JCPenney Logistics Warehouse Review

There is no longer an Outlet store here. It is only the call center and warehouse.

This building is basically falling a part. JC doesn't have the money to keep it up and nice as they continually face bankruptcy.
Potholes, faded building etc

This is a manufacturing warehouse for jcpenny. Not an actual store.

Great place to work. 10hr shifts are a killer sometimes but the perks behind it. What can I say

I apologize if I am not leaving this review in the correct place...I just got off the phone with customer service with Pam from Ohio. I am not pleased with the customer service I received. I waited on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes just to have to talk to a gal who I could tell was already irritated. She had an attitude and raised her voice when I asked a few clarifying questions. The outcome to my problem was not her fault, I am not upset about that. I am just very displeased with the way I was treated as a customer. She made it seem like it was a big deal that I was calling on a Sunday night...when they're taking calls...if you're going to be working in customer service Pam, you need to be more friendly.

Always preloaded trailer. In and out in about 20 minutes. Gaurds always have the paperwork. Sweet!!!

Online shopping distribution warehouse and call center, pleasant work environment.

I love my job. The pay is great, the company has great benefits and it's a great environment overall. Very flexible with your schedules & it's always good spirits.

Its a relaxing cool place to work if you mind your business an do your job the best way you can. There's vendor machines in every breakroom too.

Great place to work according to my wife and her mom they have always been knowned for having great stuff I've always liked the clothes and towels.

This is my Company . I luv my job and my company. JC Penneys is one of the best jobs Ive ever had....

As far as employment goes they suck. They would rather higher a drugy who has multiple felonies and fell asleep on the job over someone who's more qualified to work in any position there. ***FACTS!!***

So many loaded trailers, very little empties. How does this place stay in business if it is not bringing product in. Also, place looks abandoned from the front. I wasnt sure they were even here until I saw trailers in the back.

THIS OUTLET IS CLOSED !! NO LONGER OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. it is now a warehouse and offices. do not waste your time driving here. i see this everyday.

They had no answers for me nor did they return my call as stated. But my product came 2 day's later so that was good. Shipping never stated there were 2 shipments. So I believe it was someone's mistake. But it was corrected. Thank's Everyone.

Its a pretty decent job especially for college students because they're very flexible with schedules and make sure that you get it how you want it to be. Although working with someone people can make the job horrible and some people can be really messy.

There use to be a outlet mall there now it's just the distribution center and offices

Excellent wallet and made in U.S.A. Corel glassware. Products and price are Great! Online website great, too long to ship and wasted oversize box that UPS delivered two doors away.

You can earn nice money to support your family here..

The MOST uncomfortable chairs at any call center I've ever worked at.

I'm actually employed with JCPenney and it's been a great company to work for over the 16 yrs.

Love shopping at J.C.Penny! Always clean and organized! Would be nice to have a couple more sales people.
