Very unreliable. No show 3 times, then call to say be there in four days. ASK for a call the day before visit, NO call,when they do call they want to fit me in on same day as call . When they did come only took BP and temp and said everything looks good. 6 hours later admitted to hospital with raging infection . All the symptoms were there on their visit. I had a major surgery due to cancer. The service that they provided were useless.
During my husband s time in home hospice care, the nurse was wonderful. She showed such concern and gentle care for him during the 3 months that she visited us. After hours calls were promptly returned and each person who we had contact with was nothing but helpful and considerate. I would recommend this group to anyone.
They are never on time, never call if theyre going to be late or cant make it on a certain day theyve already scheduled. Its very frustrating!
