'brought my wife's car in for a simple oil change, and Basil washed it, conducted a safety inspection, and even topped off my tire pressure!

Aaron greeted me and he was very pleasant! Other than that I was VERY disappointed. I scheduled my appointment nearly 3 weeks ago, told the woman scheduling my appointment I would need a loaner vehicle, I told her my issue but when I went in today the only thing in the system was a recall...no loaner no check engine NO NOTHING! I was told if the give me a loaner it had to be back by 4:30pm.I brought my car in at 8:40am and got a call back at 12:30 about the stuff that need to be repaired/replaced BUT at that time my warranty company was closed so they weren t sure what would be covered and my car would NOT BE READY until MONDAY!!! I also wanted an inspection AFTER the repairs were made to my vehicle because I knew it needed work before my car would pass inspection....guess what MY STICKER IS SCRAPED OFF AND NO WORKHAS BEEN DONE TO MY VEHICLE!!! I m so pissed because I have 2 very small children and I need my car for work! Whenever I go to Basil it s always an issue!!

Didn't start great with Dave. However it ended better than it started. However windshield light came back on. But wipper works

Went to look at the 2020 Escape at the "indoor showroom" as there were none outside, there were 2 younger guys manning the front but get this; you can't get in unless you have salesperson with you!!
Now, this may have changed as it was 6 weeks ago when this occurred. But you need a salesperson to look at a vehicle? Hard pass.

I needed a new tire on my vehicle. They were so quick and were even able to do my inspection during the same time. They always throw in a car wash too which is fantastic. Very pleased with the whole service department.

Just got home with my truck after having collision work done, there's a scratch in the paint that was supposed just completed. How sad is that!!!

Jose was great! I was there to get 4 new tires. My car was on the lift for 2 & 1/2 hours. The tech spent 1 hour working on it, as I waited and watched from the waiting room. Uggg very frustrating

I LAUGH WHEN I THINK BASIL FORD BECAUSE THAT PLACE IS A JOKE!

Went here to have a transmission done to my vehicle. After i received my car 36 hrs later my battery dies.... On top of that when i went to open the hood my latch was broken. They didnt bother to tell me or fix it. They ordered the cable and didn't need it because they said the cable just popped off. After that fix I get home and can't turn off my car because when I do the car electricity won't turn off so the battery will drain so I took it right back after 20 mins after picking up the 3rd time. This is 4th time they're trying to fix my car. I've been with out a vehicle for 29 days because of the horrible service! They're telling me "Were covering all repairs (the broken latch, cable, electric wiring) at "no charge" when i shouldnt have to wait or pay because its their mistake! The car just needed a transmission when I dropped it now the cars electricical wires are shot because of what BASIL FORD did.

Went in for an oil change and inspection. After learning it was going to take longer than I anticipated they helped me with getting a loaner car which was greatly appreciated.

Recently was at Basil for on 8/20 for Inspection, Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Arrived at Basil at 10:30 AM. I was told it would take about 2hrs. I was in and out in 1hr 45 mins. Service was excellent. With the exception of the complimentary car wash which I was promised but they failed to do.

I went here for maintenance because I thought I could trust a Ford dealer. Boy was I wrong.

They quoted me $800 for a repair that is at the maximum $400. They claim the part to replace is $279, my brother who also works for Ford, looked it up. The part is ~$20, $66 for retail from Ford. Maximum 3 hours of labor, so another $300 yet they claimed 4 hours of labor.

They then said I needed a flush which is not needed for the replacement of a thermostat.

They then tried to scare me by saying what could happen if it isn't fixed. However what they claimed was completely false, in fact the exact opposite of what they told us is what would happen. They lied to try to get us to buy their overpriced service and part.

Then the cherry on top of the sundae, $130 fee for them to lie to us. Never been scammed so much before.

I am resending this I did not give one star the first time I do not know what could of happened please make correction

An oil change at Basil Ford proved to be simpler than I imagined. No appointment was needed, and points earned when I bought my vehicle completely covered the cost. The servicer was pleasant and courteous. I would recommend Basil Ford to others.

The staff is Professional and Courteous, There is no delay upon arrival. They get You in and out as soon as possible. I was not able to have the work completed because I could not afford the cost, but if I was able to, Basil Ford would be the only Dealership that I would go to for work on my vehicle. They really have their stuff together.

I was treated like a special guest from the moment I walked in until I drove away in my new suv! Jeremy was super knowledgeable about every aspect of the purchasing and teaching me all the specifics of my new suv. This is the second purchase ive made there and will go back to buy again! Kudos to Jeremy and Tony too!

To who it who it concerns yesterday when I had my truck in for service I did not notice there was grease inside my truck would a mechanic got in and got out I just want to let you know about it

Outstanding service. I can't say enough how amazing their customer service is. I bought my car from them and only take it there for service. Some people think I am crazy for going back to the dealer because it's "expensive," but honestly I get treated so we'll there and the work they do is honest and professional. My car see about 150 miles a day. I drive a lot, but it's in amazing condition thanks to the service department at Basil Ford. Highly Highly recommend them.

I just purchased a 2013 Escape from Mike Thompson. I live in Jamestown and have always bought my cars in Jamestown but after the deal and customer service I received at Basil I will probably return to Basil again. Mike went out of his way for us and the finance manager was great also. I will definetly recommend this dealership to all my family and friends.

Well the sales person was really busy, I was asked to deal with the insurance company on my own behalf and since it was after 5 I had to call the 24/7 line which I waited on hold for a long time, but other than that I was pleased with the fellas taking care of the me.

Scheduled maintenance on my 2018 F-150. As usual the folks in that dept were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

They took great care of my truck and did a nice job on the oil change and tire rotation. Friendly staff and clean office. Their text notification system to let me know when the vehicle was done was very helpful and user friendly.

came in to have my car serviced for a ford recall of course. To be suggested over $3000 worth of work and inspection being as it would be up next month. was charged inspection I didn t ask for even tho it was failed and the customer service was horrible. Explained my concerns to Kristina Bachert and she seemed to think everything was funny. her customer service skill are horrible and I would never come back or suggest anyone come here.

Waited 2 1/2 weeks to get my truck fixed never offered me a loaner car. For a major dealership they really need to get there act together.

I'm at with Anthony who wasn't very pushy ask me what I wanted and listened. I wanted a simple car and I didn't need a lot of bells and whistles. I walked away buying a 2018 Ford Focus without any questions because they listen to what I needed and what I wanted. I will definitely be coming back in the future

I had some frustrating experiences in the past, but they are currently trying to make things right.
