I took my truck in for a recall for the doors and locks because when it got really cold the door locks would freeze and the doors will not open and if they did open they woud not close. The very next day the same issued continued with one of the doors.
Service dept was able to get me in on the same day I called, despite it being a busy Monday. Very prompt, professional and courteous service. Comfortable waiting area with good amenities (complimentary coffee, snacks, computers and Wi-Fi.)
Once again Staff (Ashley) was very professional, courteous and friendly. Came in without an appt for a lof and left in a short amount of time (between 30-45 minutes) with a sparkling clean vehicle as well ~ complimentary wash! Very satisfied with service performed on my vehicle. You ve got a great team!!!! Thank you for excellent customer service!

The salesmen I worked with was great. No pressure and helped the entire time. Never pushed me toward one vehicle and let me look to my hearts content. I was there for almost 4 hours though wait for finance and then the detailing to be completed. I did get to leave with it and I love it. Just wish everything was a little quicker.
We love going to the dealer. The wait time is always reasonable and the waiting room is very clean and comfortable. Love that they have fresh coffee and doughnuts along with fresh fruit. The cost for repairs also does not put a strain on my pocketbook.

I had been to a different dealership earlier that day and wasn t able to find anything of interest. Not to mention the sales associate was extremely busy and did not seem that interested in helping me find a vehicle. However, the moment I stepped into Basil, Collin was there and ready to help. He was not pushy. Collin asked what I was looking for and I told him which vehicles I would like to test drive. While driving the vehicles, he gave factual information and really knew his stuff. He made buying my car very easy and stress free. I honestly thought after the first dealership that I would not find a vehicle. I would come back here again.

I've been leasing a car from basil for two years now. The service department does a fine job and are pretty helpful. Expect a long wait however as they are almost always busy. My most recent experience with the sales team left me really underwhelmed. The vehicle I was interested in was not in stock. The salesman said he would check other dealers inventory or price one out on the website and get back to me. It's been a few days now and the only communication I've recieved from basil was an automated text message asking to leave a review.
So far I'm loving my new truck. Mike Ross did an excellent job selling the vehicle and assisting me with the numbers he knew I didn't want to go over my budget. He was very respectful and kept me up to date with everything. Mike Ross is very professional go see him at basil. The only issue I had was my credit was ran multiple times when I came in I said I only wanted it ran with capital one because I had a preapproval. Next day I had multiple inquirys really for no reason because it was capital one I wanted to finance through anyway. But that was not Mike that was another person who ran it "accidently"
Basil Ford and Aaron M.were able to assist me during a difficult time! My side mirror had been hit and was hanging! Couldn t drive like that of course! AARON got me in the very next day after I called ! Part was already ordered and they even gave me a vehicle to bring home so I didn t have to wait !! Quality customer service and care!!! I recently purchased a brand new 2016 Ford Fusion S, and I'm more than in love. Aside from the car, my experience with Basil Ford on Walden was remarkable. Frank was an outstanding person and did nothing but help us. We were never pointed in the wrong direction or attempted to sell something we didn't like. He listened from the moment we walked on exactly what we wanted and he provided that for us. This dealership sets the bar very high for it's competitors and I will be for sure doing more car shopping here. Thank you everyone at Basil.

Went in to look at and drive a ford fusion so that I could get one with my lease coming up soon. no one even picked their head up to look at me as I searched through all the cars in the showroom. I then approached a group of people who I thought were employees and asked where the fusions were because id like to look at them, and on the cold winters evening I was directed "in the front of the parking lot and down one parking lot." no one offered to help or talk with me about them. I went back in after looking at them blindely (though I really didnt want to after the before mentioned) and asked for some help. i was given a salesperson who apperently thought I was some kid even though im 22 with a full time salary and intended to buy/lease soon like within the month. he took me to the warehouse and let me sit in one and see the interior features, though I asked to drive one. His response to the later on was "when your lease is closer well get you in one to make sure its the one you want and then we can get you in one." that was why i was there......... not happy with it and they lost a sale because there was no one to help and the people there wanted to brush me off and not actually help. what a shame.
Jordan, Jim Valint and Jordan were all great to work with and very helpful.This place made buying a new vehicle an absolute pleasure. We have very busy work schedules and it was difficult to find the time to go to Cheektowaga to look at this vehicle that we saw online, these guys drove it to us in Niagara Falls with the paperwork needed to complete the sale. The location is set up well but custom service in the service department needs improvements. Quotes on vehicles are wrong. Very upsetting. Waiting for repairs are way to long. Sales are nice enough until they get bothered by to may questions. Overall an ok location .

Caution: If considering purchasing an extended warranty from Basil you might want to know that 3rd party (non-Ford brand) warranties are NOT universally accepted all Ford Dealerships. Bought a Millenium warranty with our brand new 2016 F250. At the time we were moving to a different county and buying a new camper. We were led to believe that the Millenium Warranty offered would be honored by every Ford Dealership. It is not. Our new local dealer, Douglass Ford refuses to honor the warranty. Hope we never have issues while on the road with our camper because the likeliness of getting a repair made under warranty is not very high. Overall, Basil Ford isn't a bad place to do business with. They have treated us with great care every time we have been in for service and have performed quality work. Would have never purchased this warranty if we knew it was only good at Basil which so far has been the case. Beyond Frustrating!

Custom service sucked. Told them to look at muffle. When I was told to pick up my truck asked them if they saw a issue with it. They said know then I showed them what feel out of muffle then they looked surprised as if they were catch with there pants down. Then told me about how that happens they said not to worry about that stuff wouldn t mess with the truck. Now if something is in place from the Plant plant and falls out of truck I believe it served a purpose. I won t be returning plus once I sell this ford I won t be buying another ford. That s how bad being lied to feels. Thank you basil food. For NOTHING

The staff are always super friendly, especially Jose who is usually there to assist. The wait times can get to be a bit lengthy though. I would really like to see the dealership switch to making appointments for oil changes instead of just showing up and waiting for who knows how long.

I gave my car in for an oil change. I found my camera unplugged when I got the car back. I didn t think much of it, they must ve wanted their privacy. I plugged it back in and found out the SD card is corrupted. They must ve taken the SD card out as it was recording. Please don t cause damage to people. We come to you guys to have our car running safe on the road. Now I m here without a dashcam until I purchase a new card. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.
Great service when I purchased my car, unfortunately had to take it in a month later due to an issue on Ford's end, and over another month later still waiting on them to send out the part. The service manager and the service rep have been great with handling this, both very knowledgeable and respectful folks. Overall, great dealership, just stay away from the Focus'; 5 years with the mk 3 models and Ford still can't get it right, also Ford's customer service is a joke...

Absolutely horrible, look elsewhere. Dropped off my escape on Friday for a recall, tires and to check my brakes. On Tuesday I called for an update, sent to voicemail, no call back, Wednesday called twice, voicemail once, second time someone took my information and said I'd receive a call back shortly, nope. Thursday, called again, left message and received a call back, car is ready. Dropped off my rental and onto the dealer, signed the paperwork and waited for them to pull it up, they sprayed the inside with a sanitizer and said I'm good to go..... but one of the brand new tires they put in was flat. I told the service writer but he walked away and helped another customer. I waited 10 minutes before Dave helped put air in my brand new tire and asked a mechanic to come by, by this time I was in a rush to leave and unfortunately the tire is not holding air, will take it elsewhere and pay rather than go back to basil ford.
I had to take my car in for an airbag recall. No problem with the service or the willingness for me to come after the service department closed to pick up my vehicle. Kristina in the service department was great. Very welcoming. Everyone else seemed like they really didn t like their job. They made me feel like my presence was a burden to them. When it s time for a new car I will definitely be going somewhere else. Or even if there are any other repairs that need to be done directly by ford.
VERY happy with the results of my concerns. Dave understood and put a tech right on it. Repair was extensive but I'm so glad it was found and handled as I had been in twice before with same concern.

My last name misspelled. Service was horrible, arrogant, condescending serviceman to a woman (me). Salesperson not truthful about ability to access phone contacts -- after car was sold, decided "some" phones did not work with Ford system. Had problems with shrieking brakes for a year from purchase until brakes were finally replaced. Told service dept. of problems with brakes. Had to wait THREE weeks for loaner. Never again.
