Worst customer service EVER!
I have bought 3 cars from Baystate over the years and until the last couple of years have had no isuues,but,lately they have been nothing but aggrevation.The service dept. is in a word-awful.They always have an excuse and always have an additional charge on the invoice when you show up to retrieve your car.The bad service for me really began when I was sent a customer satisfaction survey and because of the poor service I gave them a poor review.The next time we went there,my wife was brought into a managers office and was "spoken to"as if she was in her HS principals office getting detention.Totally inappropriate!
They are dishonest and argumentative.last night was the last straw,they added a $15 charge to a $129 diagnosis bill and never told me about it.I refused to pay the additional charge and was told that my business is no longer welcome there.Well,thank you Baystate for kicking me to the curb,you did me a great favor!
If you value good customer service -AVOID Baystate Ford!
Update:The reason I did not have the work done for the above mentioned diagnosis was because the quote was $710.I brought the car to my local mechanic and a simple tightening of a hose clamp solved the issue..at NO Charge! Baystate Ford was going to charge me over $700 for doing NOTHING!
