I've worked with the team at Oxygen Development for a number of years and appreciate the respect and care that they take with their business partners and employees.

Great company to work for if you can problem solve and meet deadlines. Easy to grow from with in if you are not lazy. They will give you a shot to become something even if you are the trash man,and on top of that they invest in their employees. If you are looking for a boring 9 to 5 then find another company. If you are willing to legitimately go hard and earn your money this is the job.

I 've had an outstandingly positive and professional experience working with Oxygen Development. In my visits I have observed a very well organized and secure facility that produces high quality products.

I would strongly recommend them both as a vendor or a customer.

the worst place to work, in the world, they force the employees to work without air conditioning, at extreme temperatures with suits., they force you compulsively to work on weekends, and if you do not go. they punish you, a week without work, and without payment. It's disgusting the way the managers treat you.

I would like to recommend this place for anyone who need a safe environment,or a job ,caused the people at oxygen is very familiar to work whit, the place is very clean, not because I work there but is truth go and see for your self

This is the worst job i ever been too. Supervisor are mean and they dont train you properly at all their. They could even try to pay me a million dollars to work for them and if i could give them zero stars I would.Anyway all I can say is worst job experience ever. Run away from this place.

This place is a place of opportunity for growth in a career. I have been in all areas of the company in so many years and have seen a mom and pop organization move to a corporate environment and improve to the level that global companies of brand names want us to service their needs, the reviews that some people provide are so false that its disappointing that they want to destroy a business that provides work for so many. Loyalty runs both ways, if you support the growth of the company, the company supports your growth.

Great place to work. I worked here for several years. Pay is fair. I got along with everyone. Very diverse workforce. Great opportunity to grow.

With everything coming out, I'm giving this a one star. In the hope that someone will go in and do the right thing.

Hr is extremely unorganized, pay was almost always delayed 3-4 days. Since the people they hire are fresh off the boat with little to no knowledge to how the system works they took advantage and cut their money short. Over time sometimes wasn't paid due to improficient inexperienced receptionist. 2 bathrooms for over 1,000 people that was ALWAYS dirty (paper rolls on the floor, pee, exc) They treat the employees very poorly, horrible pay and YES they did force overtime and by threating to fire if you didn't show up (illegal) my list goes on for hours. They almost never pass the health inspections but remain grounded. Too many legal issues that are being covered up. STRONGLY would not recommend to anybody save your time.

World class facility with outstanding products and services to the Cosmetic Industries important brands. Always treated with professionalism. Highly creative formulation ideas.

We done business with Oxygen Development from the year 2002. The Oxygen team is always professional, they give great customer service and are always a pleasure to work with.

Parking is terrible, and the parking lot floods up to ankle high water when it rains.

Young & vibrant culture - great place to grow & learn about cosmetics. FIT Team is awesome!!! Would be nice to have paternity leave.

The job structure based upon your skills. I have encountered with alot of people in this area of the job atmosphere. It so sad to say English lanquage there is not spoken at all. The minorities of this is impeccable. I was apalled over my discovery of how the Afro americans, Pureto Ricans, White Americans are based of there bilinqual grammer doesn't meet the company's ethics. Sorry for the inconvenience of applying to your company with slills to do a productive job.

Great Company to work for. Customer oriented and sets high standards for service.

The parking is absolutely horrendous! They have about 500 people trying to fit in about a 100 parking spaces! And I can't even speak on the deplorable conditions of the bathrooms! It's like these people have never heard of trash cans before! I mean literally, the trash cans are inside the bathrooms, but they still throw waste and toilet paper all over the place! It's the same way with the cafeteria. They refuse to take their own trash and dispose of it properly. And English-speaking Americans make up up only about 2% of the warehouse staff. I hope to make this job just a temporary, ends to a means.

Oxygen Development is a great business partner. They are always open to constructive advice and take steps to implement recommendations. Working with David and his team is a positive experience. Highly recommend this organization to anyone interested in doing business with them.

Today 9-13-2019 I received a terrible news that one of the machines of the department which he served for 4 years had an exploration and as always happens on this site the victim is an innocent friend, an excellent worker
The irrespinsabilities in this company continue and I see that every day they are bigger to the point that they can play even with the life of a human being.
It is no longer enough for them to abuse and disregard workers who work 10 and 12 hours a day plus the demands that you have to work on forced weekends and you may suffer consequences as happened to me and many other workers They throw you out of work.
Some department that defends the workers should go through there and check well what happens in there before these misfortunes continue happening.

Oxygen Development has been a wonderful business partner. The IT team strives for excellence in a fast-paced, positive environment. Opinions from both internal and external teams are valued and are thoughfully considered.

Needs to be shut down or fire everyone in the company due to unprofessional manufacturing.

These people should be ashamed. Lipsticks produced here are embedded with white animal hairs and sharp metal shards. You get what you pay for.

I live EXTREMELY close to this place. No warning of when it popped up, no sign to say what it is, and brings in a ton of unwanted traffic.

I work in oxygen since 2000., I love my job and the people who work with me, oxygen and my second home, supervisors have always been very correct with me, I have nothing to complain about.

If you're lab certified, stay away, worked at lab for short period horrible place of employment.

when they hired me they told me that I was going to work in shipping but I worked in testing and we had to put the cosmetics on the cats and rats and wait 1 week to see if they had an allergic reaction

If I could give this "company" zero stars I would from the moment I started working there I felt like every one of the Hispanic supervisors and some workers were being very predijuce against me and when i had said something about it the hr told me to just keep my mouth shut and never did anything about it then canceled my assignment then continued to offer me a minimum wage job saying that my performance was the reason when it was never an issue before I opened my mouth about it if your not Hispanic or they dont attest think your of Haitian decent you will not get treated equal would never work for this company if I was looking into working for it very unorganized as well no clear reason for anything they change

The worst place to work, the deal is lousy, people are thought to be slaves and no English is spoken, upper children steal and then want to throw employees for the same reasons the work environment is horrible.

I have had a incredibly positive experience with Oxygen Development. The professionalism they practice, technical know how of their team and overall service oriented attitude are just some of the reasons they are a leader in the cosmetic manufacturing space.

I would strongly recommend working with them whether vendor or customer.

Morphe and Jaclyn Hill use this lab. If you value your safety, do not use products made from this facility.

DO NOT USE THIS LAB OR YOUR BRAND'S CREDIBILITY & TRUST WILL BE DESTROYED.
They produce contaminated makeup that causes people to break out in rashes and have allergic reactions. People are also being cut from sharp metals, plastics, and glass found in their makeup.

I got many cosmetic products that were manufactured there, the cosmetics were contaminated with a lot of I'd say metal shards and plastic, even the famous hair scandal appeared...

Disguisting place that test their products on animals. Shut this place down.

I am the network administrator and one of the technicians at Magnified Imaging Solutions. I have an excellent working relationship with the Oxygen management and information technology staff. Have had that relationship with them for at least 10 years. They are professional, and are always readily available to assist me whenever I am in need of their assistance. In my opinion, they are a great entity to work and interact with.

development team is so unorganized. I hate the feeling I get when I walk around different employee. Will do better than you know

You can say whatever you want in English and these people won t understand.

Cons:
Slavery 2.0
Lousy pay (minimum wage and below)
Racist management and supervisors
Lying staffing agency (GL staffing) they advertise the wrong pay rate on purpose.
Language Barrier (bigger than the wall trump trying to build.)
terrible parking and drivers (your car will be dinged and scraped)
They are the strictest and most disorganized place ever.
Stuck in this smelly facility until your shift ends. ( cannot leave premises once you are inside)

Do yourself a favor and refrain from working here, there are a lot of labor laws being violated. This is obviously for people who are trying to work under the radar (no citizenship or green card.) This job is NOT for you, if you cannot speak Spanish or Creole.

No one here speaks English not even the boss or HR. I had to ask a friend to help me translate because I was only getting paid 5/hr. Please stay away from here unless you're illegal or from Haiti or a latin country. Marceline is the worst.. she will withhold your salary (which is very illegal) if you don't work overtime or Saturdays and Sundays.

Thanks to God and to oxygen I can work in the machine LPO1, LPO2, LP03, F10, F9, F8, F6, F5, F4, F3 or assembly.

My personal experience at Oxygen Development has nothing short of wonderful. The staff is great and the workers are kind and helpful too. I truly like it there!

This place is like a prison, people that work here are like slaves , u can t missed any work day cause they for sure will punish you , no AC , people getting sick because the bad treatment and under all the ilegal stuff that happens there... you can t go outside during the shift not even to get fresh air . They make u signed all kind of papers so u won t be able to talk about the company also so that u don t missed a day working , I know someone that when she was about to take vacation, they told her that when she came back she wouldn t have a job to come over. Some of the vacuums that get most of the dust of the machines on the powder stuff were not working and people started to get sooo sick because of this , they will get rashes that will last for weeks because the Ac is always broken, and all of what I m saying it s just a tiny lit piece of what really happens in there. I seriously don t know how the OSHA and FDA haven t done nothing about it , ( oh wait , because when this people go there they make sure that everything looks good before they go and inspect the place ) ..I wish I could give less than one star .

Oxygen is a great business partner from my 8 years experience with them.

This place should be shut down for bad practices and unhealthy, unsafe conditions.
