple one person help from start to finish. First time in I went by myself (husband out of state at the time- October time frame) and Brian was very helpful telling me useful information about the types of vehicles I was looking into. Talked to my husband over FaceTime to answer a few of his questions. When it came to buy (Dec) he remembered everything I had been looking for as if I had been in just the day before. Answered each question until we fully understood. No pressure which is huge for me. Saying that he did for sure tell me the deals that were happening NOW and let me know there was no guarantee what would be going on when we decided to buy. I enjoyed the experience and I not nervous about going back for normal maintenance, etc. Good, polite people.

UPDATE: The only service I received here was a fail, and it could have totaled my car. I took my car to another dealership across town for a quote on some work. They found what appeared to be a massive oil leak. When they cleaned up the oil under my car, they found that the gasket was loose. Their guess was that my last oil change (at Bob Lanphere's) hadn't been properly completed, leaving gaskets partially unscrewed to leak oil all over my car. I'm lucky the engine didn't seize.

Waited in line for nearly an hour before being acknowledged, despite scheduling an oil change. When I flagged someone down, she told me there was no way to process cars in the order they were received. There's really gotta be a better way.
Waited another 90 minutes for them to complete the oil change. When the car was returned to me, they had washed it (sweet!), but failed to roll up the windows (not fun!) and left the weather strip flopped over the side of my car.
I informed the manager of my experience, but was unable to connect with him by phone and only received a brief email saying he'd call me. When I showed up at the dealership to pick up my car after the repair, it was like he was avoiding me. I never heard from him after that. I was ready to fix things and hoping for an apology at the bare minimum, but was super disappointed in the timing and service.
I have a few other things I'd like taken care of, but I'd rather drive to Gresham than deal with this again.
Should you opt to schedule an appointment here, be aware of busy times and don't bank on their time estimates.

After being offered a stupidly low value for my trade-in at another dealership, I ended up back at Beaverton Honda, were I have purchased five cars from, over the years. They PAID OFF my previous low mileage Honda Civic lease, and got me into a certified Accord without using the hated words... negative equity.

Jeff Holly may have moved on from the dealership, but he has placed his mark of excellence on folks like Junior, Dave, Greg and the finance team. Thanks for working hard for me, yet again, guys and gals.

Thanks Brandyn! I went in on a Sunday afternoon to take a look at cars by myself and that Saturday went back in with my family and traded in my 2013 Fit and got a new 2016 CR-V!

I went in on Sunday to see the trade-in value of my 2013 Fit and Brandyn was able to help me find out the value as we looked at some cars in the lot. I told him I wasn't planning on getting a car that day and he was super chill with that and was very informative without pressuring me to get the car that day. He was able to give me some numbers to take home to my Dad so that when we came back on Saturday we weren't standing around in the dark. Nice!

I returned on that Saturday thinking of getting a 2015 CR-V but ended up leaving with a 2016 CR-V. Brandyn was able to get an awesome rate on my car and apply a deal that was going on. My family could tell he hadn't been there for a long time and that he was still learning. No one is perfect at the start but Brandyn did a great job anyhow! He was also very accommodating because my 2013 Fit I traded in was co-signed by someone and the co-signer needed to be there for the trade off. Brandyn let us know we could come by later that week to get those documents signed but still take the CR-V home that day. Luckily my co-signer was in the area and he dropped by but we really appreciated his effort to help me take the car home with ease. All in all super awesome service and I love my car! Thanks Brandyn! :)

We contacted Beaverton Honda seeing if they would meet or beat a price quote from a competitor. They assured us they would (we even told them the price before we came in). So we come in, chat with a few people, they come back to us with a price $1,500 OVER the quote. I flat out said we are not paying a higher rate when we have a price in writing from a competitor. They they proceeded to pull the usual car salesman stunt of saying other dealers arent going to give us that price and that they would be losing money on the sale, etc, etc.

We went over to the other dealer (Gladstone Honda, FYI), they tried no tricks, gave us the price on the quote, and that was it.

Beaverton Honda is DISHONEST! DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY!!!

This company is unscrupulous. I just tried to trade in a vehicle I purchased at Bob's about 18 months ago. I found that there were two previous accidents on this vehicle, one of which occurred 5 years ago. They reported that the vehicle had never been in an accident. I have hard copy proof of their statement of zero accident and the hard copy proof of the truth. This is fraud at best.

Belinda is amazing to work I won't say sales person because at no time did I ever feel manipulated.

When we arrived at the dealership, it was not my plan to purchase another Honda (although my Accord was 13 years old and running as if it just rolled off the showroom floor). My son is ready for a car - so it is his.
I wanted something with a bit of jazz, speed and curb appeal.

Belinda knew I had no intention of buying but was so patient and showed me the cars I wanted to see - explaining the features which she both loved on her own Honda as well as those which are newer in the lineup that she thought were impressive.

Working with Belinda is kind of like shopping for a car with your best friend. She is kind, thoughtful and really wants you to be happy with your purchase. I LOVE my new Accord (because it is jazzy, speedy (with 253 horse, and has significant curb appeal). Belinda and Beaverton Honda makes buying a car such an easy experience. Many thanks to you both.

I wanted to trade my car and new one so I was referred to Jeff Holey by Jonathan Lopez, a service advisor. He told me about how Jeff had helped him buy his car and he sounded like someone honest and trustworthy. Since I had trust in Jonathan I decided to talk to Jeff. Immediately Jeff found a way to connect with me to learn my exact situation and started making recommendations as to what would be suit me at the time. I was really impressed that he took the time to listen, was very patient, thorough, and that his recommendations were made according to what would be best for me and not him. He was also very straightforward and transparent with me which was also very important. I would definitely recommend Jeff Holey to anyone looking to buy a car new or used, and Jonathan Lopez for those needing their car serviced, as I actually already have recommended these two to other people.

I've always been a self sufficient, independent working class woman. I have alone had to make decisions and buy my own vehicles.Although I do research to try and prepare myself to make the right decisions in car buying, My car buying experiences have always been the worst decisions of my life.
I do take responsibility and try to be smart about purchases, but when I deal with slimeball lying sales men research didn't matter.

Just completed paying off the finance company for the last lemon I bought, October 2016 I rejoiced in not having a car payment, that lasted one day as the next day the car broke down once again. This vehicle has caused me near financial ruin and my anxiety about car buying was extreme, I literally was shaking as I walked in to Beaverton Honda dreading what they would say or mainly NOT say truthfully.

To say the experience was the greatest is an understatement.
Thank you Mike McIntosh for being a genuine, honest, respectable man and for holding my hand, helping me when I needed it the most. Beaverton Honda is the place to go to learn the long lost old fashion values are not extinct.
I'm in your debt.

Condescending, unfriendly, and just a mess of a dealership. I've been in twice now before and not a single hello. Most recently I tried to get more details on a car but tried to do it online because of a past poor experience. This Robert guy texted me right away and just started harassing me on other car models after I had told him I was very specific on the car I wanted. Also, what's up with their "new" practice of one person one price? If this model had worked, why isn't every other dealer the same? Competition is healthy and they are just saying, nah I'm good. Well I'm good too and you should be too and move onto a different dealership. Theres Ron Tonkin in Portland and Dick Hannah in Vancouver - go there instead.

My husband and I just purchased our first new car. We worked with Pete Young, who was incredible. I never felt like I was being sold, rather that Pete was helping us -buy- a car. He was very knowledgeable, walked us through the technology before we drove our new car home, and even stayed late to help us make our purchase. Very satisfied.

Had a great experience buying a car. I can't believe I'm even able to write that first sentence without laughing, due to that never happening in all my previous car purchases. They are the real deal when it comes to transparency throughout the process. I was also impressed with the focus on a good customer experience without the shady car sale tactics. Pleased they put a business model in place focusing on treating the customer as they should, so they continue to come back for future purchases. They won me over. We had such a great experience here with leasing a new car. We highly recommend April, she was so great to work with and helped my partner lease her first new car. Everyone was super nice and the whole process was very transparent. They answered all of our (many) questions and were not pushy in any way. I went in to lease a new accord sport it was late ...

I went in to lease a new accord sport it was late and the car I purchased was black so I didn t notice the rim was scrapped until the next morning when I saw my car in the daylight. They delivered to me in the front of the Dealership rather than in the service lane or delivery area. And the car didn t even have a full tank of gas when I left with it. When I called to schedule the fix of the rim I was given the run around for days before someone finally told me that they wouldn t even schedule to fix my rim until the loan was funded which wasn t a problem however I didn t know it wasn t even funded yet. After I was finally able to get an appt scheduled for them to fix my rim I went to pick up my car and immediately after leaving the dealership the tire light came on. I again had to return for them to reset the light and after visiting 3 times with only having purchased my car 2 weeks prior they gave me gas. The attendant drove back to the dealership the whole way with the gas cap open. Overall wasn t a good experience and I hope to not have to return.

Everything went pretty smooth. Bought a used car on 8-5-18. The car was nice because the previous owner took great care of it.

Few things I did not like though. First, the car sticker price said 10,000 and then when I get the paperwork with the total, the cost showed almost 15,000. How absurd to automatically assume the customer wants a 4000 dollar service contract. I wasn't even asked if i want it. It was just automatically put on and then i was asked to circle the price i want to pay (per month). Then there were a couple more "services" I would have been charged for like oil replacement and paint protection which totalled 700. Then there was something called GAP. Another 300.

After we said we don't want it, we were asked why? I would have appreciated a no questions asked policy. I don't blame the workers though since they are probably told to push these "services" on the customers.

One more thing that was disappointing was the interest rate. With a credit score of 835, I was offered 9% for 60 months. Last time I bought a used car (same make and model, different year), I got a 5.3% rate. The most they lowered it to was 6.9%.

This is such a beautiful facility that s welcoming, clean, comfy and very accommodating. My first experience here involved leasing a vehicle and the process was by far the smoothest I ve experienced yet at any dealership. I also feel like I can trust the sales people here more than I ve been able to at other places. The process of leasing was fast, transparent and didn t involve any sort of BS. If I could give this place extra stars I would.

This was the worst experience buying a used car from Robert Soto. All of the Sales Managers and Sales representatives are distrustful and horrible communicators. They pride themselves on customer service, which is false advertisement. They sold me a car and promised to fix the safety issues, but returned the car 6 days later with nothing fixed. They also failed to mention that you are responsible for DEQ or they don't process your paperwork. I would not buy a car from this dealership.

He spent a lot of time with me test driving and talking to me about the car itself. After I purchased they detailed the car and filled it up with gas which was a plus to buying the car! My wife and I were looking for a 2014 Honda Odysse...

My wife and I were looking for a 2014 Honda Odyssey with navi but no accessories. At the time, the only one in the region happened to be at this dealership. We agreed on a purchase price (using a buyer program) with the internet sales representative, Amanda Ball. When we confirmed the details, Amanda stated that an additional $500 of dealer-added accessories (floor mats, plastic door-guards, and clipped-on mud-flaps) had been installed on the vehicle, so that we would have to pay the agreed upon price plus $500 because these accessories "could not be removed."

We told her that we would have to think this over and call her back. Shortly afterwards she called us back claiming that her manager had authorized selling the vehicle without the add-ons and that they could be removed without damaging the vehicle. We were pleased about this news, confirmed the sale price, put down a deposit, and agreed upon a pickup date and time (we were coming in from out of town).

A few days later, we received an unexpected call from the general sales manager, Kelly Parker. Although it seemed that he had not spoken to Amanda Ball, Kelly stated that he would not sell us the car without the add-ons because he did not want to lose the labor it took to install them. Instead, he offered that if we wanted a car without add-ons, we could leave our deposit with him and receive a vehicle from some future delivery in 8 to 10 weeks. This was unacceptable to us since we had already made an agreement with one of his sales staff, double-checked the details, and put down a deposit. However, Kelly was adamant that if we showed up to pick up the vehicle at the agreed upon date and time that we would have to pay the extra $500 whether we wanted the add-ons or not.

The crux of our dissatisfaction with Beaverton Honda (and Kelly Parker specifically), is that Kelly was unwilling to honor the deal made by his sales staff a mere two days prior. Even when we offered to split the difference on the cost of the accessories to complete the deal, Kelly refused. Honoring the deal made by his own staff was simply something that Kelly was not willing to do. He further stated that he didn't even want to sell us the car if we agreed upon a price, because he felt we would rate him poorly in Honda's survey of new owners.

In the end, we asked Kelly to refund our deposit (which he did). We found a dealership closer to home that could come within $20 of the price at Beaverton Honda, and more importantly, they honored the price they initially quoted us and did not restrict us to purchasing a car with a bunch of unwanted dealer add-ons. Since they did not have the vehicle on the lot, we did have to wait six more days to get the car at the local dealership.

Beaverton Honda lost our business over a trivial amount of money and we would never recommend that anyone do business with a dealership that will not honor the deals made to their customers.

It felt like a bait and switch. The salesman didn't know the color combo available on the Pilot EX-L, so we were all set to buy one and his manager had to tell us it didn't exist. Then there was a major miscommunication on the price of a Pilot Touring with the color combo we wanted (that was being driven as a demo by Bob Lanphere's daughter), the miles on it, and extras that we didn't want (running board with lights) and were going to be charged for. The salesman also said the dealership DID NOT KNOW what features would be on the 2016 Pilot coming out next month because they hadn't been announced yet...and we found photos and details on the internet! We decided to go elsewhere and bought a Pilot Touring at Dick Hannah Honda.

It has taken me a couple days to come here to write this review because I wasn t sure where to start. I had to let all of the wow soak in.
Brian Hilgeman... phenomenal! He was able to work some crazy magic and put my husband and I both in vehicles that we have always dreamt of having. He listened to every word that we said and made it all happen; plus more. I honestly didn t think we would get a good deal. That we would have to go with what was able to be done. That we would have to just deal. Brian and the team did it! They gave us a deal I know nobody else was able to give.
When I said I was hungry to my husband, Brian jumped up from the other side of his desk; got me a banana, a cookie, and an apple. We weren t just treated good. We were treated like family. There is a true warm feeling with the staff as well. Brian most definitely has a skill, uses it from his heart. He s not your typical salesman; that s for sure. I can see he does it in a way that he knows he can sleep peacefully. I look forward to working with him and Beaverton Honda in the future. I ll also be looking forward to getting that button. Hahaha

The commercials tell the truth. One person throughout the buying process and it was quick and easy. Everyone were so nice and welcoming. The cars are great also. Go here first , you won't be disappointed. Louie

Sales people were pleasant to work with and we're happy with vehicle we purchased. The reason for only 2 stars is for two reasons. The vehicle we purchased was a certified pre-owned car with "150 point safety inspection" On the way home from dealership the low tire inflation light came on. When I got home I checked the tire pressures in all four tires...all four tires were at 20.5 -21.5psi. Checking tire pressure for ANY vehicle before customer drives away is basic safety/customer service. 11/12 psi is SIGNIFICANTLY low.
The second reason we are disappointed is that we received an email the day after purchasing this car informing us that the price of this car has dropped. I promptly called our salesman and told him about the email and requested the new lower price. He informed me that the price we paid, not the new lower price, is final. I really don't think it's asking too much of Beaverton Honda to honor the email they sent me with the new lower price.

UPDATE: I originally gave two stars in this review and after today I've lowered it to one. I went to start the car earlier today and battery was totally dead...or so I thought. I check the voltage between the terminals and it read 12.6v, battery is fine. As I was checking this I found the problem....negative battery terminal was COMPLETELY loose. The paperwork I received shows they replaced the battery...they clearly failed to tighten the negative terminal.
After discovering the things mentioned in this review, I'm beginning to honestly think the inspection they do on the used vehicles they sell is basically a joke.

We have bought 3 cars here in the last two years ...

We have bought 3 cars here in the last two years ad I was ready to by another one. But the level of service was so bad that I had to walk away. The salesperson didn't even bother to show me cars properly thinking that I had already bought 3 cars and would likely buy another. The sales manger didn't like the fact that I was test driving more than once. I was also trying to trade in my Honda that I bought there 2 years ago. Sales manager told me to buy a car right on the spot and if not we don't want to see you car here . After this last experience we would never buy car at the Beaverton Honda dealership. I would have given 0 stars but that s not an option. So glad I found exactly what I was looking for at the right price at Beaverton Toyota. They were more than happy to get my business and impressed me every step of the way.

Update: there is not a way to respond to the reply so I will add i did email the general manager and did not hear back. Also, my issue was not with the dollar amount that was offered but the behavior of the one of the sales manager (male) talking to me. He was rude and certainly did not practice the 'no pressure' motto of the company.
