Excellent dealership with professional staff. I recently purchased from here and it was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Sales were honest and met all my needs and questions and the whole deal took less than a half hour. I drove 3 hours for this deal and would do it again next time.
I took my vehicle to them had them order what I needed for ac. Paid upfront. The parts were WRONG took back in and they assured me they were right I just needed to buy a connector as well, so I did. As it turns out i was right. The blower motor they sold me that they ordered did not fit and will not fit without cutting my van. Even though they ordered and I tried telling them it was wrong I still have to pay restock fee. I even offered to bring it to them and if they could install without cutting my vehicle I would pay but if not they were responsible. All they could tell me is that's what the book called for so I have to pay to restock. This place is a flipping joke!!!!!

I bought a vehicle about a year ago.. they talked me into buying a vehicle I hated and promised me I could come back after a year of driving it and trade it in for something with a lower payment. My payments are 400 dollars a month and I'm struggling to pay them. It's been a year in February and I went up there to see if I could do what they promised me.. they turn me away and tell me I still owe too much on it and then tried to Weasle a down payment out of me again in order to let me trade it in. I am super disappointed in this lot and would never recommend them even to my worst enemy. They do not care about the customer they only care about themselves.

Went in this past Friday to buy a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado I test drove the one we picked out and was on board to purchase the truck and David the finance guy said he wasn t gonna give us clean trade in value on our 2019 VW Atlis that only had a little over 20,000 miles and was flawless on condition and offered us rough trade on it and allowed us to walk out of the dealership without at least giving us more than one option didn t even come out of his office to speak to us at all. The sales guy was real nice and tried to help but couldn t do anything about it. So we left and went to Larry Clark on Saturday and bought a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 and was very happy when we left there and made a deal right off the bat for clean trade in with no problem. The experience at Barnes crossing was unprofessional and they had no other customers except us. We bought the atlis from Barnes crossing and shouldn t have had any problems!!!!! But they also said they d call us Saturday and we never heard back so definitely lost a good customer to Larry Clark that treated us like family and gave us everything we asked for

We have purchased three vehicles from this dealership. The service is always great! Steve Owen is a great salesman. He takes time to find you the vehicle that is just right for you, he is not pushy, and he works hard to get his customers the best deal. He is very straight forward and keeps his word once you buy from him. All people have been great! The only complaint I have about the New Albany location is there is no car clean up when you get it serviced there. Steve Owen emails coupons on a regular basis for maintenance which is helpful and a money saver! If you are looking for you a vehicle of any kind, please go to Barnes Crossing in New Albany and see Steve Owen, you WILL NOT be disappointed!!
