Just don't let them drive anywhere... watched one of their trucks crash into a school bus full of children

Terrible customer service. Contacted the customer service department and they told me I had to contact my store for any questions. What is the point of having a customer service number?

I would avoid purchasing from this company. They manufacture a subpar product that doesn't actually have a guarantee (contrary to what the company claims). I have 3-year old laminate that the top is peeling off of, and after MONTHS of attempting to contact this company, someone finally responded and declared it to be normal wear-and-tear and damage (yes, both) without even having seen it. I persisted, especially since some of the peeling/cracking was in a closet; how on Earth would someone damage that. Eventually a rep came out, and months later I received a "report" that stated that since no one else complained, the laminate was fine. There are other owners in my building with similar issues, so I know that's inaccurate. They said that if I hire a specific flooring inspector (and it has to be the guy they chose!), and he finds that the laminate is faulty, they'll deal with it. Needless to say, that's ridiculous, so I highly recommend avoiding anything made by Beaulieu Canada, unless you have nothing but time and money to waste. Also please note that they declared bankruptcy last year, and then "restructured", so I'm guessing that they never really intended to honour any guarantees anyway.

As a trade partner, we cannot speak highly enough of Beaulieu. Their order desk and sales reps are absolutely amazing. Always prompt, always nice, always accommodating. We love working with them and would recommend them to anyone. Their products are so far above industry standards in quality and for looks they are right in line with current trends and timeless classics. Keep it up Beaulieu!

I m currently having an issue with some hardwood I purchased from Beaulieu. After having a rep sent out, they did zero testing, and responded 4 months later with a generic response. Told me that they have no issues with the flooring and that I m out of luck. They even said to the distributor that they were prepared to fight me in court. Crazy!! Stay away from these guys. They have large claims of customer service and a great product, but it s all talk. I m very disappointed with this Canadian company.

This is a great company that jumped right onboard to help our friends - victims of the Humboldt bus crash tragedy! They provided the flooring to finish their basement off, for him to have his own space to come home from the hospital to! Thanks Beaulieu Canada!
