I have been coming here for 20 years And its still the reason it makes Colorado the best state ever

Our group of 7 was seated really quickly even though the place was super busy on a Friday night. The food was really good.

Definitely do the white crust on a mountain pie- it's fluffy and amazing!

The pizza was amazing, only visited for the weekend but the both times we went we got pizza and it was deep dish and very good

I stop here whenever I'm in Idaho Springs; the other locations just can't match the atmosphere here. Plus, delicious pizza! I've brought even the pickiest eaters and they always love the food.

Decent & the chicken wings are mmm good a little on the spicy side. They are also baked which is actually hard to find where I'm from. The salad bar looked really good and the service is great.

Swift service of tasty pies. I don't get the fascination with the supposed uniqueness of the crust. My table mates certainly enjoyed their dessert of crust with honey.

Haven't been in years, but this was an awesome experience. The food, the service, the place, the people......nice break from traveling..

The food and service here was great. Good for families and larger groups with pile Lodge and Americana decor. It was a busy holiday weekend and still we were in, seated as a group of six, ordered, served in timely fashion...and then not rushed to finish our meal at all. Unique fluffy pizza bones (crusts) on the mountain style pizza... Perfect for drizzling honey on at the end of the meal. Absolutely recommend!

Coming from Buffalo, NY, we are very particular about our pizza! This was by far, the best pizza I have tasted in my life and that's not the delicious bloody Mary speaking either!

I'm usually always satisfied when I visit Beau Jo's but yesterday was definitely a miss. Placed my order over the phone and when we got there, we found out our order hadn't been submitted, 30 min after our call. Wasn't the busiest of days but still had to wait another 30 minutes to get our food. Ordered a side salad and a Caesar salad and the they both looked less than fresh and was charged for 2 full salads instead of just one. Pizza was great but was underwhelmed and disappointed by the customer service.

Went here as part of a weekend trip to Alice! We got a salad bar and it was very good. The pizza was amazing too. I am a busser at a Breakfast place in Denver and being in the food industry I like to grade a restaurant based on cleanliness and speed of service. I would say A++ for cleanliness and A+ for speed of Service. We were here on a Friday Evening during peak hours and the wait time was less than 20 minutes. I enjoyed the Beau Jo's experience.

I've been wanting to stop here for a while and wasn't disappointed one bit. The pizza was delicious and our server was friendly even though it was very busy. Make sure to dip your leftover crust in some honey! Hungry again just thinking about it. It's a must when passing through the area.

The food was decent, our server seemed very annoyed by us. We were sat on the upstairs level and she complained to us about needing to get us things that required her to go up and down the stairs.

Pizza was delicious! And putting honey on the crust was like dessert! Server was good...Food a little slow.

Great staff, great food, great environment. Every time we go out to the mountains we make sure to stop and eat here.

You have to go to the original Beau Jo's, it's worth the experience, but the wait times can be brutal.

Unique pizza experience in the mountains. Inside an old mining building with a deep mining shaft inside.

Prices way too high good pizza. Bad waitress. No go for the price. Absolutely akward with corona policy's and not worth the extra 30 dollars for that one pizza. I'd rather buy Little Caesars for 10 buck as opposed to bojos for the same size pizza for 40 bucks.

Great manager who brought ingredient list for my allergies. So helpful! They have 2 gf crusts to choose from. One tastes like regular crust and the other is cauliflower with a great flavor and crispness. Bon appetite

Mountain Pies, mountain pies, mountain pies... This is the best pizza restaurant in Colorado! Living in NYC, this pizza is better than NY pizza! If you're going to stop along I-70 for food, do it here! Your world will be introduced to the hand rolled crust that is the best crust I've ever tasted! For your sake, you need to try this place!

Service was good for a minute. Then got weird. Not sure what happened. Food is always great though!

Good pizza, great atmosphere. Mountain crust with honey was a fun new twist. Price was pretty steep for pizza (~$31 for a large pizza).

Came in for lunch in March 2018... restaurant the same as I remember it from over 30 yeras ago...same great pizza but came out too early and had to send back...wait staff not as friendly as I expected in tourist town but she took care of us...still some of the best pizza ever!

This place is a Colorado classic. They always have good beer and good pizza.

I got one of their standard mountain pies with pepperoni and it was awesome. I was famished from hiking so it really hit the spot and I polished off the whole thing. And the crust is really a treat with the honey they give you. Certainly worth a try.

Great food! Long wait, but that is because lots of people come to dine.

Pizza is as great as it gets. Atmosphere at Beau Joes and town is serene. Salad bar is better than most. Beer selection is adequate. The place is a bit pricey, but ya' get what ya' pay for.
