Dropped dropped off my 2016 Mustang with noise in front steering. I was told there was no noise and it was normal. They decided that they would investigate and they change two parts. When their vehicle was returned to me it made the same noise only louder. I left the car second time giving them a second chance. At the end of the story and two weeks with my car in the shop it was returned Noise free. One week later the noise returned. I then took my Mustang to Braintree Ford where they repaired it in two days. It has been Noise free sinse. Find another dealer for service .

Baystate took care of the registration and everything, all I had to do was pick it up. Very easy, I will definitely be coming back to see Scotty for all my future car purchases!

Set off a collection of red flags. I went to look at a beautiful AWD 12 Toyota Sienna that I I really liked. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and made one feel at home. That being said, the vehicle was making a noise so I asked if my mechanic could look at it. They were more than accommodating for that. When I went to sign the paper work, the finance gentleman was resistant to explain the fees which included window etching as well as a tire and rim warranty ( red flag number one). When my mechanic looked at it he said the coolant was low and the radiator need to be replaced. I was also told the vehicle was not equipped with a place for a jack or spare tire so manufacturer specification required run flat tires of which the vehicle only had one. When I addressed Peter about this issue he told me nothing was wrong with the radiator so they will not replace it. He also told me an all wheel drive vehicle did not need to have all the same wheels so he would not replace the three that did not fit manufacturer specifications. When I told him I was uncomfortable buying this car, he refunded my down payment and said he'd void the contract. Very friendly but can not be trusted

Beware of Baystate Ford in Easton, Ma. I want this to be completely honest and helpful not spiteful. I leased a 14 f150 3 years ago with auto pay because I pride myself in my credit. So skip ahead to the end of the lease I put a lot of money into this truck planning to buy it. Well the end of the lease came up and they came to inspect it at my work place and I was offered an extension via telephone after I expressed that it was a busy time of the year for me. They said no problem and offered me a three month extension and I accepted. I was supposed to get something to sign via mail to finalize the extension and never recieved it and a month later I get a call that I m 11 days late on a payment. I thought to myself this is a mistake because these payments were all autopay as they were all through the lease. I quickly called to square things up and to my understanding was that with a quick online payment things would resume to autopay for the extension until I walked in to sign a buy out deal. (Just saying being a responsible home owner having a 764 credit score) A month later I check my online account and it says zero balance again figuring things are ok. Skip ahead one Thursday night at 1am Ford Credit Union Sends Evergreen Towing from RI into my private home to take my truck! Let s just say the tow truck guy was very nice! Now my truck (Big Red) besides the 3 year lease has an additiional 6 grand plus in add ons, so she s pretty! So I call Ford Credit in the morning and the woman on the phone was basically having a really bad day who knows why, but she was MAD because I hadn t answered her 1-800 number is what she explained yet I continued on for an explaination as nicely as I could and I got no where. She nastily ended the conversation demanding me to pick my belongings up at the impound yard and I was welcomed to purchase another Ford vehicle of my liking on the Baysate lot but not my own because it was being auctioned off! . So here I am sitting in my kitchen staring at at my innocent 4 year old little girl that I can t even drive to preschool feeling so confused angry yet so violated all at once! Shortly after I get a call from another man to top my day off to emphasize that I can not have my truck back and to please go pick up my belongings. Again I just sat in disbelief but someone was about to get the manager special!
After pacing back and forth I decide to show face at Bay State and I get to sit with the finance guy that repeatedly chuckled that this situation was just unheard of in the years he s worked as a cars salesmen. He goes on and acts accordingly and makes a number of calls and promises he will work this all out. He contacts what he says were his guys and manages to bypass the God of Loans from Ford Credit that said we are not releasing his vehicle because of principle for not returning our phone call! Regardless of loan in hand! Baystate for me approved within seconds for a $27,000 loan to get me to buy my truck with TD Bank! They also stayed one night till 8pm to make sure the loan went through! Fast Fwd a bit problem now is they won t give me my truck. Good Golly! Talk about take your money and run! You got it right two weeks and Big Red is still sitting in the impound lot in RI because Baystate says they don t have the manpower to go get her??? But I m more than welcomed to go get her myself is what I m told repeatedly. I don t know about you but when you buy a $27,000 vehicle, shouldn t it be shined and ready for you ? Two weeks go by and my truck is still in the impound lot waiting to get a MA inspection sticker and plates and Baystate could care less. Long story short Baystate is the worse place to buy a vehicle. They don t value their customers nor their GOOD customers. I ve always loved Ford but not when they act like this and shame on me for giving them my hard earned time and money!

HORRIBLE, DISHONEST, FALSE ADVERTISING, ILLEGAL SA...

HORRIBLE, DISHONEST, FALSE ADVERTISING, ILLEGAL SALES PRACTICE. Spoke with Greg, Brett and Leo for 1 week prior to driving the 3 hours to BAYSTATE FORD in Easton, MA from Connecticut to purchase their advertised used vehicle.
My husband is a disabled veteran, and I have a traumatic brain injury.
Greg reduced the trade-in price for our vehicle by aprox. $3,000 after we arrived. We had disclosed all information pertaining to our 2011 Subaru Outback prior to our arrival, and were given a range of price. We were told their used truck we ended up purchasing from BAYSTATE FORD was FULLY SERVICED, and SAFETY INSPECTION PASSED. We were told all their vehicles have a 60 day warranty, this is printed on their website. The truck we purchased was delivered 5 days later to our home, as it was not ready while we were at the dealership. I drove it 20 minutes, and it broke down, being rendered undrivable.
It had to be left at our local repair shop. We had our own safety inspection performed, only to find the truck needed extensive front end suspension repair, the power steering radiator reservior was completely empty, rusted and leaking everywhere - completely visable at eye level. If a safety inspection, and full servicing had indeed been performed by BAYSTATE FORD, this would have been easily seen, as stated by our mechanic. BAYSTATE FORD refused to honor their warranty, and refused to pay for the needed repairs after the inital phone call. After numerous discussions, with each phone call being passed on to the next saleperson, BAYSTATE tried to manipulate us to pay the $2800 repair bill, minus a $500. credit they would offer. On the next phone call, a $500 discount on their $3200 extended warranty policy was offered, as long as we paid for the repair bill, minus the $500. We had been told previously we could only purchase their extended warranty program at the time of the sale, 5 days prior. WHY OFFERED NOW? We mentioned the Attorney General's Office, the D.M.V Dealer and Repair Complaint Division, The Massachusetts Lemon Law, and the Department of Consumer Protection Department of MA, The Better Business Bureau and BAYSTATE'S own written warranty only required the buyer to pay $100 deductible in the event of repairs. They then agreed to pay the bill. Now, BAYSTATE will not pay for the Enterprise car rental we were forced to take on during the repairs for 5 days, as they originally agreed to do, when we first reported the truck broken. Enterprise even ackowledged BAYSTATE has a charge account with them. We were passed from Greg Sargent, to Leo Stern, to Bill Capese with each conversation, NONE taking reponsibility, all making excuses and arguing, NONE returning any phone calls. We have filed complaints with all the govenment agencies listed above, filed suit, and have notified corporate headquaters of their illegal activity, false advertising, and unprofessional sales staff. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. IT IS AS BAD AS IT GETS. The BBB of MA. has 13 complaints registered against this dealership already - please take note of this!

Horrible service or lack of! Delt with a Dwayne and was looking to trade my car in for a new car and he was suspose to get me a round about price for my trade and never called me back. I sent him and email and said sorry for not getting back but I will have an answer today which was a few days ago and never did. Horrible customer service and would not recommend this ford dealership to anyone. Hope the owners sees this so they know why they lose deals!

2nd response...to the "owner" I love the bs line. I am two states away??? That matters. Maybe I should post the emails from your company who said they WANT to do business. I have bought MANY cars from other states and NEVER ever had a problem. What the facts are you did respond to the complaint. The lack of promises and the not calling me back is what the review was about. You should not of wanted to do business. Did you forget to mention that I sent many pictures, gave the vin number? See when you respond to a post make sure you tell all the facts, not only part of the story!

Yesterday on 5/20 I wan involved in a minor car accident with my 2006 Hyundai Elantra. I drove to the dealership to get my belts adjusted. I had filed a claim with the insurance company. It was the other drivers fault without a doubt.. Cut me off turning left. I had an appointment with the finance department trying to get credit to fix my car. The salesman and sales manager both saw my car and said that they could not let me drive out of the lot with my car. Not with a clear conscious. So they asked if I would be interested in a new car. The salesman asked what price range I wanted so after a bunch of paperwork and some negotiating they were able to meet me in the middle of my price range. The salesman proposed a red car and I said I did not like red so he said brb. The salesman asked me to come outside and check out this car.... a brand new 2014 Ford Focus. So to shorten the story after a few hours I was able to drive a brand new car off the lot and they even gave me a great credit for my beat up Hyundai. I was so happy. I was also touched at their concern for my safety, it was genuine. I have dealt with many car dealers in my time and this has been my best experience ever. Other dealers just want your money and to get a car off the lot. The team at Bay State Ford in Easton, MA really worked hard to put me at ease and turned a horrible day into one of the best of my life. They have found a forever customer in me. Both made me feel at home, Rather than shoving papers in my face and asking what would make me buy the truck TODAY, they explained everything in great detail. And had great knowledge on not only the financial end but also the truck itself. I highly recommend Bay State Ford.

I have been going to another service dept for over 10 years. I followed Jon here and as usual nothing short of awesome. He is building a great team at Baystate. I don't have to question if the work has been done right or baby sit any mechanics anymore and I must say its pretty great. They caught a leak that I had on my Explorer that wasn't found at the other service center I was taking it to. A little farther of a drive but def worth it. You wont be disappointed with the service you receive here!

I have no idea how Baystate Ford can get repeat customers. I took my car to them for Service instead of my usual Ford dealer and was completely blown away at how terrible their customer service is as well as completely incompetent technicians. My car needed a simple fix that took 3 days and 3 separate trips back over the following 2 weeks to finally resolve. I was initially charged much higher than quoted due to not including a diagnostic fee in the quote. I was treated as if I was a bother to them rather than a customer and they will not get my business in the future.

The sales staff were great until it was time to give the final pricing. That process took an hour and a half for just preliminary numbers. They continued to pressure us for a down payment before handing us over to the financing staff who were not aware of our deals agreed upon with the sales staff. Financing had added in a bunch if things we didn't want and the price they had was much more expensive. When management was called we could here him screaming obscenities at the financing staff because he thought a deal was made. Very unprofessional and inexperienced people there. On top if it we were attracted by a flyer that promised to allow you to take over payments on repossessed cars and in the end we were only given a deal for uses cars. Bait and switch marketing.

I brought my car in because I has hearing a knocking sound when I make right turn slowly. I dropped my car off and the technicians were unable to replicate the sound. I ended up having to pay for have a day car rental for nothing. When I only had the car for two hours.

To there credit it was raining and for the most part I was hearing the sound when it was sunny out. Either way, I only had the rental car for two hours.

Horrible Service dept.Brought my 2013 infusion there after the steering went on it.Thank god it happened in my drive way and not while I was driving it. Anyways they fixed it so they say,only to go pick it up and find multiple dash boards lights on indicating other problems. Those lights weren't on before the steering went. They said they now have to diagnosis each light @ 129 a piece!The steering problem was a recall which yes they had to fix free!

Just a horrible place for service. Spoken down to like I don t know anything. Everything takes literally forever here and always promised a loaner but never seem to have loner cars available. Baystate has been terrible ever since they left Stoughton. My family has bought 3 vehicles from Baystate in Easton and we ve now switched to another Ford dealership that is farther away to buy our cars and do maintenance. That dealership treats us right. This is the last time we will ever be coming back to Baystate!

I ve gotten both of my vehicles serviced here. Being a business owner I will not go anywhere else. The service team is always kind and courteous. The mechanics work is flawless and clean. I always get my vehicle(s) back cleaner then I brought it in. The price point was great for a dealership. Honorable mention to the lead technician Steve and his colleague Shaun for being thorough and honest.

No regards for anyone s safety.
Had two air bag recalls and they refused to give me a loaner for the time being. They then could not print out any protocols in regards to this matter and refused to write me an email stating why this request was being denied.
Contacted the attorney general and they will deal with this further.
Not coming here to buy my next vehicle nor refer this place to my union brothers.

Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Tech come out and tells me my lug nuts are frozen and they are having trouble removing the tires. Said that the lug nuts will probably break to get off and replacement is $7.50 per lug nut to replace. I have 5 lug nuts per tire for a total of 20 nuts at $7.50 each Told the I had never heard of frozen lug nuts in over 50 years of car ownership. I would not authorized the rotation. Took the car to NTB who removed an rotated the tires. NTB tech said the nuts were over tightened. Previous to this my car had been serviced only at Baystate Ford, so they over tightened the nuts. Don't think I will be going back.

I have bought 3 cars from Baystate over the years and until the last couple of years have had no isuues,but,lately they have been nothing but aggrevation.The service dept. is in a word-awful.They always have an excuse and always have an additional charge on the invoice when you show up to retrieve your car.The bad service for me really began when I was sent a customer satisfaction survey and because of the poor service I gave them a poor review.The next time we went there,my wife was brought into a managers office and was "spoken to"as if she was in her HS principals office getting detention.Totally inappropriate!
They are dishonest and argumentative.last night was the last straw,they added a $15 charge to a $129 diagnosis bill and never told me about it.I refused to pay the additional charge and was told that my business is no longer welcome there.Well,thank you Baystate for kicking me to the curb,you did me a great favor!
If you value good customer service -AVOID Baystate Ford!
Update:The reason I did not have the work done for the above mentioned diagnosis was because the quote was $710.I brought the car to my local mechanic and a simple tightening of a hose clamp solved the issue..at NO Charge! Baystate Ford was going to charge me over $700 for doing NOTHING!
