I m currently having an issue with some hardwood I purchased from Beaulieu. After having a rep sent out, they did zero testing, and responded 4 months later with a generic response. Told me that they have no issues with the flooring and that I m out of luck. They even said to the distributor that they were prepared to fight me in court. Crazy!! Stay away from these guys. They have large claims of customer service and a great product, but it s all talk. I m very disappointed with this Canadian company.
