Great work, knowledge employee's all are responsible, respectful and capable of tackling the job you call for.

Stopped by Barefoot & Company to purchase a 24" plastic sweep for the bottom of the semi-frameless glass shower that their technicians had installed in our home in April 2016. Customer Service Rep. sitting at the contractor's desk was friendly & helpful. However, I about fell out, when he informed me that the cost of the 24" plastic strip is $25. Be prepared to be price gouged, if you go to Barefoot & Company to purchase replacement components for your home!!!

My experience with Barefoot and Company was beyond terrific. From the first call to discuss design, to changes, pricing and right to the very end with installation. The design is perfect as is the installation. Everyone at Barefoot and Company treated me like a CUSTOMER. I was most impressed with the installers. They were courteous to me, considerate of my new house and didn't leave a speck of dust, packaging, materials, or anything behind. I would highly recommend this company! Can't wait to do my Laundry Room next. Thank you!

Customer service person was very pleasant and helpful. Ordered three screens for new home but very disappointing that the service charge to deliver screens would be $125 even though they had installed rest of screens in house. They come to our community on a regular basis but would not bend on the service price, so we will need to drive to there location to pick up. What can you do.

I cannot remember dealing with a more poorly operated and managed business than Barefoot & Company. Very poor customer service. Their internal communication and customer tracking seems to be awful, as every time I called to find out the status of my service call/quote, they were unable to tell me the status without extended delays. Barefoot & Company does not seem to want my business, as evidenced by the lack of phone calls and response to my basic questions. I would not recommend that anyone waste their time with this company.

The holes drilled for door hardware do not align with the hardware (very sloppy), two door knobs have broken, and getting the company to come out and correctly install closet shelving properly took forever. My back door was broken before moving in and still is today. Would not recommend.

I had a shower door installed over a year ago,the wipe at the bottom of the door separated,I went to Barefoot show room,and to my dismay they sold me one ,it cost 25.00 for a 23in piece of plastic.I now know I can buy the same piece at Lowes plumbing dept.For 14.99

Zero stars would be more appropriate. We were assigned this company by our builder to fix a warranty issue; our deadbolt lock was never keyed to our house key. To date, they have come out three separate times and the lock has still not been fixed. The first time, they sent the wrong color hardware. Second time, the lock was supposedly "keyed" from the shop, but guess what? It didn't work when they tried it with our house key. At that point I spoke with a lock manager who assured me the issue would be resolved quickly. Today makes the third time they have come out and again we were told the incorrect part had been sent. Keep in mind they ask that someone be home when they are performing a service. This means we have had to try and accommodate them on three separate occasions and will likely have to do it a fourth time. It is no wonder the lock was not keyed appropriately to start off with if this is the company they used. Please go elsewhere!

I called and left a message, no response. Sent 2 emails, no reply. I am beginning to think they don't want my Business. I am a Picture Frame Gallery and do a lot of mirrors. Some customers want a mirror that is not standard size, and I have to special order it. I will definitely try someone else.

Have used Barefoot for closet shelving and shower doors on the last two houses we ve owned and have been extremely happy with them! I like that someone will come out and look at the closet space and design a system for that particular space. The prices are extremely reasonable and I ve had nothing but excellent service! Would highly recommend Barefoot!

I make whole truck deliveries here. If they are as nice in sales as they are in receiving, this is a great place.

Ordered Vertical blinds from this company, they would not deliver and would not install unless you are a large builder. I had to pick up the the blinds and upon getting home, I discovered the taped package they gave me was missing all the mounting brackets. I immediately called the company and left messages but no return call. Their service is very poor and I will not recommend doing business with this company. I had to go to Lowes and bought the missing parts. Horrible experience.
