Due to personal circumstances we had to cancel our order. However, there has been no response at all concerning our refund. No replies to a number of emails and very hard getting through to the company. Very disgusted to say the least. I m so glad now we had to cancel. God knows what would have happened if they started the installation!!! I think we were rather lucky if this is anything to go by!

New review Extraction fan packed in after a week John came out apparently the fan had been connected to the plug shaver????? Anyway the fan has packed in again leaving condensation steam everywhere apparently its connected to the pump???? 8 grands worth no fan what the hell is going on
There was an issue with the bathroom and they resolved everything quickly meaning customer satisfaction was achieved. Paul Townsend took ownership of the situation and was superb from start to finish.
Installation of our bath taken out and installation of a shower was carried out by Matt Buckley excellent working to detail arrived on time every day very pleasant to have around whilst we carried on with our daily routine worked so hard and so efficiently must say impressed all round very happy
Highly NOT recommend problems after problems plumber turns up when they feel like some days arriving at 12:30 pm not acceptable. Then plumber had the cheek to moan about fitting a shower on his own with no help left leaks on a weekend that resulted in calling local out of hours plumbers. Still waiting for repairs to be done to rectify what the plumber had not done. Fitting wrong size fittings on pipes they was atleast 2mm to big. Wall boards not fitted properly from floor to ceiling. Total rip off.
This company's customer "care" is found wanting. Any contact made with the "care" team is fruitless, as messages are either not passed on or ignored. Waiting for a call back is like waiting for the polar ice caps to melt. Their quotes for installation are normally in days, yet they took in excess of 4 weeks to finally install a shower for relatives of mine. Then, it wouldn't pump away waste water as the pump was incorrectly installed by their fitter. This flooded their bathroom, causing no end of distress. They are quick to ask for their money on completion of an install, but very slow to address any issues raised. Stay well clear!
Avoid Firstly I have raised these issues with the company but feel nothing was done and want to prewarn others.
This company belong go a group who offer bathrooms and wet rooms targeted at older people and those with disabilities. On making initial contact I received a call from a lady who asked how old I was as I sounded too young and their services were for older people, even though I d checked their site and they said they were for people with accessibility issues, which was me as I have a disability and can't access a standard shower, and the items shown were what I was after. When I feed this back I was advised that training would be given.
I went ahead with a no obligation quote appointment. Due to wanting my husband there with me we arranged to book an appointment for when he got home from work, which we were advised was no issue.
The appointment was with a man called Peter. Please if you have an appointment ensure someone else is there with you. He went from polite, but not listening to me, to very aggressive and threatening. He didn't listen to what I NEEDED and when I tried to ask questions to ensure what I would be getting was accessible for me, he told me to not worry it was all in hand. When it came to money he wouldn't talk to me, only my husband... Unfortunately for Peter I actually earn more money and he was talking to the wrong person, completely ignoring me. The whole time it was like I wasn't even there and he just wanted me to be quiet. I was told by him I didn't want a wet room as they look horrible. I argued that I has seen nice one and when I said could I show him he ignored it and told me I wouldn't be having a wet room.
Costs seemed plucked from the air. Things thrown in that I didn't want or need. Free shelf, free sink, free flooring. Then suddenly the price dropped when he worked out an interest free payment plan. He wouldn't give us a break down of costs, just a bulk price. He then started filling out a form and asked financial details, I asked if he needed them now as we wanted to think about it. With that he flipped and became threatening. He told me he had come out late to see us, we had wasted his time, if I didn't accept it there and then the price would go up and I would have to wait months before he could come back, even though I told him I only waited a few weeks for him which I had delayed myself. He then said f**k you to me under his breath! Then was so rude to us while he packed up and left. No one should be subject to that especially being threatened in your own home. I was so upset and panicked when he left. I reported this to the company and explained that I was even thinking or reporting him for his threatening behaviour to the police. It seems nothing came of it with the company and I guess he is still working there. Please have someone else with you if you do go with this company and if he is coming to visit. I wouldn't want to be in the same building with him or wish anyone else to with the sudden attitude switch he had.
Luckily I did my research and found a company who wasn't linked to this group of companies, who have done my bathroom as I asked and needed. The bathroom Peter told me I needed wouldn't have been accessible at all.
All members of staff were really helpful throughout the whole procedure, the quality of products is first class Fitter was excellent nothing was too much trouble and everything was done to my requirements and now I can enjoy my shower in comfort and safety Would highly recommend Bathing Solutions Thank you
Installation booked for Monday last week, fitters arrived early and removed bath and existing shower followed by the electrician who did the wiring for the pump, no complaints at this stage, very nice people. The equipment was supposed to be delivered that day but unfortunately there was an error at the warehouse and it wasn't loaded, eventually arrived late afternoon the following day. Fitters arrived Wednesday for two days work but the rubbish removal men came on Thursday before the job was completed, they had not been told that the job was two days behind. After completion we were left with more rubbish to be removed, promised by Ben,our contract manager, to go on Friday but was actually taken today, Monday April first!! On Saturday, first time to use the shower, no water and a horrendous noise from the pump. Company closed for the weekend so contacted the fitter and he came within the hour but was unable to find the fault, but would come back after the weekend. In the meantime, Sunday, no cold water in the bathroom and unable to use the toilet, very grateful to the neighbors for use of their facilities. Fitter arrived as promised this morning, re-jigged some pipework, found an air lock and seems to have solved the problem. Rang the contract manager to explain the problem but he was totally disinterested and when I said I was reluctant to pay the balance immediately because I wanted to make sure that everything was working, l was told that there was a guarantee if there were any problems. All other staff were a pleasure to deal with but I am very disappointed with the seemingly lack of customer care from management. Always polite but gives the impression that the customer is a bit of a nuisance. Paid a premium price but didn't get premium service. The installation is now complete and hopefully working and does look really nice.
We are really pleased with the walk done. Kevin the fitter was so hardworking and very professinal and the standard of his work was to very high standards. The only problem was the floor had not been delivered but Kevin said he would sort it out and come and fit it. Really pleased with the work.
Just had bathroom completed everything from ceiling too walls with walk in shower .I was under impression it was a team of people and 1 man turned up it took 4days with the plumber so say finishing on Saturday he didn't turn but came on Thursday. I thought how lovely it was then I came ho.e from a night shift to have a leak I eventually got in touch with manager Davina she sent surveyor around who said he fixed it .after he left leak which is coming threw kitchen ceiling and marking I rang Davina again who said would send there plumber basically he said it wasnt his problem I rang emergency plumber who came found leak from cistern screws were loose with this there plumber turned up he said he would pay emergency plumber that plumber is still waiting for payment I 3expect I'll end up paying for it then the bathroom would have cost the 10 thousand plus 78 pounds for emergency plumber . Please use a different company
Got Bathing solutions in to make my mums bathroom usable again and they did a fantastic job. They were very sympathetic to my mums needs and designed a bathroom that my mum now loves. The process wasnt quick or cheap, but the service was excellent and I believe you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend.
While we now enjoy our shower, we have serious issues with Bathing Solutions, which I addressed in a letter dated 11 October - unanswered to date. I wrote again, raising the same issues and asking for a reply on 6 December - again, no answer. I telephoned Bathing Solutions last week, ascertaining that the letters had been received and were with the Contracts Manager, who would be informed of my call. Still no reply. This negates completely the ethos projected by Bathing Solutions before and during the project. I am now faced with having to correct a seam crack in my dining room ceiling which is a result of the flooding to which my letters have referred. I intend to take this matter further with your local Trading Standards office and elsewhere if necessary.
We were highly impressed by the courtesy. skill and efficiency shown by Lucian. He was a model of tact and helpfulness, obviously highly-qualified and versatile. Our new shower was installed with a minimum of fuss and is making our lives much easier.
we have been waiting months for a fitter to attend my elderly brother who is unable to use the walk in bath due to leakage - frequent promises to send someone or phone back but nothing ever happens - we are at a loss as to what to do, they simply do not seem to care
Hi Paid a deposit a few weeks ago, I had an appoitment for fitting the shower Monday this week but was told a week ago they would be coming today. Phoned at midday because nobody turned up, was told somebody would phone me as there was nobody in the office. Day wasted thank you bathing solutions.

Was sold as a 5 day job (start Monday finish Friday) and over a month after the installation started still no end in sight.
Rubbish left in the front Garden and back room not been picked up!
Absolutely no communication through the whole installation, constantly having to call them and when told they will call back they never do so constantly having to chase.
Will be reported to Trading Standards and contacting Which Magazine who recommended them and was the only reason they were chosen for the job!
Have sent 2 emails of complaint and not received any kind of response!
From my experience they are an absolute joke of a company and I will never EVER recommend them to anyone else!
