We worked with Scotty and he did a great job! He made the whole process as painless as possible. I ended up getting a Ford Escape and I love it!!! Baystate took care of the registration and everything, all I had to do was pick it up. Very easy, I will definitely be coming back to see Scotty for all my future car purchases!
