Recent purchases weren't considered while having a substantial repair on one of the aforementioned purchases. The repairs were costly, which was expected however, the unwillingness to work out a payment schedule for the repairs and holding my truck until paid in full cost me time away from work to secure the funds. As well, it cost my family having to get me to and from work because there were not any "loaners" on the lot to accommodate me seeing as the purchase was made 6+ months ago. In my close family we have purchased 4 vehicles from the Barnes crossing family of dealers in the last 18 months. I did not expect red carpet to be rolled out, that would be frivolous thinking and illogical, I did expect a genuine care for the customer, that he/she could still be treated with fairness and understanding rather than just red numbers or black numbers. To be blunt, Barnes crossing is getting "too big for its britches". I don't plan on being back if at all possible, my family nor I. Service after the sale has been long forgotten with this company.
