Robby and his crew in the service department are amazing. They have always taken care of us no matter what the issue may be. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation and they found a major problem and let us know immediately. The entire crew is amazing. Came by to pick up a new Mazda CX-5 and was promptly greeted and helped by Zac Douglas at the door. He was extremely helpful, gave me a frosty and chicken tendies, and helped me pick out the car! I wish I could give them $5 million stars!!!!!!

I had a bad experience with service and customer service was very unprofessional during the service no communication and a long wait for my car to be repaired I was very shocked by this location being it was a dealership I m sure a regular shop would ve gave better service but overall after me having to go in after 5 days I finally got my car it took 7 days if I have to go to the dealership again it definitely would be a different location

From the first phone call the personal that I dealt with about servicing my car was kind courteous and professional ! I will definitely be using Barnes Crossing Chevrolet again in the near future.

I'm giving a four because the people that work there do help people who otherwise may not be able to get financed anywhere else. But you come in in the morning and sit there all day and into the evening. Salesmen are accommodating, but you have to keep asking, how's it going ? Is there any word yet ? But it's been my experience they will get you a vehicle.

They really work with you to put you in the best ride with the best price!

I had intentions of just getting my Chevy Cruze fixed but I ended up getting a Chevy Equinox cause my car was too expensive to fix. Jamal was an excellent salesman. I would recommend him for all your car buying needs.

I took my car to get the air fixed! After I picked it up my air still wasn t working! When I spoke with someone they told me that it was only the start of them fixing the air! I took it there to be fixed not start on it! And a day after picking it up I started having more MAJOR problems! I took it for something so simple! I would NEVER take my car there again! I d rather go to a shade tree mechanic! I was ripped out of $600 for nothing! I should ve stuck with Oxford s Buick dealership!

I had to bring my Tahoe here unexpectedly because my oil pressure had dropped to 0. They were able to get me in immediately! They have a wonderful waiting room with fresh coffee, vending machines, a TV, and free Wi-Fi. I was able to bring in my laptop and do work while I was there. It ended up being my oil pressure sensor, and they fixed it at a reasonable price of 300.00 (This included an oil change) To some people this may seem expensive, but considering there are hard working people back there trying to make a living to support their families and they have amenities for their customers I thought it was worth it! They were done in less than 1.5 hours. I will definitely be back !

Me & wife found a Nissan Altima we liked on line so we sent a request to make sure it was still available. At Exactly 8:40 am I got a call Verifying it was available and when would we be coming to test drive it. I told the guy that we had a trade and he got quiet and then said well tell me what you got and I did and he was like well send me the Vin and a couple pictures and I will get back with you. I sent 15 pictures and the Vin at 8:45 & 8:46 Well come 2:07 pm I still heard back so I texted a ? And Still nothing. Well at 5:37 I get a text saying the car you wanted sold today and
Nothing else like am sorry I blew you off all day or am sorry I don't like trades because it screws up my commission Terrible Customer Service Terrible sales Person very rude from the point of me saying I had a trade.

Perfect customer service!! Fixed my husband s car in a timely manner, and Ms. Katie is the best! We couldn t find any other car dealerships that would put a alternator in our car but they did! Our car is back on the road and we couldn t be any happier Highly recommended!

They are a little hard to get on the phone, but the staff is friendly. They have been very helpful each time we have had maintenance done on our vehicle. They have always been able to get us in the same day I call. That can not be said about many dealership shops.

Recent purchases weren't considered while having a substantial repair on one of the aforementioned purchases. The repairs were costly, which was expected however, the unwillingness to work out a payment schedule for the repairs and holding my truck until paid in full cost me time away from work to secure the funds. As well, it cost my family having to get me to and from work because there were not any "loaners" on the lot to accommodate me seeing as the purchase was made 6+ months ago. In my close family we have purchased 4 vehicles from the Barnes crossing family of dealers in the last 18 months. I did not expect red carpet to be rolled out, that would be frivolous thinking and illogical, I did expect a genuine care for the customer, that he/she could still be treated with fairness and understanding rather than just red numbers or black numbers. To be blunt, Barnes crossing is getting "too big for its britches". I don't plan on being back if at all possible, my family nor I. Service after the sale has been long forgotten with this company.

I have a new 2918 Denali with only 12500 miles on it the active lifters failed and cause them to have to rebuild the top have of my motor. It was in the shop for 2 months. The day I brought home they had put a water line on where it was to close to belt and ate hole in it never made it home they had to send wrecker to pick up. I finally have it home but 2 months of setting in shop depreciating is a terrible thing !!

By far the easiest vehicle I ever purchased. Shawn Bigham was terrific. I drove 1 1/2 hours to test drive & purchase. vehicle needed a little work which took a week and was hand delivered to me at home when work was completed.

My experience was phenomenal. In a now virtual world I was able to conveniently conduct all of my business via text message. The sales person sent me photos of the vehicle I was interested in and accepted all of my info via text. When I arrived at the car lot he met me at the vehicle and allowed me to test drive it. After the test drive we proceeded to sign paperwork which took almost no time at all. I m grateful for the awesome experience.

This service center was great! I ran into issues with my tires heading back to Missouri and had to stay overnight in New Albany. Arrived at the service center first thing Monday morning and they identified the issue immediately. I was fixed up and back in the road within 3 hours.
