Me & wife found a Nissan Altima we liked on line so we sent a request to make sure it was still available. At Exactly 8:40 am I got a call Verifying it was available and when would we be coming to test drive it. I told the guy that we had a trade and he got quiet and then said well tell me what you got and I did and he was like well send me the Vin and a couple pictures and I will get back with you. I sent 15 pictures and the Vin at 8:45 & 8:46 Well come 2:07 pm I still heard back so I texted a ? And Still nothing. Well at 5:37 I get a text saying the car you wanted sold today and
Nothing else like am sorry I blew you off all day or am sorry I don't like trades because it screws up my commission Terrible Customer Service Terrible sales Person very rude from the point of me saying I had a trade.
